Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Very convenient location making it very accessible. Entire property is really clean and beds are comfortable. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. But the best i really appreciated is that they offered to give the breakfast (which we missed on our first morning since we left at 6am for Divine Mercy) together with our breakfast on the 2nd morning and delivered straight to our room. thank you for that
breakfast served around 8am. i suggest they make it around 6am since guests usually want to leave early to enjoy CDO sceneries and other activities

Really disapointed from that Hotel. Look beautiful on pic but in real, its one real désillusion. Air conditioner is more noisy than one plane, room very small, you can't open windows, only one channel on TV no possibility to connect phone, payment online is useless because they ask you cash when you arrive. Bad experience 😡

Reviewed May 27, 2025My knees were hurting, you should emphasize that there is NO elevator..I have bad knees..I am a Senior citizen. I requested for lower floor but to no avail. My room is in the 4th floor. There should be water station to drink every floor at least.

Reviewed May 6, 2025I do Early check in and paid extra as stated, however according to the email first come first basis the parking area, in front of your building there is one space empty and I parked my motorcycle, however when I came down I just saw my motorcycle along side in the road, without proper notice they transfer my motorcycle!!!! Just because one raptor came and they just took my motorcycle out of the parking!!!!! Let just be fair and just we paid also!!!!!!!!
