Friendly staff.

This is an event hotel and there is an event most nights. Although mainly in the area between hotel and tower, noise does travel! Walk into main area was 10/15 minutes along street. Felt fairly safe. Car parking although plenty of paid parking along the road - told to stick to blue line parking which we did but still got a ticket for 30 euros. Asked reception staff but even she couldn't throw any light on it. Just be extra careful where you park!

Jolie chambre mais petite. Grande et belle salle de bain.

2 nuits réservées et 2 mariages. Un qui a duré jusqu’au milieu de la nuit, musique, gens qui parlaient fort, criaient et le lendemain jusqu’au soir, musique, gens qui criaient, enfants qui couraient dans les couloirs en criant ! Insupportable ! Le personnel ne disait rien bien sûr. Nous avions été prévenus de ces événements 4 jours avant notre arrivée. Donc impossible d’annuler. L’hôtel nous disait d’annuler et ils remboursaient mais booking. Com disait que nous perdrions notre argent. Les 2 se sont renvoyés la balle sans trouver de solution. Nous savons maintenant que booking.com n’a pas de téléphone pour les joindre, tout se fait par l’IA. Quel intérêt de nous dire que l’on est Genius vip etc si l’on ne peut les joindre. En tout cas fuyez cet établissement !

Abbiamo adorato la struttura medievale e il giardinetto dove abbiamo fatto una buonissima colazione, sia dolce che salata. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Siamo stati davvero bene e, se un giorno dovessimo tornare a Lecce, sicuramente alloggeremo di nuovo qui.

Beautiful castle within walking distance to the old town.

Mainly a wedding venue, The wedding seemed to start in the evening although this didn’t disturb us, just no other guest around so it felt a little odd.

Çok değişik bir atmosferi var. Odalar yenilenmiş ama tarihi dokuyu hissediyorsunuz. Hergün taze sebze ve meyveler vardı. Güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı çalışanlar vardı.

Staff on reception were very helpful and knowledgable and gave a full map and restaurant recommendations in Lecce The hotel was lovely and quiet and facilities were good Breakfast options were good and the environment was superb Being able to park in their parking area (for a 15 Euro fee) was very helpful

Would have been nice to have a bar that was open after 8pm Understand people probably go into Lecce old town to eat but a restaurant would have been nice

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich außergewöhnlich, nahe dem Zentrum gelegen. In einem altertümlichen Anwesen mit riesigen, historischen Räumen fühlt man sich wie auf einer Zeitreise ins Mittelalter.

Daytime space for independent travellers/guests not attending a wedding might be challenging. When booking check on wedding bookings. A 15 minute walk to the city walks is easy.

Stunning property in Lecce. The accommodations and service were 10 plus. Comfortable bed. Amazing decor. Breakfast was delicious, serving both sweet and savoury. 10 minute walk to old town centre. The entire stay was exceptional!

Everything! The location is great - about a 20 minute easy walk into the historic center. Mostly I enjoyed that the staff all seems very happy to work there and liked each other.

located very close to the historic center of Lecce, delicious breakfast, we were very well received, very large room, I felt like a queen staying in a castle.

What a fabulous hotel in what was a medieval fortress dating back to the 15th century! It was fascinating to visit. The hotel and the gardens were beautiful and tasteful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated about a 10 minute walk from one of the gates in Lecce with lots of on street parking nearby.

The beds were on the firm side.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr spektakulär und einzigartig. Eine Reise lohnt sich deshalb allemal. Die Unterkunft ist ausserdem sehr gross - sowohl unser Zimmer, als auch der ganze Rest. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können das Torre del Parco sehr empfehlen.

Leider war das Internet teilweise sehr langsam oder hat gar nicht funktioniert. Selbstverständlich verstehen wir, dass es nicht in der Macht des Hotels liegt, wenn das Internet ausfällt. Trotzdem war es natürlich etwas ungünstig.

Os colchãos de espuma não condiz com um hotel 4*, colchão ruim, irregular. O da minha filha não podia nem virar na cama que o barulho era horrível. Uma decepçao as caras.

Una ambientación muy buena

No es posible que un hotel de estas características no disponga de un servicio de restaurante o al menos un bar para comer algo, dado que solo hay cerca algunas pequeñas tratorias. Una pena porque las instalaciones las tienen y son excelentes.

Tolles altes Gebäude mit schöner Beleuchtung und Bildern, innen und außen.

Leider wurden die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Die Betten waren durchgelegen, das Wlan hat, auch bei der Rezeption, nicht funktioniert. Eine Lösung konnte nicht gefunden werden. Es war durch eine Feier im Haus bis fast Mitternacht sehr laut.

Las instalaciones son increíbles. Grandes espacios comunes, a muy poca distancia del casco histórico. Feliz volvería nuevamente!

L'accueil au sein de l'établissement, organisation constante d'événements venant perturber la sérénité du petit dejeuner beaucoup d'aller et venue Photos trompeuses sur le petit déjeuner . L'hôtel n'est pas la priorité, cet endroit est plutôt un lieu de réception. il est situé à un endroit où il y a de la circulation je ne recommande pas.

Zeer mooie locatie.

Het is meer een locatie voor evenementen zoals trouw,... Zo was er wel iedere avond een feest. Je kon er zelf niet eten of iets drinken.

Allt var toppen! Det ligger lite utanför centro storico men ändå väldigt nära.Välkomnande av supertrevlig personal. Hela stället är fantastiskt. Måste upplevas. Jag har aldrig sagt ordet wow så många gånger på så kort tid. Vårat rum var toppen. Frukosten magisk. Du går in till centro storico på 5 min. Till stationen tar det ca 20 att gå. För oss var det perfekt

Gorgeous property with comfortable rooms and the most helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and the location was an easy walk to the centro storico.

hôtel qui n'est pas un hôtel. Le lieu organise des réceptions et les clients de l'hôtel semblent gêner l'organisation. Impossible d'avoir un coin tranquille : le personnel vient faire le ménage dans tes pieds pendant une séance de lecture. Aucune insonorisation : on aurait du être invités au mariage car on n'a profité que de la musique et des cris mais pas du repas... musique à fond à 7h30 alors qu'il n'y a personne de levé... C'est malhonnête de se présenter comme un 4 étoiles alors qu'il y a des 2 étoiles bien plus "cosy" en plein Paris (c'est pour dire. Le personnel est désagréable et peu serviable (excepté la dame du petit déjeuner)

Very nice hotel and super friendly staff!

A beautiful hotel that feels like you are staying in a Prince’s castle…which you are. Staff & service were great, room spacious and well appointed. It is slightly outside the Old Town but this was a positive for us as it made it quiet. It was only a short walk into the hustle and bustle. I have put parking is good because you can park almost outside the hotel in the plentiful pay and display bays for a bargain 2 euros per day. Just remember to put a new ticket on by 9am. Would definitely recommend. Explore the tower of the hotel, it’s worth a few steps or lift ride.

Prachtige accomodatie. Schitterende binnentuin. Het hotel heeft zelfs een brug een een toren. Mooie kamer, zeer rustig gelegen. Vriendelijk personeel en zeer lekker ontbijt met lokale specialiteiten.

Breakfast was very good with friendly staff. The room was very spacious with high ceilings and very nice furnishings. The location was somewhat difficult to find at first, but had very convenient parking close by

Parking and better building signage to find the place

This is an amazingly beautiful place to stay! Close walking distance to the Old Town area of Lecce. Rooms are on the smaller size but adequate. Bed was a little firm for me but my husband thought it was fine. The breakfast included with the room was spectacular.

The property was fantastic however there were functions on both nights which took most of the areas for a quiet drink for the other guests.

This is an incredibly classy hotel inside an ancient tower on the edge of Lecce. It is so much better than the photos. The staff were charming and super helpful.

Beautiful converted castle! It is such an experience staying here. Parking was easy to find on the street, and breakfast every morning was great.

Our AC unit was sputtering cold water in our room throughout our stay, but it worked (which was a blessing). Otherwise, the vibe of the castle generally felt somewhat off. Massive unused rooms, bar closing at 8pm, etc. made for the shared spaces to feel empty and soulless.

What a wonderfully amazing place!! The staff were exceptional and the food delicious 😀
