Rue assez bruyante (véhicules qui passent et autre), la propreté n’est pas top du tout

Valitettavasti en ollut tyytyväinen vierailuumme, enkä pitänyt hotellista lainkaan. Hotelli oli epäsiisti. Sivustolla ilmoitettiin, että huoneessa on neljä erillistä yhden hengen vuodetta, mutta todellisuudessa huoneessa oli yksi parisänky ja kaksi yhden hengen sänkyä. Tämän vuoksi kaksi meistä joutui nukkumaan samassa sängyssä. Pyyhkeitä ei vaihdettu vierailumme aikana. Lisäksi sähkökatko kesti useita päiviä, minkä vuoksi huoneessa oli erittäin kuuma ja oleskelu oli todella epämukavaa. Kun kerroin henkilökunnalle, että näissä olosuhteissa emme pysty majoittumaan hotellissa ja haluaisimme lähteä, meille ilmoitettiin, ettei rahoja palauteta. Myös Wi-Fi-yhteys ei toiminut kunnolla ja kylpyhuoneen ilmanvaihto oli rikki. Kaiken kaikkiaan majoituskokemus oli erittäin huono eikä vastannut sitä, mitä meille oli sivustolla luvattu.

Номер очень маленький, площадь в описании явно указана с балконом (он правда большой и с него классный вид) Грязно Когда заселились не было полотенец, холодильника, не работал телефон Душевая- это просто ужас, ржавчина, еле держащаяся сантехника это ужас как из какого-то хоррора.

Un miros insuportabil a canalizare , lenjeria și prosoapele nu doar ca miroseau a imputit și erau și murdare . Ceva groaznic , nu o să mai merg în veci acolo . Jos în recepție canapele și fotoliile sunt infecte total

Calisanlar çok iyiydi ama onun dışında tercih edilecek bir otel değil sıcak su geç akiyor carsaflar eski sait bey cok ilgilydi tesekur ederim ona onun dışında birdaha tercih etmem.

Ich habe fast einen Monat in diesem Hotel verbracht. Ich möchte mich herzlich bei Sait Bey bedanken, der sehr hilfreich war. Auch bei der Ankunft meiner Mutter und meines Bruders gab es keinerlei Probleme. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und herzlich, allerdings ist das Hotel selbst sehr alt und eigentlich in keinem bewohnbaren Zustand; es gibt dort viele Probleme. Insbesondere mit der Beleuchtung und der Wasserversorgung gab es Schwierigkeiten. Warmes Wasser gab es überhaupt nicht; man musste 10 bis 15 Minuten warten, bis es endlich floss. Dies habe ich auch bemängelt. Ob ich noch einmal in diesem Hotel übernachten würde? Nein, das könnte ich nicht. Abgesehen vom Personal ist das Hotel leider nicht zu empfehlen. Ich möchte mich jedoch noch einmal ausdrücklich beim Personal für ihre Hilfsbereitschaft bedanken. Vielen Dank für alles

It’s decent, not the best, dirty and in a crowded neighborhood not the best

It’s not clean and the stuff wasn’t friendly and they lie, I arrived early and ask them if I can check in early they said the property is full and there is no available room to check in, but then another guy was offering a room with extra fees.. I told them you guys just said no room available they answered if you pay for another night we can check you in, I did bc I had a long flight, the problem the room was not that good, the shower was broken and dirty, also when I asked about the laundry the guy at the desk told me a price to wash my cloths, but when they are done washing them they rise the piece and ask more money.. I had to pay anyways

Personnel à l’écoute surtout Sayed Asrar. Toujours au petit soin.

Le chauffage donne direct sur le lit et ça rend inconfortable pour ceux qui ne supporte pas trop le chauffage.

Отель отличный, номер аккуратный и чистый. Но самое главное, это персонал. Отзывчивые и доброжелательные люди, приятно было заходить в отель, всегда встречали с улыбкой, горничная приятная женщина. Жалею что не запомнила имена, что бы поблагодарить. Встретили в аэропорту и вызвали такси обратно в аэропорт. В следующий раз, обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле.

We lived on the 6th floor, so we couldn't hear the neighbors or seagulls. There was a stunning terrace and very comfortable mattresses, and the room was spacious.

the smell in the bathroom is not very pleasant

No hubo servicio de limpieza de habitación, no lavaron el baño ni repusieron toallas ni toallones ninguno de los días alojados y fueron más de 3. Las únicas toallas eran decadentes de calidad , rotas desilachadas, el colchón manchado y sábanas manchadas y sucias; tampoco recogieron las bolsas de basura de los días alojamiento.

The cheap price and convinient location for a visit to the Istanbul Fair.

The room wasn't very clean. On top of that for the 3 nights i stayed no one came to clean or change the towels. Could be a dealbraker for some people.

The hotel and the staff are amazing. I want to say a big thank you to the manager Asrar and to the rest of the team. I had a surgery, the first few days I was alone and need it assistant. The staff did above to make my stay comfortable, they went beyond my expectations, especially Asrar he bought me facial gauze, also guide us to the best destinations around. The location is great, plenty of restaurants, pubs, shops and transport. The sea 🌊 side is 15 minutes by bus, the name is Aquarium, Asrar has suggested that place to us and we indeed enjoyed our time there, very luxury huge mall with a sea view, plenty of restaurants and shops. My stay was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul. Thank you very much for making my trip so enjoyable and relaxing I truly appreciate it. 😇😇😇

I booked the hotel with breakfast included, as clearly stated on the hotel's website, but the hotel refused to provide any breakfast. Their service was very poor; there was no toothbrush in the bathroom, they didn't provide coffee powder in the room, and the bedding was old and very dirty. I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

Nu mi-a plăcut locul unde este amplasat blocul din spate este f aproape, patul a fost inconfortabil era miros de țigară in camera nu a venit nimeni sa facă curățenie in camera pana când am plecat nu avea hârtie igienică decât f puțină nu a întrebat nimeni dacă am nevoie de ceva nu îl recomand.

La tela que había como decoración en la cama, olía a sucio, la cama en cada movimiento rechinaba un poco y la ducha salía agua caliente y cambiaba a fría.

They don't clean the room even when we them and refuse to give us clean towels and sheets. It says that they have parking, but they don't, we had to pay $20 parking per night.
