Постельное белье не сменили ни разу за 3 ночи. Нет кулера и микроволновки (элементарные вещи для отелей). В холодильнике только 2 бутылки воды в 3х местном номере. И всех принадлежностей только на 2 человека, хотя было указано что будет 3е гостей в одном номере. За такую цену я бронировала отели гораздо лучше.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026The location is great. I was in Seoul for a conference and the proximity to the subway was a big advantage.
I never had issues sleeping in any beds, but this one really destroyed my back. I ended up using the sheets to cover the pillow but the experience was not great. There is barely a window too, but that annoyed me less since I would only return to the hotel at night.

No windows in the room! Felt like I was in prison and hallway was kinda spookey. Lobby was located at semi floor up without elevator to leave your luggage. And mattress felt like box with a bedsheets. Overall I would not recommend

5階エレベーターすぐの部屋で、夜スタッフの方が何か業務なのか何度も行き来してドアを開閉する音がかなり響いた。ベッドシーツもきれいにセットしてあるけど破れていた。一人で一泊は我慢できるけど、家族宿泊だと気になって嫌かもしれない。

Reviewed May 19, 2026Dificilmente irei apontar algo de que não tenha gostado, até porque usei literalmente para dormir. Desde as rececionistas à equipa de limpezas, sempre muito educadas ou dispostas a auxiliar, e não por fazer parte do seu trabalho, mas por genuinamente, gostarem do que fazem. A localização estava excelente e próximo de um centro comercial (15min a pé), de restauração (McDonald's, 7eleven, g25, Starbucks, etc), do metro (2min a pé). A minha experiência, não tenho o que reclamar. Alem disso, as águas do quarto podem beber a vontade que não pagas mais por isso (e é bem boa).! :) Eu fiz vídeo do quarto, mas não deu para upload :/
Não é que não tenha gostado, mas achei diferente o tipo cama (menos soft).

The matras was very hard. Not good to stay an entire week. We were tired all the time because of the hard mattress was preventing us to have a good nights rest. The badroom was very dirty with mold. I asked to clean it. They tried a bit but it was still very dirty. Also the room wasn’t cleaned properly upon arrival there were still stuff from other people there. Like opened soda bottles in the fridge. Dirty beddings which they fixed upon asking for new bedding.

For example, I had forgotten to get some chopsticks with the instant noodles I'd purchased at the GS25 convenience store down the street.. Because of this, I improvised by using the provided toothbrushes as my "chopsticks" when I ate the noodles I bought. The next day, when housekeeping made up the room, they left a couple sets of chopsticks for me in addition to the other disposable items they normally provide (toothbrushes, shaving razors, etc.). It seems small and funny, but that's top-notch service in my eyes!
