The most unique hotel ever. It is soo calm, great location, amazing breakfast. I loved it.

Everything is so amazing, it's a beautiful building in a beautiful place among no other buildings just like the pictures. The staff is amazing and accommodating, they cared deeply for my gluten allergy and prepared in advanced a gluten free breakfast.

The shower heads and temperature was malfunctioned from time to time. You get only one room card.

El hotel es verdaderamente precioso, con una arquitectura espectacular, un entorno único y unas habitaciones muy bonitas y confortables. Aunque a nuestra llegada tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la habitación, lo solucionaron de inmediato con una sonrisa, reflejando la atención constante y amabilísima de todo el personal durante la estancia. Además, el buffet es variadísimo y de gran calidad, el menú del restaurante es excelente y la zona de spa está muy cuidada, destacando especialmente el servicio de masajes, que es totalmente recomendable.

La calidad de las bicicletas que ofrecen podría ser un poco mejor, pero es un detalle mínimo comparado con la excelente experiencia global.

とても良いホスピタリティであり、設備も整っている。プールを眺めながらの朝食も大変魅力的。 1日中過ごしても心地よいホテルだった。

ホテルまでの道は少し狭く車が入りにくく、離合がやや難しい。また隣の施設はアヒルの養鶏場となっており、外出時前を通る際に処理する所を目にする可能性がある。

Best hotel experience we’ve had in all of Vietnam and honestly my favourite hotel I’ve stayed at in the entire world From the moment to arrive till the moment you leave every single member of the staff are welcoming , accomodating and helping you at any stage . The location is ideal - out of the business that is Hoi an amongst the rice fields where its peaceful and quiet . The rooms are so unique and the comfiest bed I’ve come across travelling The ruby sparkle cocktail is something else and the super friendly 12-8 happy hour makes it easy to lay out by the pool Will be telling anyone and everyone who will list to stay here when they come to Hoi An

We absolutely loved our stay at Reu Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, very original and incredibly well designed, everything feels peaceful, refined and very special.

The location was exceptional. So nice to be in the middle of the rice paddies where it was so quiet.

The gym was ok .. could’ve done with a few more heavier free weights. It would’ve been amazing if there had been a really nice rooftop bar for the evenings! And the pool closed a bit early.

De locatie was geweldig, midden tussen de rijstvelden, een oase van rust, met prachtig uitzicht. Met de auto of scooter 10min naar old town Hoi An. Het hotel zelf is prachtig gestyled, en het zwembad is heerlijk. Het allerbeste was het ontbijt buffet! Wat was dat gevarieerd, vers en smaakvol, echt van genoten. Bedden ook heerlijk. Badkamer is botanisch, helemaal in thema. Uitzicht is geweldig. Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Spa is ook aan te raden.

Ik kan niet echt iets bedenken.. het overtrof onze verwachting

Very clean and beautiful property. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is incredible.

Property was not the most comfortable feeling, no bright lights in the room. Surfaces were all hard. Shower water would spray everywhere.

特段ありませんが、強いて言うならば、田園地帯にあるリゾートホテルですので、虫や爬虫類等苦手な方は注意が必要です。

The location of this beautiful hotel was the cherry on top. You felt so secluded and in your own little bubble, but just a short bike ride away was the hustle of Hoi An’s Old Town. The staff, the facilities - no notes 10/10/

Location is exceptional. Its proximity to the old town allows for quick access to restaurants and attractions whilst the natural surroundings provide a contrasting peaceful atmosphere

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Reu Boutique Hotel! . Das Personal war vom ersten Moment an extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. ​Die Zimmer waren absolut sauber, komfortabel eingerichtet und boten eine tolle Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Auch die Lage ist ideal, um Hội An zu erkunden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Amazing architecture. Wonderful breakfast overlooking the pool and ricefields, loved the changing daily selection of noodle and the high quality of the food even for lunch and dinner, great affordable food. Free bicycles to explore.

Spa seemed to be understaffed, not very responsive and hard to communicate with them. hence had to abandon my plan to get a treatment there on my day of arrival and went somewhere else instead. Hotel could be more generous with drinking water. Gym was not inviting, enclosed and stuffy with no view.

The location is great if you need a bit of peace. Close enough for transport in to the chaos of old town, but removed and quiet. The staff are so friendly and warm and always happy to listen and help. Very accommodating. The breakfast is really good. A very cute set up and beautiful juices, fresh food, and hot choices. Great coffee, and my coffee order was remembered every morning. The Flinstones vibe is pretty cool In the bar and restaurant. The pool lounges are a really nice place to be. Plenty of umbrella shade and overlooking the rice paddies. The pool bar is great too. Drinks and food all day. We used the bikes a couple of times which was good. Pillow menu was appreciated.

The high score of this place completely baffles me purely because of the rooms. We had the ‘penthouse suite’. It is 2 bedrooms either side of a central living area. This central living area is unable to be used as it doesn’t have air con and is stifling hot. Half the space is taken with a gigantic bath and the only furniture in the whole apartment is some hard wooden dining chairs. No couch, no armchairs. So this left us sitting on our beds in our 2 separated rooms, which isn’t good for family interaction ! The bedroom air con struggled, and they had to bring fans. The towels are like rags. Thin and old and have threads hanging off all over them. No place being in a hotel. The bathroom gardens may have been sweet, were they not half dead and just kind of gross. We had ants. There’s a coffee machine with no coffee cups or milk. The spa did the worst manicures and pedicures. They did refund one of them. If this place was cheap, I’d understand, and may be more accepting, but It’s the most we paid in Vietnam at $550 a night, and by far the worst room.

We loved our stay at Reu Boutique hotel, the staff were all so lovely. The hotel and view was just amazing!

We could here kareoke very loudly from the old town but it was a Saturday night, it’s not the hotel’s fault at all!

Good breakfast with variety of options that change each day; allowed early check-in; beautiful surrounding area of rice fields away from the crowds of Hoi An old town; unique architecture and rooms; luggage storage: very hospitable and welcoming staff - brought candles to room due to odors from maintenance work, and helped bring out luggage to the road for our large group when construction was blocking access to the hotel gate

One-way road leading to the property, making it harder for larger vans/cars for pickup/drop-off; refrigerators in the room don’t get very cold at all; lobby/ground floor has little to no AC; no free water refill/coffee available at all times in the lobby

This was the most unique and beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. The style and design of the entire hotel was so cool. It was so peaceful as you are surrounded by rice fields, and also in a walkable distance to the old town. I also loved our rooms. It was so spacious, with cool design and layout. It was an experience in itself staying at his hotel. You can also rent bikes for free and bike around the rice fields which I loved.

The property is so uniquely designed. A pleasurable stay. We thought it was perfectly located - 10 mins on a bicycle from ancient town - and 10 mins from the beach in a grab. The property also had bicycles easily available. The staff is supremely sweet! Very helpful and kind. The pool is just amazing. And the breakfast is something I looked forward to everyday! Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful location, incredible building, the food was unreal and the staff and service were exceptional. I could not fault it.

What a unique and cool place! great breakfast buffet, great rooms and what a great view! never stayed any place like this before, and the rooms looked like something from star wars! the staff were amazing, and the spa gave me the best massage ive ever had. it wasnt green like the pictures because they had harvested the rice, so if thats important to you do some research for what time to arrive. also since its innthe eice fields its a bit away from the ancient town, but we did enjoy that is felt a bit «away»

its not very well isolated so its pretty loud. our neighbours were partying a lot and i had trouble sleeping because we could hear everything. and when they finally went quit people started to wake up and we could hear that too, and especislly loud were the tractors from the rice fields. also the door to the toilet had openings beneath and above so you dont get much privacy. if i was in a new reletionship it think that would be difficult for me.

Siêu siêu mê lun, đúng vibes mình thích, siêu yên tĩnh, ko xô bồ đông người ồn ào, nhân viên thân thiện chỉn chu, decor + thiết kế có guu . Dầu gội , sữa tắm xịn, phòng ốc mát mẻ sạch sẽ , chill 😭 Nói chung ko chê vào đâu được, ngoại trừ việc mình hơi xui đến vào mùa ko có lúa thui ạ 😭

The location was great, it was both peacefully remote and close to where we wanted to be, and it is an exceptional building.

The uniqueness of the location stands out. The staff were friendly and always on hand.

The lack of air-conditioning on ground floor

The property was beautifully designed. The location among the rice fields unreal and we were able to see the sunrise each morning from our room. The staff were so kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

Love this hotel — away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to everything. Everyone was incredibly friendly especially Phuc and Thu and made us feel so welcome!

Food drinks views staff and rooms all excellent

Staying at Reu was one of the highlights of our trip - it’s cozy, beautiful and far from the crowds. The staff were amazing and so friendly, Thuong in particular was so sweet, we loved running into her over breakfast or dinner. The room was super clean and the view of the rice fields was very special. The hotel restaurant is another highlight, we had breakfast and dinner there every day and we were never bored, everything we tried was delicious. The spa is also really good. It’s very easy to get to Old Town from there with a Grab and the hotel also offers complimentary shuttles. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful oasis in the middle of Hoi An!

・部屋にくつろげるソファなどがなかった。 ・部屋のあちこちに外とつながる空間があり、夜は虫がおおく、クーラーが効かない部屋がある。 ・朝食場所もほぼ外なので暑い。ハエが朝食の上をブンブン飛んでいて、何度も食べ物に触っている。

Stunning hôtel, with very kid service and comfy room. I would highly recommend.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms, architecture, design and decor of the hotel is like nothing I have ever experienced. The pictures don't do it justice.

Amazing hotel, situated in the rice fields and only a short bike ride into town. The breakfast is incredible and the staff are extremely friendly! The room itself was also very cool.

Unfortunately with the timing we stayed at Reu, the rice fields were being burnt and that was currently happening whilst we were staying there so there was smoke all around the hotel making it uncomfortable to sit by the pool at times. Try stay before mid April so you experience the luscious green rice fields!

This was a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk into town or a quick taxi ride

We loved it and would definitely recommend however maybe not for elderly as some things weren’t easily accessible

This was our favourite hotel to date. The attention to detail everywhere is mind blowing. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed and more. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was located in a quiet area but walking distance from the old town. Free bikes are provided but you can also get a Grab. We could not recommend it more!!

I only wish we had gone a few days earlier to see the greenery of the rice fields in front of the hotel
