Beautiful and modern accommodation near Stockholm City

Sehr gut ausgestattete FEWO, super einfach mit dem Fahrrad in die City. Die Lage in Stockholm ist sehr gut, schöne Villa, in schöner Umgebung.

Uncomfortable safa bed, would've been nice to have two pillows instead of one Uncomfortable old pillow. . Bedding could've been nicer. The kettle wasnt working properly. The towels could've been a bit nicer too. The current ones are very well used.

Perfekt für eine Städtereise mit Kind nach Stockholm. Großzügige, saubere Unterkunft mit guter ÖPNV-Anbindung ins Zentrum (ca. 20 Minuten). Wohnung gut ausgestattet, Bäcker und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gegend ebenfalls recht nett. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre.

Straßenbahn und Straße sind etwas zu hören aber nicht übermäßig störend. Im Bad hat es leider etwas muffig gerochen, das Problem haben wir aber kommuniziert und wird sicher gelöst.

L'emplacement top bien équipé, grand logement avec terrasse en contrebas, le parking et le quartier très agréable. L'emplacement avec le tram juste à côté.

J'ai été surprise du changement des décos, les photos devraient être mise à jour.

Prachtige locatie, met ov zo in het centrum, maar toch in een fijne wijk. Daarnaast ook genoeg te doen; prachtige wandelroute langs het water en strand!

Schöne, saubere Wohnung. Straßenbahn ist vor der Tür und nach einer Station ist die U-Bahn, die einen in die Stadt fährt. Perfekt!

We love staying at this property, although it wasn’t in the city centre and had to catch a train and then a tram it was still convenient and it was worth it because the apartment was quite spacious compared to what we had been staying in.

Everything was great. It would’ve been nice if there was a washing machine and a clothesline.

Logement très agréable et calme. Nous aurions cependant, apprécié qu'il y ait quelques produits de base : sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre... L'aspirateur n'était pas très performant.

Tömegközlekedéssel könnyen megközelíthető, sűrű járatokkal. Szép környék.

Gut ausgestattet, sehr gut gelegen

Ev sahibi çok ilgili, ev çok güzel ve güzel bir lokalizasyonda ve ulaşımı çok kolay. Aile ile beraber rahatlıkla konaklayabildik. Mutfak eşyaları yeterliydi. Arka bahçesi var ve orada keyifle vakit geçirilebiliyor.

Die Wohnung war gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt hält die Bahn und um die Ecke gibt es eine sehr gute Bäckerei.

Die Wohnung war leider etwas kühl. Ein Versuch, via Telefonkontakt das Thermostat höher zu stellen, hat leider nicht funktioniert. Das hat den Aufenthalt leider etwas getrübt. Auch die Toilette war zwischenzeitlich verstopft, was aber zügig durch einen Installateur behoben wurde.

seems like there where kids upstairs which where running around all the time (mostly in the morning) and the sheets and the shower curtain where a bit dirty at the bottom.

The unit was very comfortable, access was easy & it is very close to public transport. Also had parking available.

Bestens gelegene Wohnung in Stockholm, mit Auto und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Large appartment. Everything was there!

We heard our neighbours of the upper floor, was much better when Elin asked them to be quiet. Ventilationsystem rather good, but I would prefer open window.

Cisza i spokój. Blisko do komunikacji i sklepu ogólnospożywczego. Ładna okolica.

Niestety nie wszystkie okna można było otworzyć i przez to było dosyć duszno.

Lage war für uns ganz gut

Vergammeltes Geschirr im Geschirrspüler. Kochtopf mit Essensreste. Matratzen mit Flecken übersät. Türen im Apartment sind nur mit Gewalt zu öffnen sehr schwergängig. Fenster und Balkontüre sind auch schwergängig Rollo und Verdunkelung funktionieren auch nicht optimal Handtücher zum Teil mit Löchern Unter dem Cerankochfeld kommt auch schon das Essen raus

Man konnte sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad bis zum Zebtrum (30 Minuten) und zu einer sauberen Badestelle (9 Minuten) kommen. Auch die Straßenbahnhaltestelle nur 1 Minute entfernt, Von hier war man in 3 Minuten an der nächsten Metrostation. Auch die Terasse draußen war schön!

Es gab nichts.

Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut gelegen, mit Parkplatz und schönem Sitzplatz. Check In und Kontakt zum Gastgeber prompt, freundlich und unkompliziert.

Details wie: Schmutzige Fenster, staubige Lampe und lose Bilderrahmen haben uns etwas gestört. Aber ansonsten war alles tiptop sauber.

Light, airy, clean house. Well equipped and very convenient for public transport. The area is quiet and attractive but shops and cafes are close. This was our second visit to the property.

It would be great if there was a washing machine. I understand that there is a laundry room but it’s only available if you’re staying at least a week.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and quiet. Easy, free parking, and close to transport into the center. A great accommodation.

Excellent location in a calm neighbourhood

We did not manage to get access to the laundry services, although we stayed for 10 nights.

Perfect for a couple of days or a week in Stockholm; Bus and tram station very close to the house, bigger tram/metro station around 10 min by foot (where you can also find a supermarket and other stores). Around 15 min by tram/metro to city center. Very nice flat with super cozy bed and the possibility to sleep on the couch as well (for example for kids). The street directly in front of the house was not too busy during our stay, but can be a little loud if the windows are open. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Private parking spot directly behind the house;

Just perfectly smooth as we hope during holiday. Exactly as plan. Just nothing to complain about.... As senior hotel general manager, I have hight expectation, this time within the apartment was nothing less than perfect. We can feel the desire to please the guest in every aspect. Respect !!!!!!!! The pure essence of hospitality.

Close by tram and train - and fika! Host was contactable and helpful. Was also close to Bromma airport.

Bed was very soft and distinct lack of toiletries.

We loved the property. It was clean and airy with nice furnishings. The location was great, near to a tram stop. The host was extremely helpful and replied quickly to queries.

The blackout curtains are not enough. There is too much light in the morning. It could be improved with very little effort.

Dirty shower drain which flooded bathroom. However owner sorted this quickly. Very hot & no information as to how to reduce temperature. Access to bed difficult for an 85 year old.

A very comfortable place for a long-term stay, with a lot of charm. Has everything you need. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Had an excellent stay!

Great location, in a lovely neighbourhood of Stockholm. Although it's on a main street, it was extremely quiet at night (for sleeping) and felt safe to walk in after dark. Spacious, but cosy apartment, freshly renovated including new kitchen & bathroom, with nice modern decor. Well-equipped kitchen. Easy access to public transport into the central city. Good amenities nearby, incl grocery store, pharmacy, eateries etc. It felt like living as a local for a few days :) (The only downside was not having laundry facilities in the apartment. Self-service laundromats don't really seem to be a thing in Stockholm, so just something to keep in mind if you're on an extended holiday like we were).

Location straight opposite tram stop, 20 minutes from centre of Stockholm. Pleasant area to stay in. Comfortable bed.

No washing machine, makes it difficult for people travelling. Bed in alcove, so against the wall on one side, difficult to get in and out, and no bedside table. However, nowhere else for it to go and comfortable once in it.

Everything was amazing! Very well located, lovely neighbourhood and easy access to Stockholm city center by train 10 min. Will deffo be back!
