Няма нещо, което да не ни хареса, освен, че стаите са малки, но това е типично за Италия.

Relation clientèle. Une chambre réservée pour 3 mais on nous réclame un supplément de 20 euros pour utiliser le 3ème lit. Suite à notre mécontentement, le personnel s'est montré très froid avec nous.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026The location is amazing! It’s close to the main square and located near the water bus (Lines 4/5), which can take you to the bus/train stations. As for the room, the high ceilings made it feel very spacious.
The biggest negatives were a noticeable sewer smell in the room and the lack of blackout curtains—there were only sheer curtains, so the room gets quite bright.

Camera poco illuminata dovuta alla vicinanza del muro di fronte (non è una colpa... siamo a Venezia!). Doccia piccola con la tenda su un lato del box doccia.

I originally arrived at Hotel Messner, which was a horrible experience, so I left and booked this hotel at the last minute without knowing what to expect. I arrived around midnight, and Max at the reception welcomed me as if I were at home. He even came outside to greet me. The hotel is very clean, cozy, and in a perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from St. Mark's Square. The staff are exceptional. A special thank you to Max, Sandra, Claudia, and Joy, who kept my room spotless throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

La temperatura media cuando estuvimos, era de 38C y el aire acondicionado prácticamente no funcionaba, soplaba pero no enfriaba. Lo reportamos pero no lo solucionaron.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Locația este foarte potrivită pentru cineva care dorește să exploreze orașul pe tot parcursul zilei. Este aproape de multe locuri importante din oraș. Noi am avut priveliște la canal, superbă, un pat foarte confortabil și tavan înalt rustic. Baia a fost foarte frumoasă și ea. La recepție am putut lăsa bagajele, lucru care ne-a ajutat enorm în explorarea orașului în prima parte a primei zile. O mențiune specială pentru staff, sunteți minunați și mereu zâmbitori.
Nu e neapărat ceva care nu este evident sau care să deranjeze profund. Distanța de la gară până la cazare este considerabilă cu bagaj voluminos. Așa este în tot orașul, mai ales când nu te poți orienta corespunzător. Nu este curățenie exemplară, însă este curat. Balcanii pot înțelege acest lucru. Toate suprafețele uzuale sunt foarte curate, poate din când în când ar fi recomandat un deep cleaning. Pentru cineva în vârstă sau cu copil foarte mic - scările până la etajul 1 sunt … multe.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Lokalizacja hotelu jest cudowna, w samym środku małego placyku, na którym proponuję pójść na śniadanie. Polecam dopłacić trochę do pokoju z balkonem. Widok na pływające gondole robi niesamowity klimat. Dosłownie trzy minuty od placu świętego Marka. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Jedynym minusem, był specyficzny zapach z kanalizacji. Ale podejrzewam, że to „urok” wielu miejsc w Wenecji. Z przyjemnością wróciłabym po raz kolejny do tego hotelu. Obsluga była pomocna. Bardzo nam się podobało. 5minut spacerkiem od przystanku Zaccharia, z którego odjeżdżają tramwaje wodne w praktycznie każdym kierunku.
Specyficzny zapach z kanalizy.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Très bonne localisation, personnel extrêmement gentil et prévenant. Les chambres sont propres et conformes aux photos. Petit déjeuner buffet à 12 EUR et 6 EUR pour les enfants, très bien et complet.
On avait une chambre supérieure donnant sur une jolie place mais un peu bruyant, jusqu’à 23h. Après ce n est pas trop grave mais mieux vaut savoir que l insonorisation n est pas parfaite.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Locație centrala. Curățenia zilnica este exemplara. Persoanl amabil. Prosoape schimbate zilnic. Vedere parțială si frumoasa spre canal. Liniște. Pat confortabil.Camera spațioasă. Aparatul de caldura din camera functiona perfect și silențios, deci a fost foarte plăcută temperatura din camera. Restaurante cu mâncare foarte bună chiar în fata hotelului. Distanță pana la stația de vaporette este de 3 min pe jos și 2 min ca să ieși în Piață San Marco.
Aproape imposibil sa fac un dus deoarece presiunea apei calde era foarte mica camera 101. Deși am anunțat la recepție nu au rezolvat problema. Nu a existat mini bar în camera iar la recepție a trebuit sa confirmam dacă am consumat ceva. A fost nevoie sa vina receptioniera în camera sa confirme ca nu avem minibar. A fost penibil. Mobilerul scorojit.

Die Handtücher waren keine richtigen Handtücher. Haben sich angefühlt wie Vorhänge. Der Mülleimer von der vorherigen Gästen wurde nicht entleert.
