The service staff has a good attitude.

The water in the swimming pool is so dirty that the bathtub can't be used in the open air. It is covered with green lichen.The air conditioner is not cold (probably because of air leakage in the room)

We loved this location just outside Ubud. We were able hire a scooter from the hotel really easily and there is a little shop for any extras you need over the road. The room size is brilliant and it was lovely having breakfast brought to us each morning to eat outside. I actually still miss that part of the holiday. Staff were just brilliant

Amazing host, great property..

Breakfast quantity can be made better!

Le personnel était super accueillant, super gentils, très à l’écoute ! Nous avons même eu un cocktail de bienvenue. Ils nous ont gardé nos bagages pendant 2 heures lorsque nous sommes partis dans une excursion et n’ont pas hésité à se lever à 4h du matin pour venir chercher nos valises. La villa est magnifique, rien à dire tout était sublime, comme sur les photos. Nous avions une rizière face a notre piscine. Je recommande.

Le bruit des grenouilles et des geckos… nous pensions qu’un gecko était dans notre chambre tellement ça faisait du bruit. Nous n’avons pas fermé l’œil de toute la nuit… Et la piscine qui était très froide.

Great place to stay in Ubud, quiet, calm and super cozy. Quite far away from the city but worth it. Amazing staff, Gede was the best!

La struttura è meravigliosa sotto ogni punto di vista. Per chi cerca la tranquillità a poca distanza dal caos del turismo questo è il posto giusto. La camera è pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli, lo staff gentile e cordiale. Colazione buona e servita in camera

Annoying staff.villa separated by a big wall, that's why you can't get a sun

The private pool was nice, the bed is comfortable, the outdoor shower and bathtub was really nice, even the mini rice field looked really good, the pictures didn’t do it justice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful but they kept forgetting small things such as our bath robes or things that we ordered, or some cups after they were cleaned. Honestly these were minor inconveniences. Food was ordered from a nearby restaurant, the food was fine but limited options available.

Peaceful environment, great hospitality and well behaved staff...

The massage offered by the hotel is a big scam.... Charged as hell and the worst massage I've ever had.....

Pool and personel very good , good place for have a rest

Everything is exceptional and can't fault anything. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great.

The Villa was nice and clean and staff is very friendly

Our villa was adjacent to a 2 story building, from 1st floor our pool is directly visible from its balcony, we felt a little less private due to that, as anyone could see through the balcony from it. The whole point of private villa is to have absolute privacy which was a problem may particular to Villa No. 104. They should install some curtain or some barrier to hide the Villa views.

Gede and all the other staff members were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was a dream too! We highly recommend!

villa was smaller then anticipated, mouldy bathroom, unclean toilet, small TV, very weathered needs a thorough clean, no lock at main door, safe was not secured to cupboard, not much of a view, disturbing neighbours from adjacent Villa,

Was everything good

Everything met our expectations. Lovely and very accomodating staff. The villa is secluded and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Love everything.

Everything was perfect until the insensitive guests next door turned up the music and talked loudly while they swam in their pool just after 9pm. The staff was told and very responsive.

Room and pool

,but no privacy,can peep outsider as well as neighbours,floor slippery, bathtub not clean,break fast ok but they prepared unhygienic way,have seen the store where broom and eatable kept together,also very dirty,not advisable,if not improve.

The staff are friendly and the swimming pools are nice

The room wasn’t particularly clean and some tiles were falling off the bathroom walls. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom, and lots of bugs around the room (not really the resort’s fault).

The place was very homey and not to mention the outdoor toilet was very nice.

There’s algae in the pool. Staff broke our luggage as it was too heavy and they dropped it. Location is a bit far and Grab cannot reach. Hired driver from the villa is expensive.

The property was beautiful with our own rice terrace and beautifully decorated, looked straight out of Pinterest. Staff were helpful with requests, especially removing creepy crawlies from our room.

Lack of microwave, we were told there was halal food, however the chicken was not halal so we had to eat breakfast without any meats. There was no ironing board. Sheets were asked to be changed but they were just made again with the stains just changed to other sides.

I have no regrets

Amazing place, just like on the photos. Quiet and calm place surrounded by rice farms. Staff is super nice and flexible. Breakfast was great and you can enjoy it in your own villa, which is super good. We also rented scooters almost every day, it was good price and great quality. The villa is about 20 minutes drive from Ubud, easily accessible. All in all it was such a nice stay here, I would recommend it anyone who would like to enjoy nature and relax.

Gorgeous villa with everything you needed. Daily room service. Lovely pool with pool chairs as well as a table and chairs for meals (covered). Bed was a bit firm but comfortable. The bathroom was lovely but outdoors so a bit of mould, and mould on the bathroom bin. Nice breakfast that was included and brought to our villa at our selected time.

Location was a bit average as nothing was really in immediate walking distance and sometimes it was hard to get a Grab (but we managed). This was good for a short two night stay. The staff didn’t really speak English which made communicating a bit difficult at times. tv was a bit small so hard to see but we weren’t in the room much anyway. Some bugs, ants, and geckos- to be expected with the location though.

It was extremely clean and beautiful in a lovely, peaceful area. Excellent value for money. The staff were also extremely kind and helpful, Ferry, Yoga and Jodi were always smiling and ready to assist us when we needed it.

Bathroom is outside

These villas are located in Sebatu and it is like 30-40 minutes by scooter from Ubud. I would really recommend them for couples who want to be in a more quiet area, away from most touristic places. We stayed there for a week and it was lovely. It is very recommended for couples. The swimming pool is lovely. There are a few temples nearby that are not so touristy but beautiful as the best. The villas are absolutely great, there is plenty of space and they are very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, very clean, the bed is large, there is a small TV with Netflix and a minibar with Coca-Cola and beers. Bottles of water are complimentary. The staff are very helpful and caring. Breakfast is served in the morning from 8 to 11, guests have to choose which breakfast they will have the evening before. The bathroom is amazing with a shower and bathtub. They clean the room everyday according to the guests’ desires. I’d like to say many thanks to Ferry, Yoga and Jody who helped us with everything. Especially many many thanks to Ferry who gave us very good pieces of advice.

The accommodation is not exactly in Ubud, it is in Sebatu which is 40 minutes by motorbike from Ubud. Staff are only three people so sometimes they seem a bit overworked.

Location was serene and quiet. A bit far from the main ubud market , but it is close to Cretya (Alas Huram) and other tourist spots in Ubud.

The food was not great. It was manageable.

Cute little villa out in a small village surrounded by rice paddies. There is a really nice restaurant ten minutes walk away called Evicurious which had delicious food and lovely views.

The bathroom had lots of green mildew, needs a good water last to remove. Double check the location, it is far out from Ubud, I couldn’t even get a motorbike or scooter to pick me up.

Beautiful villa. Clean and spacious. Great location. It is opposite a small restaurant (warung, and walking distance to a few others). It is also close to many of the tourist destinations.

Slightly less privacy in our pool, as the upstairs of adjacent villa could see us. Slight communication gap with staff in terms of English, but extremely friendly and accommodating.

Property was perfect

Everything was amazing! The room was big enough and very clean! The room service was great and the people there very polite and willing to help. We used the massage service too! Very good! The location was about 30 minutes from the center of Ubud and it was quite enough. Very good for relaxing vacations!! Easy to go to other places. There was a very nice restaurant close!! The breakfast was awesome! Many choices and good quality!

Pretty far from center of Ubud and hard to reach if you don’t have a car. If you are a light sleeper there are a lot of animals that make noise in the night unfortunately

Breathtakingly beautiful

Breakfast included was great. The room was so beautiful and very clean, we loved our stay! Really appreciated the toiletries, water and fruit in the room. Nice late check out at 12pm. Great lights in the room, and pool area was very well kept. Pool towels were comfortable. Wifi was also working well.

You could hear noise from the other rooms quite well. We were unlucky and some other guests were playing loud music till 1am and ruining the tranquil vibe. It was also difficult to communicate with the staff when we had any questions about transportation etc.

Quiet, cozy, comfortable rooms. Can rent motorbike and taxi from the hotel itself. Very helping staff.

Nothing to dislike, just needs 1-2 days to get familiar with everything as most of the road are very quiet and its not convinient to go out at night.
