Abbiamo aggiunto in fase di prenotazione il costo del servizio colazione, che la domenica era prevista dalle h 7:30/10:30 ma arrivando poco prima delle dieci vi erano già alcune cose terminate e non sono state aggiunte nonostante la nostra richiesta all’addetto. Un po’ deludente.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Posizione fantastica, sul canale. Stanza ampia , confortevole, con tutti i servizi igienici cone da foto. L' appartamento si trova in un bellissimo palazzo storico, ben tenuto, dotato di ascensore. L' host è stata veramente molto accogliente, ci ha dato ogni informazione utile e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli, appena arrivati , prima del check in. Esperienza molto soddisfacente, da ripetere sicuramente nello stesso posto!

Die Infos, wie man ins Zimmer kommt sollten unbedingt früher zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Info am Abreisetag haben wir nicht mehr rechtzeitig gelesen.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Sehr liebe Gastgeberin, sie ist immer zum Frühstück da und gibt einen Tipps oder man wechselt einfach ein oaar nette Worte. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Nicht zu weit zum Hafen, Bahnhof oder den Busstationen und sehr gute Gastronomie-Möglichkeiten in der Nähe. Gutes, frisches Frühshstück und eine super Klimaanlage die genau richtig eingestellt ist und ich bin da sehr empfindlich.
Die Matratzen sind recht hart und ja hie und da gibt es schon Gebrauchsspuren aber nicht schlimm und man ist in einem historischen Haus.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Dopo una brutta esperienza a Lubjana dove l'appartamento era in pessime condizioni questa B&B à stata una vera oasi. Ottimamente posizionato nel cuore di Trieste con un parcheggio a 450 metri in un palazzo storico. La camera a noi destinata non era pronta ma la titolare ci ha fatto un bel regalo riposizionandoci nella suite molto più ampia. Ma il voto alto non si deve a questa generosità perchè comunque la camera a noi destinata era veramente carina solo più piccola. Pulizia estrema , bagni perfetti aria condizionata e malgrado su una strada pedonale nel cuore della movida molto ben insonorizzata. Colazione all'italiana più che buona.

Es gab eine Live-Performance (Sa Abend) gegenüber in einer Bar, die noch relativ laut im Zimmer zu hören war... Aber wir haben letztendlich trotzdem gut geschlafen... Es gibt da und dort ein paar Flecken oder Staub aber alles tollerierbar.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Zimmer 1a, Frau Elena sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Alles hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.
Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten die Haustüre zu öffnen da diese verklemmt war. Eine Hausbewohnerin kam gleichzeitig mit uns nachhause und war wirklich ungehalten und unhöflich uns gegenüber.

Zimmer Nr. 7 ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Es liegt direkt über einer Bar und bis Mitternacht läuft (zumindest am Samstsag, wo wor da waren) laute Musik (danach ging es). Ein Hinweis wäre gut gewesen, dann hätten wir nicht gebucht Eigentlich eine schöne Unterkunft, aber sehr lieblos und etwas heruntergekommen. Das Bettgestell abgewetzt, die Matratze durchgelegen, zudem Haare auf dem Bett. Sehr schade.

Reviewed Dec 11, 2025Tutto ottimo cominciando dalla posizione in pieno centro.Avevamo prenotato un tour guidato e il punto di ritrovo era proprio li in piazza San Antonio. Molto bella la struttura in palazzo d'epoca belle camere e bagno nuovo. Host molto accogliente e gentilissima.
L'unico neo è il materasso poco confortevole della stanza n.3 . Peccato perché è tutto perfetto. Basta un topper e il problema sarebbe risolto...

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025La location è molto bella. Il palazzo e gli interni d'epoca sono eleganti e trasmettono un'atmosfera d'altri tempi. La posizione è perfetta. Essendo situata in prossimità del Canal Grande, in pochi minuti a piedi si può raggiungere Piazza Unità d'italiano.
Purtroppo solo le camere hanno un affaccio all'esterno.

There was a mix-up regarding breakfast. Our booking included breakfast, but when we got up, there wasn't any. The host said her email didn't mention breakfast, but when I showed her the booking details, she was apologetic and refunded us the price of breakfast. Otherwise, we couldn't fault our stay.

Reviewed Oct 16, 2025Schönes Zimmer, hohe Räume mit Stuckdecke und altem Parkett. Tolle Lage im Zentrum von Triest mit Blick auf die Kirche und den Markt. Viele Restaurants, Cafes, Bars und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir konnten sogar die Fahrräder im Stiegenhaus abstellen. Gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.
