Didn't clean the house they mentioned something like cleaning after we go because it's a self catering but everytime I love to take a self catering and they clean so if I book for 10 days I suppose to clean but I'm on vacation I'm there to relaxed not to pay to be a maid that was unfair really

The apartment has a really bad damp smell every time you walk into the apartment. No remote was provided for the entrance to the parking garage. Having to physically buzz in every time was not convenient.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2025Propr, as a management company for the apartment, service was not that good. There was a delayed response time and every time the response was from someone else. There was no plugs for the hairdryer that was in the apartment. Contacted them at 15:00 and only got a response after 19:00. Needed it urgently before going out for the night. There is also no bbq in the apartment as per the apartment details. Contacted them days before to confirm that there is a bbq and they only responded 12:00 the day of checkin. Would have cancelled if I had known this beforehand.

1.Room wasn't ready at recommended checkin time (with concierge still insisting i should make it on time) 2. No pillow cases AND toilet paper on arrival. 3. Water pressure low. 4. Security could be heightened (no visible security on site) and front door not always attended or key controlled. 5. Furniture starting to show wear and tear. Definitely not worth the price tag.🚮

There were people sleeping outside the entry gate which made late night entry a bit uncomfirtable. Also the aircon was not working and the hosts only managed to provide a small heater making the apartment very cold

Reviewed Mar 19, 2024The apartment is clean, modern and secure. Some shops and restaurants are about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
There was a very strong acidic stench coming from the bathroom. We were told they would send people to check. We are not sure if this happened cause the smell was still there.

1. Room a lot smaller than expected. 2. Appreciate Nespresso machine but maybe provide some pods. 3. Maybe provide a bit of washing powder if you want to use the washing machine. 4. Please water the plants as we watered multiple times because some of plants are dying. 5. No airconditioning, just a fan not sufficient.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2024Great location, spacious apartment (we had a 1-BR), and good facilities (available dishes, washing machine, safety box, etc.). Location is near a mall complex where you can get your basics, and quite a few nice restaurants around. Beachfront is a short walk away. Staff are very responsive and friendly. Area is super quiet and peaceful.
No AC which was a bit of a nuisance on hotter nights. We cracked open the window and were fine. There is a small fan which we did not try to use.
