Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The location of the property, cleanliness and staff are good.
The hotel kept the AC off until we arrived and it was one of the hottest day in Germany. Keeping the AC of the room off when the day was super hot doesnt make any sense. After we complianed they turned the AC on but it just wouldnt work and it was that late in the night that we just didnt feel like going and complaining or changing the room. It was a terrible experience and we could barely sleep for an hour or two max. So do not book this hotel if you travel in summer or if you have to then make sure you arrive super early to check the AC and insist on a room change if it is hot.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026This is a modern and spacious hotel. The city center is a 30-40-minute walk away. Nearby there is a shopping center and a large selection of restaurants. The street is noisy, but closed windows provide silence. Modern and spacious room. Air conditioning and WI-FI work very well. Comfortable beds and two types of pillows. Everything corresponded to the photos on the Booking. Convenient underground parking (but you can't reserve a space in advance). The staff is friendly and helpful. No problem with payment. Check out at 12.00 Snacks are available for purchase near reception.
I would improve the cleanliness of the room. The wall in the bathroom where the towels were supposed to hang was very dirty. The drain in the sink was clogged. How could they have cleaned the room before our arrival and not noticed? The place - “the wardrobe” is not conveniently located and is very small.

Breakfast - the 2 blonde ladies (old & young) just watching you eat like a hawk! Everytime my kids would go up to the buffet, I felt uncomfortable as they would just stare and see what they were taking, also when we were eating at the table🤔 So I didnt really want to eat much! Location: very difficult to find parking, you must be lucky to find one on the main road. They have underground parking, but as our vehicle was over the height limit, we couldnt use it. We parked off street across the road, but was difficult to cross over as the pedestrian crossings were like 200 meters apart from each other. Bathroom tub abit too high.
