Buke Hotel Bomonti

The staff is warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. They also arranged my transfers from Istanbul Airport to the hotel and back perfectly. The hotel is located in an area with many other hotels. Public transport stops are fairly close by, although it takes about a 15-20 minute walk to reach the M2 metro station (Osmanbey) that leads to the centre of the city.

The facility was modern and clean. The staff were super helpfull and friendly. I had lots of loggage and they helped me by moving all of them.

Am ajuns înainte de ora de check in, și nu a fost o problemă să ne cazeze mai devreme. Ne-au oferit ceai gratuit până check in-ul a fost finalizat. După ce ne-au condus în camera, ne-au adus cadou un platou cu fructe proaspete. Am cautat foarte mult timp un hotel bun în Istanbul deoarece am văzut ca în general sunt probleme cu gălăgia, curățenia, personalul, zonele în care sunt amplasate hotelurile. Am avut noroc și Buke hotel a fost perfect pentru noi. Am văzut ca exista și recenzii mai puțin bune la Buke Hotel BOMONTI dar noi nu am avut nici un fel de problemă. Pe străzi ne-am simțit mereu în siguranță chiar și noaptea târziu. La 10 minute de mers pe jos este un bulevard principal unde ai stații de autobuz, metrou, mall, restaurante, magazine, etc. Curățenia este făcută zilnic iar dacă optezi să nu îți facă într-o zi sigur nu vei fi deranjat. Personalul este foarte prietenos și te ajută cu ori ce problemă. În fața hotelului au câteva locuri de parcare stradale dar noi am preferat să lăsăm mașina parcată pe strada principală și nu am avut probleme.

Din păcate, dimineața se auzea traficul de afară. Am observat ca peste tot în Istanbul au probleme cu izolația fonica. Noi când plecăm în vacanță avem dopuri de urechi, deci astfel am rezolvat problema asta fără prea mult efort.

The hotel, despite its high reputation, was not good for me at all. First, the room we had booked was supposed to be upgraded and we would be given a larger room, but this was not done and the room was very small. Second, on the second day of our stay, I asked the hotel to clean our room. To my surprise, they told me that we only have room cleaning service until 4 pm and that we do not clean the room after that, while our request was made at 3:30 pm, which was surprising to me. When I asked the receptionist why, he said that this is our rule and that after 4 pm we have no one to clean. Even if it is their hotel rule, they should inform the traveler that we only service the room until this time, which they did not tell us in advance. The next day, when we had to leave the hotel early so that they could clean the room, upon returning, we were faced with a not-so-perfect cleaning, and that there were only 2 small bottles of water and a very small pack of paper towels in the room, which was enough. It wasn't, and the staff, especially at the reception, weren't friendly and could have been better. Another issue was that their internet connection was very weak and kept disconnecting and reconnecting.Boxing.com said the hotel room had a city view, but the room had no view and its window faced a narrow alley with another building in front of it, which I will send you a photo of. The breakfast was not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel at all, and was very minimal. Shampoo and soap were in refillable tubes, which were usually broken.thank you for your attention

It was clean and staff were very friendly, we took the family room our kids had separate room, underground is about 15 minutes walk from hotel, I totally happy with the place everyone were friendly and helpful.

A lovely hotel.. clean, comfortable, and highly recommended, especially for families. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was good.

The only thing is the steep walk to the nearby metro station, which can be difficult with a stroller. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The strength of this place are the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, from reception to the breakfast service. The room is also spacious and very clean.

The staff was not professional. I ask for taxi, they said that they will call, when I came back on reception for the taxi 30 minutes after they told me that they didn’t call because I didn’t gave them address where I go, but they didn’t ask. Then I was waiting more than 30 min on the street to find a taxi, because they could not find and I misses important meeting. They are always with smile on their face, but they could not help you with anything!

I am a Genius Level 3 member on Booking.com who booked 7 twin rooms at this hotel for my group to stay 4 nights. Front desk staff refused to listen when I explained the system error that caused the wrong guest count. They ignored my calls and demanded €240 extra cash to accommodate all 8 guests already paid for. When I complained, hotel management later contacted me directly and admitted the €240 charge was a mistake caused from their side. However, they refused to refund unless I permanently deleted my review — an unacceptable condition I declined.

Le personnel était agréable et le service aussi. Les douches étaient bien et propre. La chambre est moderne et le lobby aussi.

Très mauvais wifi. Lit supposer être des King ou queen size mais ce ne sont que 2 lits rapprochés. Lumière du détecteur de fumée au dessus du lit (dur à dormir) 0 insonorisation on entend tout que ce soit les voisins ou les voitures qui passent.

Personale cortese e premuroso, colazione ottima e abbondante

Everything about the hotel was great and everybody was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great that we mostly decided to take it there instead of going in the area. Location is good but a bit of a walk to the metro if you only wanna use that . The transfer also was simple and a fun ride, felt a bit like a vip which was a surprise but a welcomed one.

The only downside is the fact that , atleast at the time of our arrival , we did not have control over the ac so we had to open the window at night since the heat was a bit high during the day when we were in between outside trips .

Genuine honest review, hotel had great staff, communication, and service. I've stayed at a few hotels in this specific area (Bomonti/Sisli and also Taksim area) this was the best, in terms of service, value for money, and breakfast options were good (not huge spread like a big chain or brand 5 star hotel but breakfast was plentiful and really good quality). I will be happy to stay again if I visit next time around.

Iron and Ironing board is available on request (which is still ok), but would be nice to have these in the rooms already (in the wardrobes for example). Internet was a bit slow and could be better/faster.

The place was clean and comfortable. The room was very well organized.

No transparency with payments. There were constantly delays in returning the change.

Had a really pleasant stay at Buke Bomonti Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to many places in Istanbul. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the rooms were spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was also good with a nice variety of options. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Всичко беше прекрасно. Хотелът се намира на тиха уличка, може да се спи спокойно, което за мен беше изключително важно. Стаята беше голяма и изключително чиста. Банята също беше голяма и изключително чиста. Леглото беше много голямо и удобно. В стаята имах вода, кафе и чай. Имах и комплимент от хотела, плато с плодове, страхотна изненада. Хората от персонала са истински професионалисти, съдействаха ми при всяко запитване. Определено ще ги посетя отново когато съм в Истанбул.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. I would especially like to mention the staff, who were extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The service was excellent and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

No parking spot available at the hotel, however the staff helped us find one, 2 min walk from the hotel.

This was my second stay in Bomonti hotel. Small,cozy,clean and easy place to stay. After a long flight, all you need is a smiley face and warm welcome with turkish tea which Mr Omer at the front desk will give you. He is very helpful ,kind with a great sense of humor. Can't recommend this hotel more.

The hotel has really good amenities. Big beautiful clean room. You have everything you need around, restaurants, shops, pharmacies etc. And the stuff was friendly and helpful, I had some issues with my care and they were to help.
