The only good thing is the reception area and staff had great customer service

The size of the rooms were small not good for family with kids , one of the rooms had mould in the shower windows , the pull was on the roof top and you had to walk up by stairs not the lift.

Booked this hotel as it had a rooftop swimming pool for our last few days in Vietnam the lift only went to the floor below the swimming pool then you had to go up the rusty fire escape pool was dirty as surrounding area

Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Location was central but I felt it to be a bit rundown and better areas to stay.

Dirty bathroom, after reporting the problem nothing was done for 3 days. The bar is closed If you ask for a taxi, they will forget to order it. A ventilation shaft next to the window that makes noise all night long

It was great that the hotel let us check in early, which really helped us out. The room was also fully equipped and clean.

I would recommend that the hotel pay more attention to the pool and the area around it; it didn't look very clean. Also, some of the staff had trouble speaking English.

Globalement, nous ne regrettons rien, pour autant la présentation faite sur Booking nous apparaît surfaite et entraîne forcément de la déception par rapport à la réalité.

L’environnement de la piscine mériterait un sérieux nettoyage et rafraîchissement : vers l’accès des toilettes et douches, les chaises longues cassées et trouées, les plantes aux abords de la piscine ne sont au meilleur de leur forme…

The roof top pool, steps up were not maintained well, the pool area was scruffy, pool looked unkept

The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. The gym, even with this equipment, was a good addition. Breakfast was fair.

The pool space was poor and the pool water wasn’t clear enough to use it twice. I think that since the pool is a part of the facilities, they should present it better.

Loved the rooftop pool and the friendliness of the staff, rooms were clean and AC was great. Breakfast was good too, all well worth the price

Signs mentioned rooftop bar from our 8th floor room, however there was no bar, either remove these signs or add a bar!

All staff were very kind and helpful. I think this used to be a premium hotel but it really needs improvement for the price.

Our air conditioner worked on occasion. Hanoi is in a heat wave so we really needed the air con. My husband ate the breakfast meats and I didn’t, he had diarrhea for 24 hours, air conditioning decided to not work so it was really uncomfortable for him. They sent maintenance up to fix it on day 2 of 4, we finally asked to be moved to a new room on day 3, which they did. The pool area pictures do not match what it actually looks like. Loungers are broken, and I don’t think the pool was serviced at all while we were there. Pool wasn’t clean.

Raum vor dem gym ist wie ein Abstellraum, die Toilette beim gym hatte weder Toilettenpapier noch Papiertücher. Nach der Suche nach Klopapier habe ich einen offenen Müllbeutel (?) in einem Schrank gefunden, mit Fliegen und Schimmel… pool area sieht auch heruntergekommen aus und habe den Pool deshalb nicht genutzt

Das Personsl war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigeren Nebenstraße super.

Tres calme concernant ma chambre 604 au 6eme.Belle déco(vitre occultante entre chambre et salle de bain donnant une impression d espace),clim integree tres silencieuse ,salle de resto en sous sol mais tres joliment décorée,rapport qualité-prix excellent .Sur 3 hotels où je suis allé à Hanoi ,c est mon preféré même devant un 5 etoiles!Aussi on peut faire des brasses dans la piscine plus grande que les autres hotels.

Rien à part une fenetre un peu petite mais les lumieres sont tres bien disposees

La ubicación y la comodidad de las camas. Además que era bastante espacioso. Buen desayuno y también cuenta con un modesto gimnasio lo cual lo hace bastante completo.

El desayuno muy completo y el personal muy amable. Nos han guardado las maletas en recepción después del check out La suite es muy bonita y amplia.

La habitación no estaba limpia. Había papeles sucios debajo del sillón, se veía polvo en el suelo. Había un donut detrás del mueble. El servicio de limpieza en general debería mejorar

From the reception These guys just don’t care or don’t know what they are doing I emailed saying I was arriving a bit early they responded saying ok When I reached room not ready hence I was charged for extra time too which was not stated

El personal es muy amable. La cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas. Todos los días nos reponían dos botellas pequeñas de agua en la habitación. El desayuno tipo buffet fantástico: hay café y té, además de zumos y leche fría. te calientan la leche si se lo pides. Además de pan, mermelada, queso y jamón hay comida caliente: rollos fritos, fideos, noodles, bacon, etc. Te hacen en directo huevos revueltos, a la plancha, cocidos y también sopa pho típica. Un día tuvimos una excursión muy temprano y nos pusieron el desayuno para llevar. La piscina está limpia con baños y duchas que puedes usar después del check out.

La limpieza de la habitación puede mejorar. Había pelos de afeitarse en el lavabo

However, during my stay, no staff came to clean my room, and the fridge was leaking water. I reported this issue to the hotel staff, but unfortunately, no one came to repair it

部屋の中に小さなアリが侵入していたのが気になった。洗面の排水が良くなく、シンクに水が溜まってしまった。 スタッフは親切で、両替にも応じてくれて助かった。

Hotel bien placé. Les chambres sont bien aménagées. Environnement animé et sur. La vue du toit. L’hôtel a proposé 15% de remise sur le tarif pour s’excuser des problèmes de climatisation des chambres.

Dans les chambres, Problème de climatisation qui n’a pas été résolu. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits. Il fait 38-40 degrés en ville. Chaque jour, j’ai notifié le problème mais non résolu. La photo de la piscine n’a aucun rapport avec la réalité. La piscine est très sale, les chaises percées et les poufs déchirés. Le petit dej n’a pas trop d’intérêt. Pour finir, ma fille a laissé son collier de baptême sur son lit et on ne l’a pas retrouvé à notre retour le soir. Le collier a disparu et n’a pas été restitué.

The staff helped us book a taxi from the airport and everything ran smoothly during our stay. Our room was spotless and clean, as where the pool facilities on the roof top. The location is great, near the water and within walking distance of the old quarter. There is a beautiful bookshop opposite the store (Hanoi Bookworm) which is the perfect way to spend a morning or afternoon, while grabbing a coffee. The view from the rooftop is also worth the stay for. Importantly the air-conditioning in our room worked perfectly. The hotel is great value for money and a perfect way to have a very comfortable stay in Hanoi.

El gym no es realmente un gym sino literalmente una máquina de correr, otra de bici, un banco y alguna perilla.
