Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Easy to get to. Very clean and comfortable and as described. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen with pots, dishes, etc. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches such as coffee pods, tea and snacks to start. Everything was on one level.

The property was adorable, spotless and very comfortable. We especially loved being able to walk down to the village and explore the area in the evening.

The dining space inside is limited. Luckily the weather was amazing when we were there so we generally spent time outside. The kitchen was generally well appointed but missing large bowls and baking trays.

There were two coffee makers but no cream, milk, or milk powder to put in the coffee. Make sure to bring the whitener if you use it in your tea or coffee.

Reviewed May 20, 2025The location was perfect for the bus to downtown and to walk down the (steep!) hill to Quidi Vidi village. There were lots of cooking utensils and pans. Everything was clean and new. The beds were very comfortable.
I would have used a large microwaveable bowl (to scramble eggs). There were bedside cabinets only on one side of the two double beds we used. I would have liked a bath mat (for when you get out of the bath / shower). There was no local information, such as maps. I know lots of stuff is online now, but when I'm out and about on holiday in Canada (from the UK), I don't have mobile wifi, so a map we could have taken with us on our first day would have been very helpful.
