I had a single room with a double bed. Room was huge, private shower and toilet, TV, desk, everything you need for a great stay. Staff were friendly and everything was clean. Location is great!

Sometimes you can hear the noise from the bar upstairs and there wasn’t that many people when I stayed so hard to make friends.

Some guests were loud after quiet time. I understand they are young and want to party, but there has to be respect for other guests staying at the room

The staff, location and common areas were excellent! The services provided at the reception and information and access to all the activities were also excellent! Highly recommended! There was a rooftop bar which was also really nice!

The only thing I wasn't comfortable was that the room was extremely humid (I am guessing it was due to the fact that there was a semi open bathroom inside the room) which also made the beds sticky and difficult to sleep on!

Absolutely everything! There’s a chain of Nomads and we were allowed to hang out at all 3 of them. So nice! The staff is VERY nice. All the conditions were just so good. Price = Quality.

EXTREMELY clean, very friendly staff and are always there to help. Nice rooftop bar with a pool. Originaly booked 2 nights but ended up extending for another 2 :)

Amazing staff giving a first class service. Lovely pool at the roof to relax, unwind and meet new friends in. On the main bus route.

This is honestly just a really nice hostel. Amenities are new, decor is really nice, there are individual "cubbies" on every floor to get some work done/study. The staff is pretty helpful, and everything is within walking distance. There are bathrooms/showers in the rooms, but they're also on every floor. Aircon was also really powerful (almost to the point of being too cold, but that's a great problem to have in Cancun!).

There's a weird timer on the lights in the room, so sometimes things will just go dark if you forget to reset the timer.

The staff is amazing and the facilities are great. The roof is especially fun and the atmosphere is extremely social.

Please allow self prepared Kitchen cooked food to be eaten on the roof… Allowing This would not negatively affect the food sales at the hostel…

I liked the location. I enjoyed meeting and interacting with other travelers from around the world. Great value. Internet was fast enough to stream my favorite podcasts. Proximity to Chedraui market made it easy to eat cheaply. Nearby parks were a nice place to escape afternoon sun. Palapas park was a good place to spend the evening with live entertainment. It was a great place to watch locals having fun.

Super loud musica from bar sometimes made it hard to sleep. Alcohol policy too restrictive. No hot water for shaving. Low flow sinks are awful.

Comfortable rooms, nice common areas, helpful staff and a good vibe in the rooftop bar. Not far from a good local food court for good, cheap and authentic Mexican food!

The atmosphere, everybody there is fun to talk with, the staff too. Our room was massive, very impressed. the outdoor bar was brilliant. Good music and activities to do there such as play pool, table tennis, basketball, football. Food at the bar and downstairs was brilliant too. Would definitely recommend solo and groups travellers coming here!!

I was worried about choosing a hostel downtown rather than next to the beach in the hotel zone but it turned out to be the best option! Parque de las Palapas was nearby and it was easy to visit markets throughout the city. The hotel strip seems fine if you're in a resort but it was full of drunk tourists and devoid of culture outside of the resorts so I'm extremely happy I chose to stay here. The room was way bigger than expected as well and the staff were very accommodating. On our last night, we went to the roof and met a lot of people staying in the hostel so it's a good place to socialize too. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was near the stairs so the noise from the rooftop bar on the weekend was shockingly loud. Luckily, I was exhausted and able to sleep but I would not recommend this hostel for any light sleepers. The dorms on the first floor are probably fine but you can definitely hear everything on the 3rd floor. The rooftop pool was also kind of gross and I would not swim in it.

It’s close to ado bus station and is well equipped. However it’s around 10 minutes walk. Personally the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the floor was quite slippery. The twin bed room has no window except the bathroom so the natural light wasn’t good.

It was really nice, I liked the bathrooms in every dorm, very convenient. The rooftop is also a very nice large space & ofc the pool is a bonus! Also love that there is a working area! Oh & the little tables for every bed was an excellent touch!

I just didn’t like that I was there 5 nights & not once did my bedding & towels get changed. Every like 3 days would be reasonable I think.

Great location, nice facilities and staff. they have a bar and music on the roof. It is a lot noise until 2am if you like party this is the right place.

Loud music every night

The receptionist named Ale, she was so kind and helpful, I was very happy when she helped me answer all my questions. I had a pleasant stay at this hostel. It was very close to various restaurants and bars and had its own parking up front, that was great. Also a short walking distance to the ADO bus central station.

Great downtown location. Great srufff literally everyone!! Amazing vibes at rooftop Clean and tidy Orice ok but if you book full room could be more convenient and cozy inside like Carpet, sofa,some laps in corners

It's was the perfect place to stay during my solo trip, I totally recommend it. If you are traveling alone they have a lot of activities that allows you to integrate and meet new people, like Taco tour, bike rides, parties, beach day's. It made the whole difference during my trip, I'm really happy that I stayed there

The bed with light, socket and place to put small stuff.. Close to ferry pier, 5 mins walk even with the trolley slowly in good weather, in not muddy road day. There is Corona shop on the to pier, you can get a super big bottle (1L) of beer at 40 MXN only. There are lots of racks to hang clothes outside. There are regular activities arranged. Good vibe in general.

If light on can see thru the curtain, so in mixed dorm, be ware. Music off at 12 am. So you will be able to asleep after. Kitchen utilities are very bad. Those kitchen shovel are without a handle for cooking. It's super funny.

I liked meeting people from different nationalities

Management told us to label our food items in the refigerator with our name, room number, and valid dates; I did, however two times someone stole my milk, I told the staff, and they did absolutely nothing about it. What's the purpose of a camera, if it does not deter crime, or you do nothing to investigate? What's worse, when you are trying to sleep you hear alot of noise from people talking in the hallway, but no one addresses it. Conversely, I talked on the cell phone briefly on the first floor akin the office. Instead of politely approaching me and informing me of a sign I didnt see that everybody ignores, the male manager in charge of everything almost broke his neck to rudely and arrogantly tell me about talking to loud on the cell. I took the high road apologized and said it was nice to meet you.. he looked surprised. Customer service or lack thereof is horrible. And if you are from the USA you will be treated diffirently.

The bed is made of concrete. So no noise when climbing up. The female dorm with 2 windows. With natural light and fresh air when needed as AC on for 24 hours. Most room has. No window, 6 and 8 bed dorm. 4 bed with tiny unopened window. . You can charge new towels whenever you want. The kitchen seems to be used until very late (after 11am). Not as strict as they said. Door keep open.

It's extremely noisy for the whole stay from Thursday night to Sat nights. From 1 am to 3 am. Really loud. If u stay in 6 beds mixed dorm without window may not hear.

Great location. Our flights were getting in very late to Cancun so suited us to just stay here briefly and then get the bus out of Cancun. Very close to the ADO station too. They had a lot of activities on but we were only around for the street art tour which was interesting enough.

It's a party hostel so expect noise and bring ear plugs. Food options nearby aren't great.

I loved the experience at this hostel. This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and I’d like to highlight once again the excellent work of Raimundo. He is very attentive in keeping the kitchen always clean and organized, and he’s always smiling. A special thanks as well to the reception team, who make our stay even more enjoyable. Ale, Brit, Brandon, and Gibran are truly lovely!

There was this very annoying noise like a construction is going on or something..i was generally uncomfortable. Price is good but you will pay more with your peace.

I had a private room and it was very spacious and clean. The coworking area seemed nice and they even have a sauna at the rooftop with the pool. I was only there for a short time, but they also seemed to organize a lot of activities. The bathroom was a highlight after a lot of other hostels in Mexico.

The noise from the corridor is quite echoing, so you can hear a lot of it in the room. If people are talking in the communal area at night, for example, you can hear it through the door, depending on the location of the room.

I stay here or at the Nomads rooftop and pool every time I come to town. They have done better to get all 3 hostels in downtown together for events. And they some times alternate between which hostel has the events which is good.
