我付了4晚的住宿費，結果第二天房卡被鎖，跟櫃台說時，櫃台就是認為我只付一晚，並請我出示證明有付了4晚的費用，最後，好險我沒丟掉收據，才能證明我的清白，但真的是嚇死我了(一晚台幣3千多)，最後旅館賠償我雙人早餐一餐(台幣400元/人)和飲料卷，我還是覺得.........讓人失去信任了。

Keeping veg and meat under one lid. Was a big disaster for. We could see people using one food clamp for both meat and veg dishes leaving it unconsumable for us. Same with cheese and ham. One food clamp for cheese and ham! Request to keep veg and eggs / meat (Pork, beef, chicken, fish, etc) separate.

in the room the air conditioner was not working very weel, too cold or too hot the temperature in the room....maybe the machine should be renewed.

The AC is so weak everywhere (in the gym It was like to make a sauna). In the room there are regulars home AC splits that turns off when you leave it so it’s really hot when you come back.

Called the manager — he did nothing, fully supports this behavior (he is in the photo with that awful woman). They took a deposit and kept it with a fake excuse. Shame on Novotel. Never stay here.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026It was much more expensive than other hotels. Hotel is outdated it’s not that clean. And they don’t provide us anything with that price. And the staffs aren’t friendly at all, the receptionist looked like she just hates her work. We didn’t cause any problems she didn’t had to be that cold. Location is not that great it’s far from everything. Wall is made of paper there is no soundproof. We booked this hotel because our hotel cancelled the day we check-in so we had no choice. I wouldn’t come back here again

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026It was clean and very spacious. Reasonably close to Center of city, 30 mins cab to district 1.
There is huge construction going on just beside the hotel and there was really loud construction noise in the night, even after 12 in the night. We couldn’t sleep in the night. And they are building a whole big building so it will go on for at least a few months.

Reviewed May 21, 2025Room had all the amenities I could need, Wifi worked perfectly, The bed was super comfy, Breakfast was great and the reception team were also very helpful. Shoutout to Nick who was kind enough to answer any question and make sure I had a taxi ready after my work meeting!
It was extremely hot and the air con isn't centralised, It worked great when on but only works with the key connected, so every time I went out I came back to a roasting room.
