I booked a two bedroom suite for my children and myself, and the room was spacious and extremely clean. The staff were courteous, professional and excellent communication.Special mentions to Mr Patric, Mr Mason and Ms Carrie at the reception-they were incredibly diplomatic and ensured that all of our needs were catered to. While I can’t remember the names of the rest of the reception team and the restaurant staff most of them were very well spoken and genuinely good natured. The hotel facilities were great too. All in all every aspect of our stay was fantastic and memorable.

There was not one thing I did not like about the Movenpick Living West. I enjoyed my stay so much, I extended my stay a third week! Everyone was so hospitable and accommodating. I also loved the location because it was not in the middle of the congestion of Old Quarter but still close enough.

Considering the location, it would have been nice to have a bar or lounge area open after hours. Both dining areas close at 10:30pm

The shower temperature is unstable, running hot and cold

何時も掃除が行き届いてタオルも寝具も気持ち良く使えました。 レストランやフロントの若い方は皆さん気が付きとても感じが良かったです。 ウォシュレットがあるので毎回利用させて頂いてます。

フロントに居た体格の良い男性(責任者❔)は感じが悪く、言葉が出来ない事でとても嫌な顔をされました。 翻訳アプリも使ってくれず困りました。

Took more than half hour to check out at 530am , only one staff member at the front desk and fumbling just to get the invoice copy printed and deposit refunded. The delay affected the time to travel to the airport.

I had a nice reception, the room was very clean and the breakfast choice okay.

I booked that hotel because of the inside pool, expecting it is warm in winter times. It was cool! Breakfast choice could have been better on that hotel level...

The property is relatively new. Staff especially were very helpful and friendly. Miss Nguyen Khanh Ly at the coffee shop was outstanding. She was a very good host and was very warm and hospitable.

House keeping was not consistent. Sometimes they did not replace water bottles, hand towels, sweep the floor, wash and replace used mugs, etc. These detracted from our enjoyment of your property.

So I stayed at this amazing hotel for like 4 days, and even though I wasn't always hanging out in the hotel itself, I totally vibed with the chill atmosphere and super friendly staff. The place is spotless and looks brand new – I loved it! My room was huge and comfy, perfect for my 4-day stay. Huge shoutout to Mr. Key, the duty manager he was super helpful and genuinely cared about making my stay awesome. He's actually an EXAMPLE for others with his top-notch hospitality! And Zdung Total rockstar for always being there to help me out with whatever I needed. Big thanks to the whole Team.

Lovely hotel in the financial district of Hanoi. Perfect escape from the frantic energy of Hanoi old quarter. We booked a stay here to relax before a long flight home and it was perfect. Lovely pool, sauna and gym. Food is excellent, service is impeccable, the rooms are lovely, clean and very comfortable. Can’t fault the hotel in any way. Owen was very accommodating to us and offered local knowledge

The Mövenpick was a great experience for my partner and I. Great location for the airport, amazing room and brilliant facilities. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. They allowed us to use the pool and sauna after our check out time as we had a long flight ahead back to the UK. Jim and Owen in the restaurant served us a delicious lunch before we headed to the airport. We will definitely be back.

We have a long stay at Movenpick. It is a great place to relax in between adventures, with easy access to/from the city centre by Grab car. With so much great food available at the hotel, and close by, it can be hard to leave! All the staff are very friendly and attentive. Thanks to Huong and Trung Anh for servicing our room, Chef for his amazing meals, Hoa's amazing service in the executive lounge, Mendy, and everyone on reception. Everyone here works so hard ❣️

I went there with family, 13 of us. We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at Mövenpick, and we're very thankful for the warm hospitality from the entire team. From the moment I arrived, the staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, making me feel very welcomed throughout my stay. A heartfelt thank you to the hotel managers Dzung and Tom for their professionalism and dedication to guest comfort. Special thanks as well to LY and Marcus at the restaurant for their friendly and thoughtful service, which made every meal a pleasure. A lovely highlight was the Chocolate Hour—complimentary chocolate fondue with snacks and fruits, which was such a delightful touch. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

LY gave me very good experience about the breakfast time. She made me feel home with good smile always and in time assistance especially when my hand full with traditional “beef pha”. Wish to visit again soon to see her smile.

Amazing hotel room and food. The food at the restaurants are definitely of a high standard. Love the Vietnamese milk coffee that hits me at all the right spots. Room is very large and beds are comfy for a good night sleep. Plus point: there is a free chocolate fondue between 4pm and 5pm everyday.

We had a magnificent experience in this hotel throughout the stay. The service is superb and the food is good. Special shout out to the manager Dzung, service staff LY & Marcus for their excellent n attentive service! The staff were very friendly, especially Kate, who provided great assistance during my stay and made both check-in and check-out efficient and smooth. Bonnie and Ann is friendly, kind and lovely. They patiently understand our request and order. They give complimentary food.The food was nice and delicious.

Ann and bonnie are excellent and they provided excellent service while we had our dinner. They made sure all our request are attended. Atmosphere is chilled and great location. Rooms are impressive and great value for money! Highly recommended!

When I needed information help so I asked Ms Kate at reception and Mr.Danh at B1 floor, they provided me with friendly and in-time support. I feel that they are very professional and kind.
