While beautiful, the rooms are basic ( no coffee machine, fridge, etc) so you will need to go out for everything.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025muy bonito el hotel, la cama muy cómoda, mi estancia fue muy agusto, tranquila, linda ubicación, la alberca excelente, me gustó la tranquilidad del hotel y que no estaba saturada de personas la alberca.
Podría mejorar tener aire acondicionado en la planta baja y el lobby, el internet en la televisión era lento, faltó contar con cafetera y plancha en la habitación.

The staffs were kind and the room condition was not bad as it described even the property was still on progress. BUT after one month later, I noticed that they made a pre-authorized payment with my credit card. I have written mails about the problem twice. They have not answered yet. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.

Reviewed Nov 12, 2024Location is perfect! Historic Center central. Banorte next door with ATM, coffee shop next door with amazing treats and they also serve breakfast! Some noise but nothing you can't sleep through, and I'm a light sleeper. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
The rooms don't have coffee maker. No big deal, the coffee shop is right next door. However, sometimes it's just nice to have your coffee without leaving the room first thing in the morning.

There were no towel rods, or hooks in the bathroom. The walls of the room were like paper. I could hear the people in the next room have sex, as though they were in the bed with me. They weren't. No coffee to be had in the hotel either.

Reviewed Oct 25, 2024I really wanted to love this property. The front desk staff was friendly and the lobby was beautiful, and the location is perfect, close to Machado Plaza. However i booked this bc it had an exceptional rating of 9.2 and was willing to pay a bit more to have an exceptional experience. I was there during a heat wave and was not told at check in the the pool was not available, i had to discover that on my own. I was VERY disappointed since this was a major feature they are boasting. They never apologized or offered any compensation of any kind.Also I personally dont like ppl going in my room when i stay places so i put the "do not disturb " sign on the door when leaving and when i came back housekeeping had gone in anyways. That really upset me. The floor looked clean except when walking around barefooted, my feet got so dirty, they were almost black! I had to clean them before getting in bed! I suspect they sweep but don't mop. I think I will try a different hotel next time.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful with any questions you may have. They explain your amenities that are available during your stay. The rooms have AC, bath toiletries a blow dryer a beautiful swimming pool. The hotel itself is very modern and new beautiful architecture throughout the entire building. This hotel is very clean and fresh.This location is very safe and calm and just steps away from many historic landmarks that you must visit. You will be close to many great eateries/Shops in the area. The male staff was very kind and friendly he was a great host as was also Ximena, she was always very pleased to see you with a smile in her face. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to visit soon!

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas para parejas o viaje solo, cortinas Blackout ayudan bastante a perderte en el tiempo El Ac funciona de maravilla aunque en el lobby principal no hay pero es lo de menos La señorita Ximena de recepción fue muy amable y atenta Habitación Super limpia y comoda Volvería a escojerlos como opción para una siguiente visita
