Die Lage war sehr gut das man das Auto nicht gebraucht hat.

Heel rustig gelegen met parkeergelegenheid aan het hotel. 20€ per nacht vind ik wel wat veel. Voor klanten zou dat wel gratis mogen zijn. De dame aan de receptie was supervriendelijk. Zij gaf ons een zeer goed adres om ‘s avonds te gaan eten. Het ontbijt was ok.

De kost van het gebruik van de parking.

It was a bit tired in places I was afraid to touch things in the bedroom And bathroom as they just seems to be hanging there ( towel rails and toilet roll holders etc) some of the breakfast chairs could have done with a good clean .

Ottima esperienza per visitare le rovine di pompei in un giorno. Host molto professionale e cordiale e che ci ha dato buoni consigli per la serata. Stanza confortevole con un bagno enorme, mai visto un bagno cosi bello e spazioso.

Unica segnalazione: essendo in camera in 4 avevamo un lettino adiacente all'aria condizionata che impattava direttamente su mio figlio.

Unser Aufenthalt mit Kind Mitte August 2026 im Dream House war sehr schön. Das Zimmer 104 hat wirklich einen schönen Charme und ein gutes Bett. Wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. Der Ausblick auf die Altstadt von dem liebevoll gestalteten Balkon ist zauberhaft. Zur Ausgrabungsstätte sind es 10 Min Fußweg. Top ist auch der Parkplatz im Innenhof. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Nach den anderen Bewertungen soll das Frühstück sehr gut sein. Wir hatten allerdings Instant Cappuccino (und das in Italien), Saft aus der Packung, Cornflakes und Wurstwaren die wir normalerweise vom Discounter kennen. Da bekommt man beim Bäcker nebenan, besseres Frühstück;-) Zumindest die Croissants waren frisch. Aber immerhin - es gab Frühstück;-) Man sollte damit aber nicht werben, wenn es ein "normales" Frühstück ist.

Чудовий готель, залишилися дуже задоволені перебуванням! Номер був чистий і комфортний, а кондиціонер працював просто на всі 100% — що особливо важливо у спекотні дні. Окремий плюс — джакузі на даху, яке можна орендувати та чудово провести час, насолоджуючись відпочинком. Сніданок смачний, усе свіже та гарно подано. Персонал дуже привітний, уважний і завжди готовий допомогти. Приємне місце, куди хочеться повернутися ще раз!

Єдиний суттєвий мінус — чистота джакузі. На жаль, вона була досить брудною, і складалося враження, що її давно не чистили. Враховуючи, що користування джакузі оплачується окремо, хотілося б, щоб за її чистотою та гігієною стежили значно краще.

Le jacuzzi sur le toit terrasse privatif qui était vraiment top avec la bouteille de prosecco qui donne vraiment un effet wahou. Un espace dans le jardin zen area qui est vraiment mignon.

Breakfast was so very nice. Room was great and the location was just 5 minute from the site entrance.

Ikke så lækkert at vi kunne lugte, at "kokken" havde røget i kælderen, hvor morgenmaden blev serveret. Det værelse vi fik tildelt, var der tydelig fugt og skimmelsvamp på væggen ind mod badeværelset. Desuden lugtede det af mug, selvom vi luftede ud. Da der ikke var andre ledige værelser før dagen efter, måtte vi overnatte i værelset. Dagen efter fik vi et nyt værelse.

The location is very close to the train station and to the entrance to the Pompei ruins. The room was comfortable and quiet and we could rest and relax. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with great coffee and good variety of food. We found a great gelateria nearby with very good pastry and gelato.

The hotel and the staff are magnificent. The roof jacuzzi and the garden were just great! Breakfast was also good.

The walls between the rooms are slightly thin, for which reason all the noise from the neighbor room could be heard from our room. This was slightly unpleasant during the night time.

The property is in a great location, just a short walk from the Amphitheatre entrance of the Pompeii Archaeological Park and close to the city center, making it ideal for sightseeing. It features a lovely small garden and a private parking space inside the property, which made us feel that our car was safe and secure. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was exceptionally spacious. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was good and provided a pleasant start to the day. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this accommodation.

geräumiges sauberes Zimmer und schönes Marmorbad, in wenigen Schritten beim Eingang zu den Ausgrabungen, dem Marienheilgtum und den Touristenbüros für Touren auf den Vesuv etc, ohne an der Hauptstrasse zu liegen, Parkplatz am umzeunten Grundstück, kleiner gepflegter Garten als Relax-Areal, Vesuvblick auch aus dem hübsche Streetart ganz in der Nähe

Wasserdruck bei WC und Bidet könnte besser sein... es ist etwas nervig wenn die Klospülung erst beim gefühlten 10.Mal drücken reagiert und wenn aus dem Bidet nur ein sehr dünnes tropfendes Rinnsal kommt und es somit unbrauchbar ist... Dusche und Waschbecken sind ok. Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig: Wenn sich andere Gäste um 3:00 Früh die Haare fönen oder kichernd nach Hause kommen oder die Tür ins Schloss fallen lassen, hat man das Gefühl, es passiert unmittelbar neben dem eigenen Bett. Rezeption erst spät besetzt, wenn man früh aufbrechen möchte, sollte man die Dinge am Vorabend erledigen

Great location and a secure car park which was easy to get in to on the property . Room was comfortable with great air con and bathroom was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and spoke English very well.

Properties located very centrally and ideal for the ruins or for a stroll around the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and organising transport for us.

The charge of €35 euros each to use the roof terrace and hot tub. It had nothing up there except for a few chairs and looked a little shabby.

Mario was great, we arrived 30 minutes late due to flight delay, but he waited at the Dream House without a cost even if the reception was already closed 💪

Mario was very helpful. Met us late, did not charge to late arrival. Let us leave the car next day while we were exploring archeological site of Pompei. Breakfast was good. A lot of nice restaurants around.

Soggiorno perfetto, camera bellissima e larga, tutto completamente nuovo, dal bagno alla camera. L’hotel è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e dall’ingresso agli scavi. Colazione molto varia e tipica, staff gentilissimo. Tornerò sicuramente!

Wonderful hosts, clean and spacious room with high ceilings, fantastic location. We used the hot tub in the evening, which was brilliant for the children - it had a beautiful view. Great breakfast and restaurant recommendations and we loved the tortoise Molly in the garden!

The host was friendly. We could easily park the car at the private area. The room was spacious and clean.

The bed was a bit hard.

A very comfortable stay. There was a warm welcome when we arrived and plenty of secure parking. The garden is lovely to sit in after a busy day at the Archeological sites. Access is easy to one of the site gates (if you have pre-booked tickets don’t listen to the touts you can enter thru this gate) and it’s a quick stroll to the town piazza.

Hübsche, kleinere Unterkunft. Tolle Lage, Pompei Ausgrabungsstätte und Zentrum der Stadt zu Fuss leicht erreichbar. Herzlicher Empfang und guter Service, leckeres Frühstück. Da wir am letzten Tag früh abgereist sind, hat man uns leckere Sandwiches, Früchte und Getränke zum Mitnehmen bereitgestellt.

Der unterkunftseigene Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig.

5 Minuten Fußweg zu den Ausgrabungsstätten von Pompeij und ins Zentrum der Stadt. Super nettes Personal, das alle Fragen schnell beantwortet hat und uns mit hilfreich Restaurantempfehlungen versorgt hat. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und haben haben uns über den sicheren Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück gefreut, den wir auch bereits vor der Check-in-Zeit nutzen konnten. Wir konnten sogar sehr viel früher unser Zimmer beziehen. Die Sauberkeit, das Frühstück und der nette Sitzbereich im Garten sind ebenfalls zu betonen. Wir haben uns im Dream House wohlgefühlt.

The room and the bathroom were beautiful and specious. We came from France for 1 night with a 9 months old child. I’ve been talking to the staff by messages before the journey to arrange things for my baby and they all were so kind and comprehensive, always smiling, which is such a relief and erase any stress ! The hotel is ideally situated : 3 minutes by foot from the Basilic and shops. I recommande it 100% !

Room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good indeed too. The staff were very helpful when we requested the assistance to places we wanted to visit, especially the best way to Pompéi ruins.

Nothing to to dislike about the property.

1. Disappointment at the breakfast - the serving lady didn't speak any language other than Italian, to the extent that she could tell the difference between HOT and COLD, subsequently serving us the cold latte coffee... 2. Low water pressure and lukewarm water under shower 3. Missing tiles under the shower look sub-standard and ugly.

The room was lovely although a little bit tight with 2 suitcases. Breakfast was ok. The location was superb for both the ruins and town. The facility was very clean and high quality throughout. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

De centeale ligging en de tuin waar je even lekker in de schaduw kunt zitten.

De slaapkamer was mooi ingericht en comfortabele bedden. Mooie locatie op loopafstand naar Pompei en lekkere restaurants.

Tijdens het ontbijt (wat lekker was) wordt er in de keuken gerookt, waardoor de ontbijtzaal helemaal naar rook ruikt. Dat is echt vies (vooral als je met kinderen reist)

Nonostante non avessi prenotato la terrazza mi è stato consentito di sedermi per un quarto d'ora senza ovviamente utilizzare gli altri servizi che sono sotto prenotazione come specificato nelle condizioni. Il personale addetto alle camere è stato molto disponibile.

Colazione pessima. Servita al piano interrato, da un addetto che fumava nella stanza adibita alla preparazione del cibo. Tovaglie macchiate, cappuccino con schiuma eccessiva e caffè non buonissimo.

Das Zimmer in dem ich schlief, entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen, weil mir bei der Buchung andere Bilder gezeigt wurden. Und zwar Bilder aus der zweiten Etage des Hauses. Wenn ich die Bilder vorher gesehen hätte, in welchem ich letztendlich übernachtet habe, hätte ich das Zimmer nicht gebucht. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war sehr hellhörig und in der Nacht ließ es sich auch nicht gut abdunkeln.

Struttura accogliente in tutti i suoi punti, dalla zona relax in giardino alla camera a disposizione e al parcheggio auto interno. Colazione perfetta e personale eccellente.

The location was great and close to the train station. The staff were helpful and friendly and I liked being able to communicate with them via WhatsApp.

We were right next to the main door / lobby so every time the front door opened, closed or banged, we could hear. The walls are very thin so we couldn't sleep much due to the noise. There were also ants all over the floor, climbing up the bedside tables and on the bed. We found them crawling inside our water bottles too.

Property let us leave our luggage all day after check out free of charge. Nice breakfast. Short walk away from archeological site.

Kettle was broken, had to ask for a working one. No coffee sachets in the room, no shampoo or conditioner, room was tiny to fit a double and a single.

A beautiful property with comfortable rooms and helpful staff, making it feel very personal and welcoming. Just 5 minutes from the entrance to Pompeii was perfect for our needs.

I have nothing negative to say about our stay here.

Absolutely beautiful house. The room was very clean and cosy and very nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what you need before exploring Pompei. Beautiful garden too and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The views from the terrace with the jacuzzi are not to be missed. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. A lovely experience overall.

Dream house Pompei was in an ideal location for us. The room was large and the beds were comfortable and clean. The wardrobe in our room was old and flimsy but as we were backpacking we didn't use it. The bathroom was clean and tidy but very dated. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast options were typically Italian and adequate, we were never left hungry, but the hot options were only toast and egg (cooked however you like). The location was ideal for us, just a short 15-20 minute walk to one of the main Pompeii entrances, central bus route plaza's and train station. Overall, if you book here for a cheap stay, you won't be disappointed, its good value for money. Oh and keep an eye out for Molly the garden tortoise 🐢, she is lovely to see in the mornings.

As already said, our bathroom was very dated but clean and functional, only 3 tea bags a day of different types. Not a problem, the wife took priority and I just picked from what was left. The breakfast options were limited but overall a great value for money option for a B&B stay.

I loved it all. Especially the comfortable beds, warm friendly hosts and the rooftop jacuzzi. Breakfast included delicious potatoes and freshly grilled vegetables. There was also a peaceful garden at the back to relax in. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts - thank you very much!!
