Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Dar Hatim ist ein grosszügiger, wunderbarer Rückzugsort mitten in der lebendigen Medina. Neben den Schlafzimmern stehen ein Wohnzimmer und drei weitere Sofaecken im Innenhof, im Haus und auf der Dachterrasse zur Verfügung. Alles war sehr sauber und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war lecker und variantenreich.

Reviewed May 29, 2026The place was gorgeous, very central right in the souq/medina yet quiet. The bathrooms were perfect. Nice big comfy beds. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The lady who came to prepare it was so sweet.
The water in the upstairs toilet was continually running therefore wasting water the top must be in place or it needs to be turned off with the nifty valve underneath.

Reviewed May 1, 2026Fabuleux séjour au Dar Hatim en plein coeur de la Médina. Kamal a été aux petits soins avec nous. Il a été très disponible et a géré nos déplacements depuis l'aéroport. De plus, Turia a concocté de succulents petits déjeuners. Son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse sont vraiment très appréciables. Merci pour tout

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026L’authenticité du Riad . Kamal nous a rejoint et tout expliqué . Touria est venu nous faire le petit déjeuner authentique un vrai régal elle a même fait le ménage tout était rangé à notre retour d’excursions . C’est une personne très gentille et agréable.
Peut-être un peu brillant mais c’était très supportable.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026This place is absolutely perfect. Just the oasis you need away from the busy streets. You're amid it all yet tucked away in a moment to a peaceful and large Riad. I think the price is fair and the staff are wonderful. Both Turia and Jamal were very welcoming and kind. Made to feel completely at home. I really love that the whole riad is your own here, lots of space and the two main rooms are both great. The terrace is lovely and also social with neighbours nearby with terraces, too. Breakfast is lovely and Turia looks after everyone very well. Easy to get to the main square but also amid the hustle and bustle of the medina.
No complaints. Everything was clean, thought about and lovely.

Nosotros teníamos además el desayuno que era muy rico y abundante. Personal muy amable, y ubicación buena. Dentro de la Medina pero muy fácil de localizar.
Por poner un pero, al reservar el riad completo no disponen de consigna para maletas allí, pero nos indicaron otro sitio en el que podríamos dejarlas a unos 10 minutos caminando. Solo a tener en cuenta si vas muy cargado (no era nuestro caso).

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026This was our first stop in Morocco and we liked it a lot. Kamal was reliable and easy to contact and made everything easy. He helped us with a taxi from the airport and getting into the medina with our bags. The room was well heated, enough blankets and hot water. Breakfast was very good, best tea we had while in Morocco! In warmer weather there is a rooftop area for lounging that must be great.

We were there when the weather was particularly cool and probably needed better heating for at least one room and we were not acclimated to eating outside in these conditions. We knew what we were getting into just not for the colder weather

Необходимо е да се реновират доста неща в стаите. Мебелите са овехтяли и реално не е удобно да се ползват в хола и другите общи пространства.

Qualche imperfezione nella parte dei servizi igienici prontamente risolta. Un unico neo: in dicembre fare l’ottima colazione nel cortile con 9 gradi non è il massimo, ma dipende più dalla stagione che dalla tipologia di casa. Si potrebbe però pensare di allestire uno spazio colazione per l’inverno all’interno della casa.

Quartos grandes e espaçosos, com cozinha para confeccionar refeições. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom com café, chá, iogurte, granola, sumo e com pão, crepes e doces marroquinos. O Riad tem um terraço com espreguiçadeiras e sofás para dormitar e apanhar sol. O pessoal do Riad é extremamente prestável e simpático. O nosso checkout foi muito cedo e por isso deixaram o pequeno-almoço preparado para comermos antes de sairmos.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025Le riad est super bien placé dans une ruelle calme. Il est magnifique et parfaitement entretenu et décoré gros point positif d'avoir son riad privatif pour profiter entre soi. Les chambres sont très confortables avec une bonne literie. Il y a un salon et une magnifique terrasse sur le toit pour profiter du soleil. Le patio est utilisé pour le petit déjeuner délicieux préparé par l'adorable Touria qui était avec nous tous les matins pour le préparer et faire les chambres. Kamal est ultra disponible et nous a aidé pour tout un vrai régal d'avoir des personnes comme ça à nos côtés pour faciliter notre voyage. Nous avons adoré cette expérience allez y les yeux fermés.

Rooftop terrace was great and the internal lounge and atrium were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast served in the Dar was excellent, generous and great value.
TV remote control needed new batteries so we couldn't use the TV!
