Rien, nous avons tout aimé

Séjour vraiment exceptionnel au Ryad Dar Najat, un 10 sur 10 sans hésiter ! Notre vol a été annulé à la dernière minute, et l’équipe nous a immédiatement re-logés sur place avec un tarif très compétitif, trouvé en un temps record. Le lendemain, alors que mon ami partait tôt le matin, ils m’ont même permis de rester jusqu’au soir en attendant mon vol, sans facturer cette deuxième journée. Un geste vraiment généreux qui en dit long sur leur professionnalisme. Le petit déjeuner, servi à l’heure qui nous arrangeait, était un vrai régal grâce à la cuisine de Malika. Le ryad en lui-même est magnifique, superbement décoré, avec une terrasse, un patio et un rooftop qui donnent juste envie de rester plus longtemps. Et l’emplacement est top, à deux pas de la place Jemaa el Fnaa et du Palais Bahia. Merci à Olivier, Amin, Malika, Abdelhamid, ainsi qu’à tout le reste de l’équipe (une dizaine de personnes au total) pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs bons conseils sur Marrakech. My family and I were truly so lucky to stay at Riad Dar Najat. The entire staff was so accommodating, welcoming, and conversational. The Riad was spotless clean always. They offered water, mint tea, coffee, and fresh pressed orange juice all throughout the day when we stayed at the Riad and didn't have excursions to attend. A lovely homemade breakfast was provided daily which kept us fueled all the way through dinner time! They provided many great suggestions for places to visit within walking distance as well as food and desert options. Oliver recommended Gelati Dino and it is by far the best gelato we've ever had and Bahia Palace which is a 10 min walk from Dar Najat and it is one of the most beautiful palaces I've ever seen. My family and I would 100% come back to Dar Najat during another trip to Morocco. The location is central to everything, the hospitality is the best, and riad is simply beautiful. Thank you to the Riad Dar Najat Team!

Le Riad Dar Najat est très bien situé, dans une petite rue tranquille de la Médina, à proximité de la place Jemaa el-Fna. Il est extrêmement calme et paisible, avec sa terrasse roof top et sa piscine très agréable. Le personnel est discret et très aimable, soucieux de votre confort, toujours prêt à vous rendre service.

Very nice and helpful staff with Ahmed being outstanding! Very welcoming, smiling and always happy to help us with everything from booking taxis to giving us general tips. Breakfast was Excellent and plentiful and the rooms were cleaned and attended to with motherly care. The location is excellent with most things in the old town a short walk away, but at the same time hidden away in a calm back street where we could take a quiet break with freshly squeezed orange juice and a refreshing sunbath in contrast to the lively streets of Marrakech.

Personnel très attentionné.Toujours le sourire, avec de bons conseils de visites et restaurants. Logement bien situé, très propre et belle déco.Bonne literie . Pliage de serviettes différent chaque jour. Petit déjeuner très copieux . La piscine était un plus pour ces fortes chaleurs. Je retournerai certainement à Dar Najat.

Great location, near the cab stand and east to find. On a quiet street, just steps from the action of the Medina. The staff here, especially Ahmed and the women who work here, epitomize friendly and good natured The breakfast is good, the pool on the roof is refreshing. Just a nice place at a very good price

TOUT! Nous avons passé 4 nuits à Dar Najat et nous aurions aimé en passer plus :) L'équipe est aux petits soins, souriante et disponible a n'importe quel moment. Un grand merci a Ahmed pour nous avoir aidé à profiter au mieux de Marrakech et des alentours. Il nous a organisé plusieurs activités à Marrakech ainsi qu'une excursion dand le desert d'Agafay qui nous a plus que ravies. Le Riad est très confortable, tout équipé et extremement bien dans un quartier très sécurisé. Merci encore pour les discussions, les jus d'oranges, les thés et les sourires! La piscine est un vrai plus quand il fait chaud :)

Rien ! Si ce n'est de devoir rentrer en France..

L'emplacement est parfait dans la Médina, à l'écart de l'agitation et à quelques pas des ruelles du Souk. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et est impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est à tomber: crêpes marrocaines, confitures excellentes, jus d'orange frais, fruits frais,...le tout servi avec gentillesse et sourire. Bravo au personnel ! sans compter le thé marocain servi à la demande 😍 le retour à la maison est compliqué après un service aussi attentionné 😅

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil. Le personnel est très agréable et chaleureux. La piscine est superbe en cas de fortes chaleurs puis le thé est servi sans modération et est délicieux qui plus est !

Nous ne voyons pas d'inconvénient. L'accès au Riad se fait à pied en traversant la Medina (attention aux scooters si on n'est pas habitué) mais cela est vrai pour tous les Riads de la ville.

Un posto molto tranquillo, ti ispirava pace e serenità. Lo staf molto di aiuto e amichevole, presente per ogni richiesta. Una colazione favolosa tipica del paese, servito in un modo che sembrava di essere nel mondo del Aladino. La cena squisita, un tajin da leccare i baffi. Il riad è a due passi dalla piazza Jemaa el fna, eppure situato a due passi anche da una piazza dove arrivano i taxi ( cosa molto utile quando arrivi tardi e parti presto per il ritorno). Le donne delle pulizie in 2 giorni hanno cambiato le lenzuola (cosa non tanto scontata negli altri alberghi). Lo consiglio veramente.

The location is amazing of this riad, they had parking right next to it, so if you are coming with car there is no issue. The staff was so sweet and welcoming, they would make us drinks - tea, orange juice, they also prepared the best breakfast - everytthing you can imagine - eggs, fruits, coffee, bread and jam. The medina is right near and you can easily walk everywhere. Truly reccomend!!!!!! We would definately come back here :)))

Location was excellent. Staff were amazing and so friendly. The accomodation was so clean, breakfast amazing would cook to order if you had any dietary requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. Arranged transport to and from the airport. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

We had a very comfortable stay at Riad Dar Najat. The staff are very attentive and make you feel very welcome. Our airport transfer was very smoothly organised and we also accepted dinner on arrival which was one of our best meals in Marrakesh. Breakfast was a delicious feast every day! The pool was very nice to use and staff made us feel very well looked after when we were relaxing. The riad is very close to the main square, souks and lots of nice restaurants. Highlights for us were day trips to the Atlas Mountains and Agafay Desert with Abdou who the riad linked us with.

The breakfast was really nice with fresh orange juice everyday and fruit. Lovely

J’ai adoré le décor. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié . Tout Le personnel au petit soin en passant du gérant Olivier super sympa à Ahmed et aux employés dont je n’ai pas le nom. L’emplacement à 4 min du souk. Une superbe piscine en rooftop et c’est très rare sur Marrakech. C’est un Riad où vous vous sentirez comme à la maison. Bien être et confort absolu.

Tout était parfait . L’emplacement idéal pour visiter . A 4 min de l’entrée du souk. Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié . Tout le personnel aux petits soins, en passant du gérant Olivier à Ahmed puis aux autres employés dont je n’ai pas le nom. Tout est fait pour vous satisfaire. Notre petite chambre était très belle et fonctionnelle. La piscine en rooftop grand plus car il y en a très peu sur Marrakech et ça fait la différence surtout quand il fait chaud. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir au même endroit.

The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The position in the Medina made it easy to find your way around with the map provided (and guidance from the staff). We were met at the airport and taken directly to the Riad, basically everything was done to make your stay enjoyable.

Breakfast was absolutely stunning using a variety of fresh ingredients, especially liked the fact that it was slightly different each morning. Location was perfect, right in the heart of the medina, with walking distance to small grocery shops, ATMs, pharmacy, and general trinket shopping.

There was a gap in the door that was a shock, but we didn't mind too much as it's more about the cultural experience of staying in an old family home, and there's a curtain to cover the gap. WiFi went down a few times, but riad staff were very helpful in helping us seek internet elsewhere.

Bellissima struttura, pulita, comoda per visitare tutti i luoghi di interesse di Marrakech. Lo staff e’ gentilissimo. Super colazione.

I parcheggi in zona non danno affidabilità. A noi e’ andato tutto bene, ma vogliono il pagamento anticipato con prezzi poco chiari. Naturalmente non c’entra con l’hotel…

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe du Riad Dar Najat pour ce séjour absolument mémorable. Amine, Malika, Ajiba, Aïcha, Ahmed, Hicham, ainsi qu’Olivier, hôte plaisant, agréable et très intéressant, qui sait mettre en valeur son équipe : chacun a contribué à rendre notre expérience unique. L’accueil a été tout simplement formidable, sincère et chaleureux. Nous avons fait de très belles rencontres sur place, et cela a clairement donné une dimension humaine et précieuse à notre séjour. Le riad est magnifique, avec une décoration soignée et pleine de charme, idéalement situé pour profiter pleinement de la ville. Mention spéciale pour la qualité du sommeil : calme absolu, literie excellente… un vrai luxe. Sans oublier Abdou, notre prestataire touristique : historien passionnant, conducteur émérite et très sécurisant, véritable source de savoir. Au-delà de ses compétences, c’est une très belle personne humaine qui a largement contribué à la richesse de notre expérience. Ahmed, quant à lui, a été un véritable pilier du séjour, toujours attentif, présent avec justesse et profondément engagé dans la qualité de l’accueil. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et l’envie sincère de revenir. Merci encore à toute l’équipe !

Beautiful place! Clean and quiet. Superb location (but be warned that Google Maps will divert you to a dead end street where young boys expect 10 euro after guiding you to the correct ally!). Helpful staff.

Had an unfortunate episode with breakfast. After 30 min, with only four guests, we still had not got any fruit, juice or water, just coffee (which was promised to be supplemented). After finishing breakfast, we were offered it back in our room (which was nice but too late for our schedule!)

Wonderful staff that could not do enough for you. Breakfasts were awesome and filling. Room was cleaned every day and air con worked a treat. A quiet space just minutes from the hustle bussle. Very well located for the palace, main square and souks.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us plan our excursions. The riad was spotless, in a great location, and very peaceful — perfect for relaxing after a day out. We also really appreciated that coffee and tea were always available at any time. Highly recommended!

Nos encantó este sitio: Amin fue un anfitrión espectacular, al igual que el resto del personal. Todo muy limpio, la habitación cada día perfecta, desayuno abundante y variado, localización en callejón tranquilo a un paseo de menos de 10 minutos desde la plaza principal, y disfrutamos además de la terraza y la piscina. Para repetir.

No hubo nada que no nos gustase, nos encantó alojarnos aquí.

Breakfast was lovely. Staff were attentive and very helpful.

The room was so dark that we had to sleep with the lights on. Very cramped. Noise from outside the window. The main challenge was getting a good nights rest. The bed was lumpy, bed linen was bobbling and towels were also old. The duvet from the wardrobe was musty.

Staff were really friendly. In a great location, only 10 minutes to the main square but in a quiet street.

Okay so first of all a big thank you to the superb excellent super friendly staff and I list them all and apologies for any spelling mistakes! Ahmed, Aisam, Hayiba, Malika, Aicha, Ghizlane and Amin. You made our stay perfect and we felt that the Ryad was our home. The room was superb as was the great breakfast served with a smile. So much variety it was 5 star and better than any top hotel!! The location is great and right on the edge of the Medina so extremely peaceful but only a couple of minutes from the hustle and bustle of the main squares and markets. The owner Oliver you need to meet as he turns up most days with his black Labrador and is a larger than life character. To sum up if it is a great experience that you are looking for in Marrakech then this is undoubtedly the place to stay. Once again I would like to thank all the staff for their hospitality and advice during our stay.

Il personale è molto gentile, la colazione buona e abbondante.

Nulla, tutto apposto, come in descrizione. Il taxi non può arrivare davanti quindi ci ha lasciato a 7/10 minuti di distanza e ci abbiamo messo un attimino a trovarlo la prima volta. Noi avevamo solo degli zaini ma magari chi ha valigie più grandi/bambini piccoli a carico può essere un po scomodo, ma da quanto ho visto è un problema di molti hotel visto che la zona è un po’ chiusa al traffico.

Très beau riad avec toit terrasse reposant, à l abri du bruit sans vis à vis, très bien situé dans la Médina, un accueil au top et aux petits soins de tout le personnel avec de très bons conseils. Nous avons apprécié même si nous étions partis tôt en excursion d'avoir à notre retour notre petit déjeuner réservé.. Déjeuner copieux avec spécialités marocaine. Si nous devons retourner à Marrakech on réservera au même endroit. Merci Amine merci Hissam merci à toutes

Good location and the staff were amazing, all the staff made us feel like family. Nothing was too much trouble.

Tout d abord l'emplacment. Dar Najat est idéalement situé a moins de 10 min de la place. Face au riad se trouve un petit commerce bien pratique. Entrons maintenant dans ce riad agréablement bien décoré ou règne une ambiance apaisée et réconfortante. Que dire du personnel...une mention spéciale pour Issame et les deux cuisinière qui ont répondu a nos moindres attentes. Un petit déjeuner juste au top. Issame nous a donné de très bon conseils sur les lieux et endroits a visiter.
