Wonderful stay with exceptional staff! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Everyone made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and the warm atmosphere really made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely be happy to come back. We received such a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The property is beautiful, and our room was absolutely lovely. It had been prepared with great care and attention to detail, and you can really see the effort the owners put into making their guests feel comfortable. A special mention goes to Yovita, whose kindness and warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. She was incredibly helpful, always available if we needed anything, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

I booked this property for 5 nights, as it was advertised as a "quiet Ubud villa." However, the listing's description was highly misleading. First, the villa is located 2 hours away by car from Ubud, not in Ubud as advertised. Second, it was far from quiet; there was active construction right next to the property that woke us up early every morning, preventing us from sleeping. Due to these issues, we were forced to leave after only two nights and check into another accommodation in downtown Ubud

A tal punto da fare una disinfestazione per i gechi!!(normalissimi a Bali, ma molto rumorosi) La location è stupenda, immersa nelle risaie e nella natura, molto appartata e in posizione strategica per arrivare a Ubud, ma anche verso Munduk.

Honestly this is the place to stay at if you wanna get away from stress. Place is soo quiet, and secluded yet, there are restaurants around, wifi is strong, and even A/C is good. I didn't have any problems with bugs or anything despite it being surrounded by greeneries. Ms. Yovi, and the rest of that staff were so friendly I felt safe as a solo traveler. I would definitely come back here no doubt.

Beautiful location, very close to some of the attractions like rice terrace, coffee plantation, temples and waterfalls. Yovi made our stay special, she took care of every detail and she was always there to help at every hour of the day . Breakfast was also very good.

La zona nos encantó, está todo alrededor lleno de locales de restaurantes y más villas y en todos los locales se come maravilloso que si quisiera no sales de ahí porque puedes llegar a todos andando dando un paseo. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Sawah Sebatu Villa während unserer Flitterwochen sehr genossen. Die Villa ist wunderschön, ruhig gelegen und von traumhafter Natur umgeben. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die liebevolle Honeymoon-Dekoration, die unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat und uns direkt ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert hat. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Yovi für den herzlichen Service und die tolle Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts. Durch ihre Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit haben wir uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit. Alles! Die villas sind super schön gestaltet, alles ist sehr sauber und Yovi, die Eigentümerin kümmert sich unglaublich gut. Auch die Lage ist optimal, wenn man dem Trubel ein wenig entfliehen möchte. Dennoch ist alles sehenswerte in der Ubud area nur eine Grab Fahrt entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es zudem eine Vielzahl wirklich guter und sehr schöner Restaurants. Ein Aufenthalt hier lohnt sich und wir würden immer wiederkommen!

Location was so quite and relaxing away from city life. It is surrounded by rice fields and good number of restaurants options near by. Host is very good and respectful took care of us very nicely.

Extrem freundliches Personal Zimmerreinigung war schnell und äußerst gründlich Abends viel Ruhe durch die Abgelegenheit. Der perfekte Ort, wenn man in der Nähe von Ubud sein möchte, aber dem Stadttrubel entkommen möchte. Der private Pool war eine wundervolle Abkühlung Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wir bekamen täglich 2 Flaschen Wasser

Falls jemand Geräuschempfindlich ist würden wir Ohropax empfehlen, da in der Nähe umgebaut wird.

The facilities are incredibly beautiful, within a gorgeous location. Everything is extremely clean, well built, hi quality, and with great taste, from the private pool to the bathroom. This is one of those few places that is better than the photos!

The location is a must; for us, it was better than Ubud, within a friendly town full of great restaurants, a waterfall, and more. Between these and the comfort of the property we barely wanted to leave Sebatu! On top of that, the host is amazing and takes care of every detail

Staff here are such amazing wonderful people. So nice. Very helpful. So clean, beds are incredibly comfortable. Aircon is amazing. Bathroom is amazing. Apart from the villa being incredible, the main highlight was the service, the ladies at the front desk made the experience 10x better. 100% recommend. 100% would come back!

There properly was beautiful! I had an amazing view with my own private pool! It was a little bit of heaven. Very picturesque and relaxing. I loved being away from the busyness of Ubud centre, surrounded by nature. Yovi and her family were also amazing. She always had a smile on her face and was incredibly accommodating and extremely friendly. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I was very well looked after with food and great hospitality! I’ll definitely be coming back to this villa 100% …. I miss it already! If you’re looking for luxury, great service and nature this is the place for you. Thank you so much I had the best time. Also the chicken lanpan was so good! I ordered it nearly every night. x

It was located outside of the busyness of Ubud. We hired a scooter from the accommodation and found riding past the rice fields stunning. Very close to main attractions, coffee tasting, waterfalls. Hostess Tovi and family were very accommodating and always welcoming

Oh my gosh, this was the best stay in a villa or hotel I’ve ever had! Staff was incredibly accommodating. The villa has a beautiful private pool and deck area which is perfect for eating outside and then taking a swim. The bed is incredibly comfortable with a big fluffy comforter blanket as well as a mosquito net that will make you feel like a princess. Great A/C and the hottest bath water I’ve ever had, even better than my house back in the U.S. I even opted for a floral bath and they had it ready in only about 30 minutes, im not sure how they do it but it was heavenly!! A delicious selection of meals and snacks available. Very private. Located in a quiet area, only a 10 minute walk from a beautiful water temple and shopping area.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. La stanza, ampia e dotata, di ogni comfort è dominata da un enorme letto a baldacchino. Il bagno presenta una bellissima vasca scavata nella pietra nera, oltre ad una doccia assai funzionale e acqua calda a volontà. Il giardinetto e la piscina sono di gran buon gusto. La colazione, pur buona ed abbondante, non è il punto di forza della struttura. Punto di forza rappresentato invece dalle squisite Yovi e Lia, il cui calore e simpatia accompagnano una grande competenza ed attenzione ai bisogni ed ai desideri dei clienti Ampio il catalogo di escursioni e massaggi, di cui non abbiamo usufruito per mancanza di tempo. La posizione, ottima per noi che cercavamo relax e tranquillità, necessita però di un mezzo per spostarsi. Diversi i ristoranti nei pressi, raggiungibili anche a piedi. Consigliatissimo, vi troverete assai bene.

We loved the hospitality of the people working there, Yovi was amazingly helpful and kind. The area was pretty, our house was surrounded by rice fields. The room was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Our taxi had no problem reaching the place.

We had an amazing time at Sawah Sebatu Villa. All of our wishes were taken care of, and we felt very welcomed. The room and pool was beautiful and it was very clean. The area was very quiet and relaxing, but at the same time there where lots of caffes and restaurants nearby, even a gym. The food and breakfast was good, and we were also able to rent a scooter :) will definetly be back!

Of the many places we have been in Indonesia, this was by far the best. The service was perfect from start to finish and so extremely well arranged we didn't have to worry about anything. The staff and family of the villa were so sweet and sincere that it seemed like we had known each other for years. I can't wait to get back here as soon as possible

Todo. Ubicación en una zona preciosa rodeada de arrozales y muy cerquita de Tegallalang Rice Terrace, el Templo del agua y cascadas. La piscina increíble, la cama muy cómoda y el desayuno te lo traen a la Villa por las mañanas. Si regreso a Bali, no tengo que buscar más, es perfecto.

La ubicación de la Villa está en medio de arrozales y alejado de cualquier zona urbana. Es fácil llegar y estar en la Villa es lo más parecido a estar en el paraíso. Se puede dormir maravillosamente, y la habitación tiene todo lo necesario. El desayuno incluído está bien, y para almorzar o cenar puedes elegir platos tradicionales que están muy bien de precio y muy ricos. Es increíble estar en una Villa así en Bali, con piscina privada y con una decoración tan exquisita a nivel floral. En la recepción tienen un surtido de snacks y bebidas que puedes adquirir por si te apetece, y pagar al final de tu estancia. No necesitarás salir de la Villa si quieres relajarte al máximo y no quieres desplazarte para comer ni comprar comida. Yovita y sus compañeras fueron muy amables y nos atendieron maravillosamente desde que llegamos hasta la despedida. Incluso hubo un problema con el agua caliente que solucionaron con una profesionalidad que pocas veces he visto aquí en la isla, y ya es la tercera vez que vengo a Bali. Ojalá podamos volver el año que viene.

Solo por añadir algo a un sitio tan maravilloso, me faltó una Ganesha en la decoración de la piscina frente a la puerta de entrada.

I stayed there for 5 Nights. The staff was great, very kind und always easy to reach. The location was a little bit tricky and for someone who drives himself was difficult and needed good attention specially in the last 2-3 kilometers. But overall was in nearby area of Ubud. The breakfast was as well overall good but maybe would be better when more options are added. The towels and bed blankets were not in the perfect cleanness, the toilet was good but the hot water was not always steady. The Garden and the swimming pools were really good and clean. For those who likes an extreme Luxury this would not be the best choice but as the money value it is really good.

Beautiful villa and run by lovely respectful and kind staff. Perfect place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. We really enjoyed our time here overall. It was great value.

Bed was a little firm for our tastes, and be careful in the bathroom as the tiles are very slippery. Would be great to have better hot water as could not enjoy the bathtub due to water not being hot enough.

De locatie is prachtig! De ligging is perfect en het zwembad en de service zijn geweldig! Zou het aan iedereen aan bevelen. Het fruit in de ochtend is ook heerlijk.

Voor het ontbijt kun je beter in een tentje verderop gaan eten.

The villa is beautiful, it is in a magical place, close to the ricefields. The area is outside of the city, very quiet and keeping the traditional element of Bali. Within walking distance there are restaurants, laundry service and a Balinese temple where you can do the purification ceremony. The staff is very kind, they are really focusing on make your stay unforgettable. The food was tasty and they bring it to your villa. I can only recommend this place and hope to come back to the villa in one day :)

Firstly, staff was extremely welcoming, welcome drink and explained very thoroughly about details of the accommodation upon arrival, extremely receptive throughout the stay, replied texts very fast and always went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Secondly, even though location is slightly stranded. It’s perfect to get away from the noise of traffic and construction. View of paddy fields was so nice, and i’m glad i got the villa at the end, room 202, as the view from the pool was very refreshing. Pool was so nice, everything was very clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were cold and fluffy. In-room massage was amazing!! Able to book many things through the hotel, including tours, rental of bikes, massages, even tarot card readings. Definitely looking forward to coming back to stay. Best accommodation throughout my whole trip in Bali. Looks exactly like the pictures

I booked this Villa in Sebatu as the last leg of my Indonesia travel. It was so comfortable with the family hosting the sweetest and so helpful. Very calm neighbourhood with restaurants, waterfalls and temples in walking distance. I just stayed for two nights but wish I stayed longer. Food was great! The private pool was so good.

La villa era preciosa con todos los detalles, y la familia que regenta este alojamiento sin duda es lo que hace que este lugar sea especial. Yovi y su familia han sido muy atentos y generosos con nosotros y con nuestra hija. Nos han acogido con un cariño que no hay palabras para describirlo, incluso mostrándonos sus costumbres. Han estado muy pendientes de nuestro confort en todo momento. Sin duda jamás olvidaremos este lugar tan mágico ❤️

Las instalaciones eran muy bellas, pero el muro del jardín permitía que te viesen desde el exterior lo cual era una falta de intimidad.

El agua de la bañera no era caliente, solo templada lo cual no permitía darse un baño agradable.

Сразу скажу, что нам отдых это не испортило, но хочется подсветить несколько пунктов, которые помогут будущим жильцам в выборе: 1) расположение супер отдаленное от всего - рядом нет хороших мест поесть, до природных и других достопримечательностей тоже далеко 2) вилла среди рисового поля - будьте готовы к большому количеству живности, в том числе к большим гекконам внутри, они, в основном, в крыше, но выбираются наружу и делают свои дела на пол (еще крысу видели на ресепшн) 3) бассейн скорее декоративный, чем для плавания + теневая сторона (может быть прохладно) 4) были завтраки, но не очень вкусные, чувствовался привкус масла очень 5) номер очень влажный - вся одежда была как будто мокрая, сушить вещи негде (если только на стуле на улице, но у нас были дожди, так что это не спасало) 6) проблемы с горячей водой - она есть только в душе (в раковине нет) и только на несколько секунд, то есть ты включаешь горячую - она течет, а потом становится холодной, нужно заново закрыть и открыть кран, тогда процедура повторится, в какой-то момент (раз на седьмой) она становится горячей, мы так и не поняли систему)))) 7) вилла немного уже усталая - грязный балдахин у кровати, шторы, не свежие полотенца и т.д., постельное и полотенца, кажется, не меняли Девочки (персонал) очень милые, старались делать все, что в их силах, не хотелось даже писать все это, но желание помочь потенциальным жильцам пересилило)

My wife and I stayed at Sawah Sebatu for a week and it was easily the highlight of our Bali trip. The location is stunning — peaceful, surrounded by rice fields, and tucked away from the crowds, yet close enough to explore Ubud. The food was incredible, fresh, and full of authentic flavour. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Yovi and her amazing family — their hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel like part of the family. The villa was spotless, comfortable, and waking up to those views every morning was pure magic. If you’re looking for a peaceful, authentic Bali experience — this is it!

Hosts ask for extra money if you pay by card. When booking for activity using klook, it is outside free pickup area, so you need to pay more.

We came from Turkey for our honeymoon. They welcomed us incredibly well and took excellent care of us throughout our stay. Thank you all very much, you can definitely stay safely.

The bathroom had a unique interiour, the private garden with pool was peaceful, with a lot of plants. There were no bugs in the room. The staff was extremely friendly. Really good juices that were brought via room service. For breakfast you can choose between american breakfast (eggs, bacon, patatoes, …) or indonesian breakfast (nasi goreng for example) or smoothies including fruit and muesli (which were really good). You get fruit platters with the breakfast so that’s good but in general the choice is limited between these three types of breakfast. Location is good when you like rest and not-busy areas. It’s 35-40 minutes away from ubud centre, so you need a taxi to go there. But it’s close to the rice terraces and most important temples and waterfalls.

The villa was very clean, all the staff were smiling, everything was perfect. I will choose it again on my next Ubud holiday and I definitely recommend it. The view and the sunset were magnificent. I slept very comfortably, there were no mosquitoes inside. Since the bed was tulle, I slept very comfortably and comfortably.

Beautiful stay with an even more beautiful family. We loved this private villa in the middle of the ricefields. It’s located in a quiet village but with lots of Balinese and western restaurants around. The villa itself has everything you need, but what made our stay exceptional was the host Yovi and her entire family. They made us feel at home, always taking care of us and our needs. The breakfast was delicious. We rented a scooter and drove around Ubud and many other parts of the island. There are a couple of small convenience shops nearby but the villa should have everything you need. Overall a very good stay near Ubud, we highly recommend, especially for couples.
