Reviewed Sep 10, 2026De locatie is perfect: middenin het centrum en vlakbij station SMN. De kamer is op de derde verdieping (geen lift). Er was een koelkastje, een waterkoker en een koffiezetter: top! Klein raam zonder uitzicht . Helaas was het bed matig en de airco zeer luidruchtig, zodat slapen moeilijk was.

Reviewed Sep 10, 20265 min from SMN train station is perfect for traveling in Italy and also perfect for sightseeing the old city. The room in nice and clean and spacious. There is a place to work and chill if you really need it.
Just be ready that the apartments are on the 3d floor and without the elevator. Good that the stairs are quite comfortable. I hoped for washing machine but it was just a wish ))

After a full day of experiences in Florence, it was no trouble falling asleep. The bed was very comfortable, nice coffee for the morning. Very good shower bathroom area. Sink and mirror separate from the toilet/shower area, which my wife really likes. It was a great stay and would do it again.

No había ascensor. No pudimos dejar la maleta el día de irnos pero encontremos un punto muy cercano de la estancia.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026La habitación era cómoda, perfecta para 3 y la ubicación en Florencia es ideal a 3 cuadras de la estación del tren, y super cerca de cada lugar al que tienes que si o si ir en la ciudad. Cristina muy amable, nuestro tren se retraso y estuvo atenta hasta pasadas las 11pm para poder hacer el check in.
Cuando caminas tanto en Florencia, subir 4 pisos adicionales porque no hay ascensor es dificil, pero igual vale la pena.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Very quaint and beautiful room. Location is spectacular - walking distance to all key attractions and authentic restaurants. We came a bit earlier than check in time and were allowed to leave our luggage which was helpful. Plenty of towels available (although no room service daily which we didn’t mind). Bathroom is clean, well equipped but tiny (washing sink is in the main bedroom/living area. Overall great stay! Highly recommend.
No safe in room - that made us a bit stressed about taking our important documents and money with us all the time. There was heavy construction during our stay so sleeping in past 7am was virtually impossible.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Il check-in è stato l'unico aspetto rapido e veloce, trattandosi di una modalità automatica. La posizione è molto comoda, vicino alla stazione ma allo stesso tempo in pieno centro, comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni.
Purtroppo, per il resto il soggiorno è stato decisamente deludente. La pulizia e la manutenzione lasciano molto a desiderare: all'ingresso del palazzo abbiamo trovato una blatta di dimensioni notevoli. Inoltre, la struttura si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, con diverse rampe di scale il cui corrimano è oltretutto rotto in alcuni punti. All'interno, la stanza presenta finiture di bassa qualità, scarsa illuminazione e un letto vecchio, piccolo, rumoroso e corto (se siete più alti di 1,80/1,85 sconsiglio vivamente la prenotazione) Il bagno ha un piatto doccia scivoloso e la dotazione di asciugamani era del tutto insufficiente (2 a persona per un soggiorno di 3 notti) Nel complesso, un soggiorno che non vale il prezzo pagato.

Lo único bueno la atención de la señorita x whatsapp que siempre respondió y fue muy amable . Pero no me pudo brindar la solución ya que no estaba a su alcance , pero siempre fue muy amable .
Son 3 pisos x escalera y el aviso no es claro si hubiera sabido no lo alquilaba . La escalera de ingreso estaba mugrienta . El techo de la ambientación hay que pintarlo . No dejaron ni una botella de agua con el calor que hacía y el aire era no daba a basto , era demasiado pequeño para la habitación y hacía ruido . No me gustó y no lo recomiendo a pesar de que la anfitriona o recepcionista era muy amable no podía solucionar las cosas ya que está fuera de su alcance .

It would have been a nice touch to have two courtesy water bottles on arrival. Also, the bed was quite noisy when turning over, it seemed broken. It didn’t bother us, but keep in mind that the accommodation has no elevator, and you can’t leave your luggage there after check-out.

Отличное расположение, сами апартаменты очень хорошие: удобная кровать, кондиционер, холодильник, кофемашина, электрический чайник, фен, все необходимые принадлежности для личной гигиены. Везде очень чисто, видно, что за апартаментами хорошо следят. Единственный момент, который стоит учитывать, в здании нет лифта (об этом нас заранее предупредили). Однако подниматься с тяжелыми чемоданами на третий этаж (по ощущениям - практически на четвертый) оказалось очень сложно. Огромное спасибо сотруднице, которая помогла нам с дочерью поднять багаж - без ее помощи было бы непросто. Если вы путешествуете с мужчиной или без большого количества тяжелого багажа, скорее всего, это не станет проблемой. Но если вы едете с маленькими детьми, вдвоем с ребенком или самостоятельно с тяжелыми чемоданами, этот момент стоит учитывать при выборе проживания.

In dotazione c’era tutto il necessario : spazzolino, kit per la barba, phon e diffusore, gel doccia e gel intimo. Il lavandino è situato fuori da bagno, ma non è stato un fastidio. La doccia è comoda e spaziosa. In camera avevamo la macchina per il te e per il caffè con relativi omaggi per utilizzarle. Belle anche le decorazioni della camera, tocco di classe. La posizione era ottima , abbiamo girato tutto a piedi anche grazie alla facilità con la quale potevamo in poco tempo tornare in camera. Bella esperienza, lo consiglio

Reviewed May 3, 2026Sinatra is an amazing host—thank you for everything! The location is perfect; as soon as you step outside, you are right in the heart of Florence. Most places are within a 5–10 minute walk, and Santa Maria Novella is only about 5 minutes away. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need. Truly an excellent location and a fantastic host. The only downside is that there is no elevator in the building, but even so, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Impossible de dormir. La rue est extrêmement bruyante et on a l impression que les fenêtres sont ouvertes tellement l'isolation est inexistante. Le lit grince horriblement au moindre mouvement. En gros on ne ferme pas l'oeil.

Sabíamos que solo tenía escaleras y que estaba en un cuarto piso, pero nunca funcionó la luz en las escaleras y como es un edificio antiguo es bastante oscuro, luego tuvimos que usar linterna del celular y se nos dificultó para llevar maletas con linterna al tiempo. También se siente un olor a cañería en la entrada o primer piso.
