The location and layout of the Villa was perfect for a relaxing stay, lots of space to relax and the pool was also very good. Beautiful home cooked breakfast.

Helpful staff and tasty breakfasts. Low number of rooms meant plenty of poolside space.

There is construction nearby part of which is building a sea wall to protect this end of the beach from future typhoons. So the immediate beach isn't swimable at the moment.

Super leuke en gezellige kamers ! Afgelegen van de drukke stad.

Als je liever dichter bij de stad zit, is het niet aan te raden, maar als je graag wat meer rust hebt, is dit perfect !

De sfeer, de koele bries van zee die door het hotel gaat, lekker koel zwembad, stijlvol hotel en super gastvrouw die alles voor ons regelde. De gratis fietsen waren ook top!

Bardzo dokładnie sprzątane pokoje,ale robi to inna osoba ,i jest w tym bardzo dokladna. Smaczne śniadanie, Świetna lokalizacja ,dosłownie 4 minuty od plaży. Bardzo cicha i spokojna lokalizacja,a niedaleko znajdują się znakomite restauracje.

Niestety osoba zarządzająca obiektem zbyt często chciała nam polecić wycieczki punkty sklepowe itp...,prawdopodobnie dla prowizji. Dziewczyna bardzo często siedzi w telefonie, a przydało by się dokładniej posprzatac taras,kuchnię. Niestety strefa ogólnodostępna dla gości jest trochę zaniedbana.podloga byla często brudna,nikt nie sprzątał rozlanych plam po napojach . A wystarczy niewiele zeby było czysto. Przy basenie ,miejsce do masażu bardzo brudne, nad basenem parasol rozerwany. Niby miło i przytulnie ,ale kilka detali psuję atmosferę.

We locked in a pretty fair, discounted rate, which made the stay great value. Everything felt fairly new or well maintained, and we especially loved the pool access and the open, airy architecture with lush greenery throughout the communal spaces. Breakfast was prepared fresh every morning and was tasty, and the host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

Beach access was quite limited due to major construction happening in the area at the time. Sound insulation between floors was also poor — we’d wake up every morning to the sound of neighbors upstairs moving chairs around, which got a bit annoying.

Leider eine sehr ungepflegte Anlage. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität. Wir waren auch die einzigen Gäste, was uns beim einchecken schon komisch vorkam. Der Poolbereich ist sehr ungepflegt und teilweise kaputt. Rattenkot im Zimmer und Küche. Ratten in der Anlage und in der Küche gesichtet. An einem Tag kein Wasser bis zum nächsten Morgen. Daraufhin haben wir das Hotel verlassen. Nach langen Diskussionen haben wir unser Geld zurückbekommen.

Breakfast was good but not enough to choose only one dish and one drink. The kitchen island could be turned as a buffet of fruits / side dishes / bread / yogurt … and add eggs or viet dish to cook it with it ? would be better. Need a bathroom mat after the shower and conditionner for hair.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und man hat uns lieb empfangen. Das Zimmer (oberer Bereich) sind sehr gemütlich und ordentlich. Kostenlose Nutzung Fahrräder.

Die Lage ist nicht so schön. Man ist ein bisschen im Nirgendwo. Strand gibt es nicht wirklich, durch die Abtragungen. Das war sehr enttäuschend. Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Aber wir hätten mehr Strandvibes erwartet.

Tolle Lage , fußläufig zum Strand. Sehr schöne und geschmackvolle Zimmer und Einrichtung. Unsere schönste Unterkunft während unseres Urlaubs...hoi an ist gut am Abend mit dem Taxi zu erreichen... unser Sohn hatte in der Zeit Geburtstag und Rose, die Managerin,hat mit uns vorher schon kommuniziert und einen tollen Geburtstagskuchen organisiert.vielen Dank nochmal dafür...ein wirklich sehr schöner und unglaublich entspannter Aufenthalt.. wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!

Zum Frühstück hätten wir uns noch etwas Obst gewünscht, dann wäre es perfekt gewesen...es gab eine kleine Baustelle vor dem Hotel... die war etwas störend aber in den Zimmern hat man nichts davon gehört... daher nur ein kleiner Abzug...

Wer hier her kommt, wird ganz persönlich empfangen. Da die Ocean Breeze Villa nur wenige Zimmer hat, ist es sehr persönlich. Rose hat sich während unserer Woche dort um uns gekümmert, täglich frisch das Frühstück für uns zubereitet, uns mit Tipps versorgt & war jederzeit per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Wir mochten außerdem die Lage - nur wenige Geh-Minuten vom Traumstrand, Restaurants & Spa entfernt & doch nur 10 Minute mit dem Grab von der wuseligen Altstadt entfernt.

Wir haben unsere Buchung während unseres Aufenthalts geändert, da das Familienzimmer nicht wie beschrieben eine Einheit ist sondern zwei Doppelzimmer, zwischen denen noch ein Wohnzimmer liegt. Mit großen Kindern ist das sicher toll - für uns mit Baby & Fast-Schulkind hat das leider nicht gepasst & haben schlussendlich in einem Doppelzimmer geschlafen. Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Verständnis gewünscht aber letztendlich waren alle sehr bemüht, eine Lösung zu finden, die für alle passt. Vielleicht könnte man eine Aufbettung im Zimmer anbieten & es in der Anzeige deutlicher schreiben, dass es sich um Verbindungszimmer handelt. Wir hatten außerdem sehr viele Ameisen im Zimmer aber das ist durchaus üblich, schätze ich in diesen tropischen Umgebungen. Was vielleicht auch noch interessant für den einen oder die andere sein könnte - es gibt kein veganes Frühstück. Aber vegetarisch lässt sich fast jedes Gericht anpassen.

Ocean Breeze Villa was the most wonderful place to stay while in Hoi An. Right on Cam An beach, with lots of local eateries on your doorstep. We loved riding the bikes provided into An Bang beach every day, and breakfast was served fresh and lovely every day.

10/10 wir hatten eins der Zimmer mit Terrasse direkt zum Pool. Haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz, gemütliches Bett, tolles großes Badezimmer, gemütliches Sitzen draußen auf der Terrasse. Großes Yoga Angebot Fußläufig. Ruhige Lage - generell war es sehr ruhig in der Straße. Obwohl es direkt am Strand liegt. Im vergleich zu anderen Asiatischen Orten herrscht wenig Verkehr. Wir haben uns das erste Mal ein Elektro Scooter ausgeliehen - das hat richtig Spaß gemacht, die Gegend zu erkunden. Würde behaupten Hoi An hat einfach einen entspannten Vibe.

Leichte Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer. KEIN Schimmel oder Geruch!!! Man hat es an der Kleidung gemerkt. Kommt vielleicht vom Pool. Man muss dazu auch sagen, aktuell haben wir den Asiatischen Winter. Morgens + Abends recht frisch. Der Poolbereich sehr schattig.

Le lieu est un vrai petit paradis, après avoir sillonné le Nord du Vietnam, nous n’aurions pas pu rêver mieux pour nous poser un peu. Le personnel est adorable, très à l’écoute et toujours près à vous aider. Le petit déjeuner est varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Et le lieu est juste incroyable. La vieille ville est accessible en vélo (ou en grab), la plage est juste à côté à 15 min à pied. Nous ne regrettons en rien notre choix. Ce logement est vraiment un petit cocon. Merci encore pour tout 🥰

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum! Es war alles perfekt. Die Besitzerin war so freundlich und hat uns immer Tips gegeben und ihre Hilfe angeboten. Wir hatten die Suite mit eigenem Outdoorbereich und das war wunderschön. Es war sauber und das Bett bequem. Es ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt und nach Hoi An nur ca. 15 min. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable a perfect place to unwind after exploring. The location couldn’t have been better: close enough to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Hoi An’s old town, yet peaceful and relaxing near the beach. The pool area was absolutely beautiful, a lovely spot to cool off and recharge. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. Overall, a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and charm. We’d definitely come back!

מקום שקט ונעים, הייתה פקידת קבלה ממש נחמדה שעזרה לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים המלון מעוצב להפליא, חדרים מרווחים ונקיים ממש נהנינו, היה לנו חבל לעזוב ממליצים מאוד!

混雑していた旧市街から離れていて静かなところにあり、とても落ち着いて過ごせました。 ホテルはとてもおしゃれで、お部屋はレモングラスオイルのいい香りで癒されました。 スタッフも親切で、色々な相談に答えてくれました。 海までは徒歩すぐで、人が少なく静かなビーチなのでゆっくりできました。 自転車も無料レンタルできて、アンバンビーチまでも行きやすかったです。 今回は1泊しかできなかったけど、次はゆっくり泊まりたいです。

Everything. This place is a hidden gem near the beach with beautiful rooms, swimming pool and a great architecture. The breakfast was delicious and you have the possibility to go to a seafront place ! We really appreciated our stay and everything was perfect thanks to the lovely team.

Maybe the coffee (with was really good) was a little expansive as well as water bottle.

Eine wunderschöne, einladende Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Das Frühstückt wurde nach unseren Wünschen zubereitet und war sehr lecker.

全部よかった！プールが深いところで1.9mもありプール好きなこどもは大はしゃぎ。大人はのんびりプールサイドでゆっくりすることができました。海も1分でいけて、レストランもたくさんあるし、立地がいいです。 ヴィラはアットホームな雰囲気がとてもすてき。ダナンで泊まったホテルは都会的な内装でしたが、ここはインテリアすべてがヴィンテージ感があって、清潔かつおしゃれ。共用部も専有部も、空間にゆとりがある理想のヴィラでした。デラックススイートは外にあるキッチンがとても広くて使いやすい空間。夜風にふかれてビールを飲んでいると、ガサガサと小動物が近くにいるようでしたが、ここにいると動物もとかげも虫も全てかわいくみえちゃいます。 朝食がとてもおいしかったです！フルーツクレープ最高でした 最終日、こどもが熱を出してしまいましたが、スタッフの方がライムを絞った白湯をくれ、これで腕や体を拭くようにと準備してくれました。 2泊しましたが、宿泊する場合は3泊以上をおすすめします！

We lived on the ground floor, and huge coacroches and spiders came to our room. The staff helped to cope with them, but they appeared again. I guess this is the problem of the location.

Cosy boutique hotel with only a few guests and a pool. Its location is excellent if you are looking for a comfortable and restful stay, right next to the beach and a stone’s throw from the fun of Hoi An. Around the corner are lots of beach restaurants, cafe’s and there is a water sports centre across the road renting SUPs, a Hobie and wind and kite surfing kit. Tuan the on site manager can help with cabs tours etc and is a delight.

Tuan made us so welcome from the minute we walked through the gates. The villa itself was amazing. Lovely pool, huge room and very peaceful. Generous breakfast too and stones throw from the beach so best of both worlds.

The beach is not very nice and not much is around, the pool was also a little too cold for our liking and if you're staying on the ground floor beware of creepy crawlies!

Beautiful luxury villa just outside the hustle of Ang Bang. Great size pool and spacious open air dining and lounge facilities next to the pool. Tuan made our stay unforgettable with her friendly and helpful service.

We loved everything about this property. It is the nicest place that we have ever stayed in. The design and decor of the building and the open spaces are amazing. The pool is lovely. Our rooms were spacious, clean. modern and bathroom facilities are really high end. The location is wonderful as very close to a nice quiet beach with water sports facilities and sunbeds and only a short walk to fantastic bars and restaurants. The host and staff went out of their way to look after us and cooked us an amazing breakfast each morning. They are lovely people. We also had free use of bikes which were perfect for exploring Hoi An town and further afield. We would have loved to stay longer!

We loved our stay at the villa. The house is very beautiful, high quality standards, well decorated, noble materials. We took the suite, it was 70m2 with a beautiful terrace. The receptionist was caring and helpful. The villa is next to the hidden beach, and we borrowed bikes for free to go 5 min away to An Bang.

Very good location, close to the beach, nice restaurants and you can bike to the ancient town. Staff was super helpful and lovely. Swimming pool/ garden and the (shared) open living room are very nice. Breakfast was nice too!

Even though the rooms are nice and provide all you need, it was not next level comfortable. Beds were a bit hard, sheets and towels were clean but didn’t smell great, multiple times the toilet & shower didn’t have water in the morning.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. But the best thing of all about it is the staff. They are amazing. They could not have been more helpful and accommodating if they tried. They are a credit to the owner.

Excellent location, clean with great staff. The place is run by Sound of Silence so breakfast is basic but great! They give you a giant fruit bowl if you order fruits for breakfast. Also you get fresh real coffee if you order it. They let us borrow a crib and a baby bath. They were very accommodating. It's really quite beautiful with not many rooms so I can imagine that it's even more amazing in summer. Our 4 year old loved the giant koi fish and the rooms were huge!!

To get a perfect 10 they need to get new bedding. The pillows are too used and the ac's are quite noisy. It can be really quiet at night be it can also be really noisy. Better sound proof windows and a quiet Ac would make this place a perfect 10.

Breakfast and the coffee were excellent. Superb location
