The breakfast buffet was very nice with a good selection. The service and attitude of the staff were outstanding.

Perhaps the variety on the Ala carte menu could be improved a bit.

Wir sind vor Checkin Zeit angekommen und wurden trotzdem herzlich empfangen und konnten in einem suoer ausgestatteten Aufenthaltsraum warten und ausruhen bis unser Zimmer frei wurde. Hotelzimmer und Ausstattung war genau so wie beschrieben! - Top!

The room was good, The staff was nice, and the pool had great views.

The location was not ideal for someone who wants to do sightseeing. So just keep that in mind. There were grocery stores nearby and that's pretty much it. So expect a lot of Grab.

The room was clean with excellent service at breakfast from Ms. Ruby (Ngoc) and her team, great start to our morning after a wonderful rest.

No staff helped bring luggage in or take it out (for a 5 star hotel?!). We were on level 28. Our room was the only room finished on the level. They were still building the other rooms. The beds were hard as rocks. We got no sleep. No hot water in showers. The maps claimed they were 20mins from airport and 10 mins from old Quater. Incorrect. 40mins and 31. We chose it for the location we thought we were getting & it seems to be in the middle of a business district. Nothing to do. Food in restaurant was over cooked. Would never go back.

The facilities...top top top. Management upgraded us without extra cost, because we were not happy with the view from our first room. One of the receptionist went extra mile to find a place for us to go and chill. We ended up knowing West Lake because of him. Forgot the name of the receptionist. 😒 Thank you

Very good breakfast with a wide variety of local dishes, oriental & western ones. The staff at breakfast especially Thanh & Vuong went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great time. The receptionists whose names I dont know also were very friendly & helpful. It was a very pleasant stay. Im coming back to Vietnam in a week and already booked another room at this hotel😊

The staff was incredibly accommodating and provided good service the whole trip. Also provides water bottles daily which was very helpful. Lots of good convenient food options in the area with friendly locals too.

Bed is a fair bit firmer than what I'm used to but not unbearable for a back sleeper.

Had a wonderful stay and is a great property for sure. It is value for money and will surely recommend, specially the staff at restaurant were so much helpful that they were taking care of every guest with the care. Miss Lan and Miss Vuong were so much friendly in nature and were enquiring personally about the experience in Restaurant. That was so nice gesture.

Managing the guests at Reception and other facilities like Gym and Spa, need an improvement.

On the positive side, the breakfast selection was very good with plenty of variety, and the hotel interiors look modern and well-designed - everything feels new and well-maintained. The location is convenient, with several nice breakfast spots and a 7-Eleven just a short walk away. Be aware, though, that during rush hours it can take around 35 minutes by taxi to reach the Old Quarter - not really a downside, just the reality of the hotel’s location and Hanoi’s traffic.

The hotel looks promising at first glance, but it fell short in several areas that you wouldn’t expect from a 5-star property. Our bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned before arrival - one of the trash bins still contained used hygiene products. After reporting it, we received a half-hearted apology and a plate of fruit; only after insisting did we get one complimentary breakfast for a single day. The room was also very noisy due to a nearby nightclub, which the reception acknowledged but seemed unable to address. One of the sliding windows was broken upon arrival, though it was fixed quickly after I asked at the front desk. Wi-Fi was unstable in one of the bedrooms, there were no shelves in the shower, and some wiring was exposed under the toilet. The washer/dryer worked well, though. The rooftop pool looks great but isn’t heated and constantly collects debris from nearby plants, and the sauna was closed without prior notice. Early check-in communication was poor — despite the hotel advertising availability from 12 PM, we got access only around 1:10 PM with no update. Overall, the place has potential but lacks attention to detail and proper customer care. I wouldn’t stay here again.

アパートメント型のホテルでキッチンやランドリーマシーンもついていました。Grab（日本のウーバーイーツみたいなもの）での出前を温め直したりするのに重宝しました。 またレストランの朝食（麺類と卵類は好みを聞いて調理してくれる）が特に良かった。

良くなかったという点はないですが、強いていうならばクリーニングの女性の仕事の仕方にばらつきあり。リネン交換のプレートを枕の上に置いているのに、整えるだけで交換しない日があったりと、人によってサービスのバラつきがあるような気がしました。（チップを渡しているのに、ちゃんとやってくれないのは少し残念でした。）

너무 좋았어요~ 저희가 아이 체크를 어떻게 하는지 잘 몰라서 실수가 있었는데 너그러히 이해해주시고 정말 감사했습니다. 추운 날씨에도 아이가 수영장에 가고싶다해서 갔는데 문도 열어주시고 여러가지 배려가 너무 감사했습니다. 근처에 식당 및 마사지샵도 가깝고 너무너무 만족하는 여행이었습니다.

Ich hatte einen rundum großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Hanoi! Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt – man merkt sofort, dass hier auf Qualität und Hygiene geachtet wird. Mein Zimmer war ordentlich, stilvoll eingerichtet und das Bett unglaublich bequem – perfekt für erholsame Nächte nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Ein besonderes Highlight war das hauseigene Gym: modern ausgestattet und mit einer fantastischen Aussicht über Hanoi – da macht das Training gleich doppelt so viel Spaß. Absolute Empfehlung auch für die Rooftop Bar! Sie war ein echter Ruhepol mitten in der Stadt: sauber, sehr entspannt und mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Ein idealer Ort, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen – ein echtes Juwel in Hanoi!

It was ok. Duc Dung went above and beyond to help me get to sapa. I appreciate his support. Pool had algae and hover growth in its overflow catch...along with arachnids. Pretty gross.

Lacks of supplies

It was very comfortable and the service was good.

New property. Modern top class facilities. Very good and fresh breakfast. Staff were very cooperative and understanding.

Given that it is a new facility, there are small niggles here and there.

Epic tower is really Epic. Since it's new property, everything is very nicely done. The quantity of construction is outstanding including kitchen set up and cutlery and utensils given in kitchen

There is nothing that you won't like.

Check in was good. We was greeted warmly, told that despite our short stay we should make the most of the facilities and informed of the pool and gym opening times, he even helped us when the keys were not working, and helped us find a shop when the restaurant was shut. Issues came on check out, we checked out on time. We asked if we can use the pool and gym as we had a later bus (less than 5 mins away, hence us booking this hotel) we were told yes of course but the pool was shut for the next few hours as it’s raining. Less than 5 minutes later we were informed as we were checked out we cannot use any of the facilities. I asked why not, and what policy of a 5 star hotel is that, the manager then informed us this is a perfectly normal hotel policy. I’m not sure I agree? The property was practically empty, (half the rooms still have builders in) so I’m really not sure why. Also it’s a 5 star hotel, I’m not sure I’ve seen any comparable hotels say we cannot. The manager went on to say if we paid we can use them. He did say as a good gesture we can use the toilets for free as a good gesture, and that this is all you “could expect on the day of check out from any other 5 star hotel. 5 minutes later he said we are allowed to use the facilities free of charge but at this point the visit had a sour taste. Insisted the policies are clear on the website, that when you check out you aren’t allowed to use facilities
