Clean and comfortable rooms and very helpful staff.

The location is at the bottom of a hill which can be a bit tiring to walk up and down!

The view and the staff is very nice.

We booked double deluxe room but were being provided a different small room initially. Only after we spoke about our actual room, then we were provided with the booked room. Also, the basic nesecesaty like electric kettle and viper for bathroom was not provided.

The location and staff behaviour is so good and supportive.

Food could be better. But not bad.

I like supportive team and location of the hotel. I you are looking for a quite place this hotel is for definitely for you.

Hotel was very steep downside. Images shown by hotel are different. Its was feeling like staying in lodge. Dont book just looking at images and reviews. Bcos i had booked this hotel after reading reviews but nothing feels like as in that reviews may be crafted

Property is located downhill, so you need to trek a bit to reach. If you are travelling with your parents then please don't book this place at all

Hotel staff friendly, they brought towel and bottled water at check-in. Roof was not leaking and there was water in bathroom.

Door not sealed - lot of noise early morning to late evening. Balcony door not sealed, wind was blowing into room. No toilet paper. No clean bed sheets. Indian style.

Das Personal war nett und bemüht, das Zimmer hatte ein relativ geräumiges Bad und einen direkten Zugang nach außen auf eine gemeinschaftliche Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht (wenn die Wolken es erlauben).

Die Struktur war relativ veraltet, die Sauberkeit mäßig.

The path to reach the hotel is very steep down becomes little challenging to climb back to the main road.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the beginning, the staff was very helpful and responsive through messages. A special thanks to the manager, who personally called us and guided us properly about the route to the hotel, including the slope on the way. It was a very thoughtful gesture, and we really appreciated the honesty and clarity—nothing was hidden from us. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and welcoming place to stay!

Had a wonderful stay at hotel Wraveler Inn, Mussoorie! The location is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the hills, and the overall vibe of the place is peaceful and refreshing—perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special mention to Aman bhaiya—his service was exceptional! He was बेहद helpful, polite, and always available whenever needed. The stay and hospatility was awesome. Food is super awesome and the room was clean and the picutre defined in Boooking.com same as shown.

The location is lil bit down. But the staff is so good that they come upside and carry you lagguage as guide you till the room. Trust me hospatility is very good.

Mooi uitzicht en schone, mooi ingerichte kamer. Ik las later reviews van vorige gasten en kreeg wel de indruk dat ze iets met de feedback hebben gedaan (zo werd er gewerkt aan gaten in de weg naar t hotel en waren de kamers schoon). Mooie plek vanuit je door het centrum van Mussoorie kan wandelen.

Locatie kan lastiger te bereiken zijn met steile weg naar beneden. Een bord om aan te geven dat t hotel daar naar beneden is zou ook handig zijn. De douche had warmer/langer warm gemogen. En het was inderdaad een vreemde gewaarwording om mensen in de keuken te horen achter de kast in de kamer, maar dit leverde niet meer geluidsoverlast op in de avond of ochtend.

Awesome stay, well-managed staff, well-behaved. Everything was so awesome.

The hotel location was a bit difficult to reach, but the scenic view from there was very good. The Mall Road market is also nearby. The staff was good, and the room and bathroom were clean and neat. However, Google Maps shows the wrong route to the location.😄

The view from the property was exceptional. The hosts were also very accommodating and helpful. They were very nice people and gave some good recommendations for stuff to do in the city.

The climb from the hotel till the main road was a little tiring as it is very steep. Other than that no complaints.

The valley view from our room was amazing. 2. The garden area is very pleasant 3. The food was delicious and they have the good variety 4. The last and most important is Mr deepak rawat he was our host here and he was outstanding from day 1st he assisted us very responsibly and the hospitality he showed was fabulous I will recommend this property to all my families,friends and relatives

Parking issue no parking space and asked for extra money to get it parked at a different hotel.. Manager denied using washroom to my wife before checkin. Rooms were also not upto mark

The cabs refuse to come down to the hotel, a definite disadvantage if you have suit cases to carry. For older people, it can be a challenge to climb up and down to and from the main road.

We discussed a rate to rent a scooter, but the hotel people changed the price last minute, despite what we had agreed in the past. The bathroom does not have ventilation, and the hotel does not have any signs.
