Luca was a great host, welcoming us on arrival, and serving breakfast each morning. He was always available on WhatsApp to answer questions and reserve a taxi. He also provided extra towels for us to take to the beach. The room was large, with a comfortable bed and places to unpack and organize your things. The breakfast had a good variety: cold cuts, cheeses, fresh fruits, vegetables, boiled eggs, and a few different homemade pastries. He also made cappuccinos, espressos, and coffees. Street parking is available across the street on Via Toscana. You can put 2 euro coins in the meter and get a ticket or use the Easypark app where it costs 2.49 euros - that is the price for 24 hours.

The internet would intermittently stop working. I wish I had known where to park on arrival and that I'd need coins or the Easypark app to pay (park on Via Toscana for 2 euros a day).

Luca est un véritable gentleman qui était là pour nous accueillir malgré une arrivée un peu tardive. Le logement est vraiment agréable et conforme aux photos. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner dans le jardin au calme, avec des produits faits maison et encore une fois la gentillesse naturelle de Luca qui contribue à se sentir vraiment bien chez cet hôte. Centre de Lecce très proche à pied et parking très facile à proximité. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

La habitación impecable, súper grande al igual que el baño privado que tenía la habitación, la limpieza un 10. Decoración con muchos detalles, es un lugar muy agradable. El desayuno hecho por el mismo Luca, quien en todo momento se mostró predispuesto a ayudarnos, e hizo que nuestra estadía en Lecce sea aún mejor, una anfitrión muy educado, amable y cálido. Sin dudas, lo recomendamos y volveríamos a hospedarnos.

Este es un sitio ideal para visitar Lecce y alrededores, el apartamento está muy cerca del centro, tiene aparcamiento fácil y barato al lado. En cuanto a las instalaciones tengo que decir que las habitaciones son fabulosas, grandes, limpias y decoradas con gusto. La cama es cómoda, el baño espectacular... Fue una maravilla desayunar en el patio, productos ricos, café delicioso. El anfitrión es amable y cercano. Recomiendo sin duda este lugar.

Super localisation proche du centre de Lecce. Le petit déjeuner était super, complet et à volonté. La chambre était spacieuse et bien décorée avec une très bonne literie. Hôte très chaleureux.

La propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous : il y avait des cheveux dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre au sol. J’ai demandé à ce que la chambre soit nettoyée le lendemain du premier jour et les cheveux étaient encore présents. Je trouve cela dérangeant pour un établissement de ce standing.

Die Lage des Hotels ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Keine nervigen Discos oder Restaurants in der Nähe. Zur Basilica 15 Gehminuten. Luca ist ein warmherziger Gastgeber der uns regelmäßig betreut hat. Er hat sogar noch eine Restaurant Buchung für uns gemacht, nachdem das Internet ausgebucht war. Es gibt einen Hofgarten, wo auch das italienische Frühstück serviert wird. Der Fußboden und das Badezimmer sind mit purem Carrara Marmor ausgelegt. Unglaublich! Das ganze Haus sowie die Zimmer sind stillvoll ausgestattet. Ich kann dies Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

Centrale locatie in Lecce, comfortabel, groot, de vriendelijke contacten met Luca, de tuin, de baksels bij het ontbijt, het Sant’ Oronzofeest (voor ons toeval)

De koffie/thee iets aan de lauwe kant, dus eigenlijk niets om over te zeuren.

Habitació i lavabo grans i espaiosos, bona acollida. A prop del centre històric de Lecce. Esmorzar complert si no se’l mengen els que van abans que tu.

A l’esmorzar una família es va acabar tots els ous i ens van dir que no ens feien més :( L’aire acondicionat funcionava pero molt poc.

Il Giardino della scuncerta est un superbe b&b, romantique, tout proche du centre historique de Lecce, sécurisé, un vrai havre de paix avec ce jardin très bien entretenu. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la bienveillance de l’hôte, les équipements de la chambre étaient modernes, fonctionnels, tout était superbe. La décoration est aussi de qualité, le lit est confortable, tout pour passer un excellent séjour. Notre seul regret : ne pas être restés plus longtemps. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, le choix est varié et permet de satisfaire chacun : salé, sucré, très bon café.

The B&B is well maintained with room service, is extremely well presented and provides a breakfast each morning. The host is friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed the B&B but the same breakfast was presented each morning. If staying for a length of time some variety would be nice.

Tutto perfetto: ottima accoglienza, stanza molto ben arredata e pensata, spazi ampi, vicinanza al centro storico facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e anche ottima zona per parcheggiare l’auto (al prezzo di 2€ al giorno). Mi siamo trovati benissimo. La mattina la colazione era perfetta tra dolc e salato e abbiamo fatto colazione fuori all’aperto che è stato molto bello. Consigliamo assolutamente l’alloggio. Un vero gioiellino! Ancora grazie per la gentilezza e accoglienza, speriamo di poter ritornare presto!

Las instalaciones son estupendas. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y confortables. Bien equipadas e impecables. En nuestro caso éramos dos personas y nuestra habitación era bastante espaciosa, el baño nuevo y moderno totalmente equipado. El anfitrión Luca, es una persona muy amable y servicial, atento en todo momento para que la estancia sea de 10; sin duda todo un acierto habernos alojado aquí. El desayuno rico y variado, Luca está pendiente en todo momento para que no falte nada y todo sea del agrado de sus huéspedes. Destacar la cercanía al centro histórico, apenas unos 10-15 minutos caminando. Recomiendo este alojamiento si tienes pensado viajar a Lecce.

De locatie vlakbij het historisch centrum. De vriendelijke gastheer Luca. Een lekker ontbijt in een mooie binnentuin. Een ruime kamer met een heeelijk bed. Een heerlijke badkamer. Een goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Goede parkeermogelijkheden in de buurt van de B&B.

Er was niets wat niet beviel.

L’hôte super et à l’écoute chambre propre et le pdj super

Lugar com excelente custo-benefício, perfeito para servir de base enquanto passávamos o dia explorando as praias espetaculares da costa jônica. O apartamento é amplo, super limpo e muito confortável, com ótimas cama e sofá-cama, além de um banheiro enorme equipado com um excelente chuveiro, toalhas e amenidades de ótima qualidade. O proprietário, Luca, é extremamente gentil, cordial e incrivelmente atento a cada detalhe. O café da manhã preparado por ele e servido no jardim é espetacular, com tudo fresquinho e saboroso, incluindo uma torta de laranja artesanal incrível feita por eles e pães e croissants assados na hora com um cheiro irresistível, além de frios, queijos variados, iogurtes e frutas picadas. Sobre a localização, fica um pouco afastado do miolo turístico, levando cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada (quase 1km) até o portão principal do centro histórico. Porém, essa caminhada compensa totalmente pelo preço excelente da diária e pela facilidade do carro, já que há um estacionamento público de parquímetro super seguro bem próximo onde, por apenas 2 euros, é possível deixar o veículo a noite toda.

O único ponto que sentimos que poderia melhorar foi o ar-condicionado; ficamos hospedados em 4 pessoas no final de julho e, como o quarto é muito amplo e estava muito calor, o aparelho pareceu não dar conta, talvez precisando de uma revisão na carga de gás ou de um equipamento maior. Ainda assim, a experiência geral foi maravilhosa e voltaríamos a nos hospedar lá sem sombra de dúvidas!

It was very clean and beautifully presented. The air con struggled in the heat, however Luca suggested we leave the aircon on all day to allow it to cool the room down . He also brought in a fan which helped overnight in the August heat

Das Frühstücksangebot war ziemlich reichlich und von durchwegs sehr guter Qualität. Der Empfang war überaus freundlich, der Vermieter sehr sympathisch. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, 10 Minuten Fussweg vom Teatro romano im Zentrum. Insgesamt ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

Die Klimaanlage hätte etwas besser herunterkühlen können, positiv war jedoch, dass überall Fliegengitter angebracht waren

Il Giardino della Scuncerta is a truly wonderful place to stay in Lecce. The B&B has a distinct sense of carefully considered luxury, with great attention paid to every detail. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, comfortable and welcoming. Luca is an excellent host. He is attentive without being intrusive, offers very helpful recommendations and tips, and makes every effort to ensure that his guests have an enjoyable stay. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous and was one of the highlights of our visit. The only minor drawback is the location, as the B&B is around a ten-minute walk from the centre of Lecce and approximately twenty minutes from the train station. However, this did not detract from our overall experience. We can highly recommend Il Giardino della Scuncerta and Luca to anyone looking for a special place to stay in Lecce.

Beautiful historic house which the owner is very proud of. He enjoys sharing it with you. We had good contact close to our stay making entry to the property easy. Can't fault our visit. Good parking opposite for €2 per day. From the property its a 10min flat walk to the start of the old town. Lecce is a lovely town.

Everything about the accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, spacious, and quiet. There was a beautiful courtyard available to guests, where a nice breakfast was served. Luca, the owner, was a wonderful host. He was extremely kind, always offering help with anything we could possibly need. My husband and I would highly recommend Il Giardino della Scuncerta. A lovely place with large, beautifully furnished rooms and a lovely garden area where we were able to have breakfast. Plentiful breakfast - meats, cheeses eggs homemade cakes. Luca, the owner, was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The centre of Lecce is about a 10-15 minites walk but it's easy so not a problem. A bonus is parking across the road is only €2 per day. Highly recommend

The host is very accommodating and friendly. My flight landed late at night and the host made sure I was checked smoothly and comfortably. The room was large and spotless with a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this place.

Luca was an incredible host. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, charming, and genuinely welcoming. He took the time to chat with us each morning over breakfast, asking about our plans and experiences, which made our stay feel very personal. His recommendations were excellent, especially a nearby local restaurant where we enjoyed an authentic meal away from the typical tourist crowds. When we wanted to visit some popular sites about 30 minutes away, Luca arranged a private driver for us and even negotiated a great rate. The beautiful garden setting for breakfast is a lovely touch, and the room itself was absolutely stunning—elegant, spacious, and one of the highlights of our stay.

Очень милый владелец, помог договориться с трансфером в другой город. Смогли раньше заселиться. Если вам мила старина и бабушкины шкафы и серванты, то тогда вам сюда. Кондиционер работал, садик для завтрака тоже прелестен.

Luca was very helpful and polite. The rooms were spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The decor inside the room and generally were astonishing. Breakfast was served in the garden had a variety of homemade cakes , eggs, croissants, pistaciottos etc. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely visit it again when in Lecce.

Excelente localização. Pousada bem cuidada, toda reformada. Bom gosto pensado nos mínimos detalhes, nos mimos no quarto, nas toalhas felpudas, espelho para maquiagem, ótimo secador de cabelos, frigobar montado, aromatizador no quarto. Boa iluminação no quarto. O café da manhã é muito bom, cuidadosamente preparado. O proprietário é muito atencioso, guardou nossas malas após o check-out, reservou táxi para o Aeroporto. Recomendo fortemente para hospedagem em Lecce!

O misturador do chuveiro era desregulado, aquecendo e esfriando. O colchão é muito mole. Se o hóspede for magro, vai ser bom. Se o hóspede for pesado, vai afundar muito na cama.

Absolutely everything! Feels like home - Luca is a delightful host. We had a room with balcony overlooking the patio with a beautiful palmtree. Parking outside - very convenient. Very safe area, pleasant walk to the city centre.

The patio was such a nice addition for a city stay in Lecce! We also had a little deck off our room which was so nice to be able to relax. The parking was offsite but very close to the hotel, just across the street & very inexpensive. Luca was very welcoming and helpful! The hotel was only a 10 min walk from the historic city center.

A casa e as acomodações são puro capricho, conforto e bom gosto. Quarto enorme com uma sacada para o belissimo jardim onde também é servido um café da manhã maravilhoso. Lucca é um anfitrião e tanto, sempre super veloz nas respostas quando solicitado, nos deu dicas de restaurante local muito próximo. Não poderia ser mais perfeito. Nota 10

Na zeer vriendelijk ontvangen te zijn door de gastheer Luca onze kamer gebracht. Mooi ruim en heel schoon. Leuk Italiaans ingericht. Grote badkamer, de douche gaf een beetje wisselbaden, maar goeie krachtige straal. Het inbegrepen ontbijt was ook heel uitgebreid. Prima locatie voor de stad, wel zo’n kleine 10 min lopen naar de oude binnenstad.

Our room was spacious and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and we had the largest bathroom of any place we stayed in Italy. The shower was wonderful!!

Luca is een ontzettend aardige gastheer. We verbleven 3 nachten in een prachtige kamer en het ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Luca maakte verse cappuccino’s voor ons. Heerlijk! Dank ook voor de goede tip van het restaurantje (eigenlijk zijn het 2 restaurants) vlakbij. Vlakbij het historische centrum. En met veel parkeerplaatsen in de buurt (prijs varieert).

We hadden pech dat we 3x binnen moesten ontbijten vanwege het weer. We hadden graag een keer in de prachtige tuin ontbeten of gezeten. Maar daar kon Luca natuurlijk niets aan doen….

Un havre de paix, quiétude et silence sont les maîtres mots de cet endroit. Un lieu idéalement placé pour visiter Lecce. Luca est au petit soin avec ses clients. Un petit déjeuner très copieux. À recommander

Nosso quarto era muito bonito. Super espaçoso e decorado com muito bom gosto com móveis antigos de qualidade. A cama e a roupa de cama eram muito confortáveis. O banheiro era digno de um hotel 5 estrelas, todo em mármore com a melhor ducha da viagem. O café da manhã estava fantástico, com guloseimas caseiras muito bem servidos por Lucca, que foi muito simpático e gentil.

Luca war ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns morgens ein wunderbares Frühstück (süß und herzhaft) servierte. Als das Wetter sich am zweiten Tag besserte, konnten wir im schönen Garten der Unterkunft frühstücken. Einen Parkplatz für 2€ pro Tag haben wir gleich gegenüber der Unterkunft gefunden. Das Haus war wunderschön eingerichtet und unser Zimmer zur Gartenseite hatte auch einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem wir die Abendsonne genießen konnten. Nachts war es absolut ruhig und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Alles war sehr sauber und das Bad hatte modernen Standard. In zehn Minuten waren wir zu Fuß im historischen Zentrum. Lecce ist absolut sehenswert!
