Nefelis by Verde Apartments

This property is well located, offers easy access to all local shops and amenities. The property has easy parking for coming and going. The hosts communication was sensational. We’d love to return here again in the years to come. The lounge room is large, the kitchen is nice, the beds are comfortable a the outdoor balcony with its large table was a particular highlight for eating breakfast and dinners. There is nothing my family didn’t like about this property.

Γενικά είναι ένα πλήρες κατάλυμα δε βρήκαμε κάτι αρνητικό .

Τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο Ιασώ και στο maul .Πάρκινγκ πολύ εύκολα έξω ακριβώς από το κατάλυμα

Ένα μόνο αιρκοντίσιον στο σαλόνι . Το υπνοδωμάτιο φούρνος με αποτέλεσμα να κοιμηθεί στο σαλόνι ,στον καναπέ .

Μεγάλο διαμέρισμα με ξεχωριστή κρεβατοκάμαρα, πολύ καθαρό και δίπλα στο ΟΑΚΑ. Ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που θέλαμε!

Next to OAKA sports facilities and Golden /MALL , hot water ,clean, fully equipped.

The apartment was spacious, with two large bedrooms. The area is really good, safe and the neighborhood very quiet.

We were very happy with the accommodation. The place was spacious and clean. It is located between the 3 most popular malls in Athens. The neighborhood was quiet but safe. Totally recommend it for families.

Everything was great. Near to Iaso Hospital, which was the purpose of our stay. Quiet, safe, attractive neighbourhood. Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very helpful management team. Easy walking distance to the Malls. Would happily stay here again.

Very comfortable apartment for one or two people.

The walk to the nearest metro station was approximately 15 minutes which was fine for me but possibly not ideal if you have mobility issues.

The bed and the couch weren’t comfortable at all… We prepaid for 2 nights but after we slept the first night, we decided to leave the next afternoon because of the bad bed..

Everything. Good spacious place with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

We choose this apartment due to it's close proximity to the new Olympic Stadium, which was approximately a 20 minute walk away. The apartment was very clean & spacious and is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It was also lovely to have a balcony to use. There was loads of wardrobe space & coat hangers and good air conditioning. The host was very polite & informative and responded extremely quickly to any questions I had.

I personally didn't think the sofa bed was very comfortable but my sister found the double bed very comfortable. There wasn't any shower gel provided and I thought this was a little arrange considering there was plenty of shampoo provided, however, I did make the host aware of this and was provided with positive feedback that both areas of concern would be addressed. I also had an issue with locking the key safe box but again, I was advised that clearer instructions would be given to future guests.

Nice apartment, very clean and at a great location.

I liked waking up to the sound of birds singing in an apartment clean, full of light with a modern comfortable couch and bed, equipped with every appliance from a hair dryer to a washing machine ,wide screen smart TV, Netflix, YouTube etc. Really close to the Olympic Stadium, in between big modern shopping centers like The Mall, Avenue, Golden Hall and Iaso Hospital which were within walking distance of about 12 minutes. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and as there was a river nearby while strolling in the afternoon I could hear frogs calling.

The apartament was very clean, comfortable, well set and quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped. The apartment had everything needed for a perfect stay.

We loved how well located this apartment was for our purpose of travel. It was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. It is also in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a good nights sleep.

Heating at the bedroom

Just came back from our amazing stay at this little jem 😍 have only to praise, starting with the communication with the host, the spot cleaning, wonderful, and most importantly - quiet neighbourhood. It's close to the metro station, about 500m, bus stops, have 3 malls at a 10 min walking distance, a nice park just across the road, 10 min walk from IASO Hospital. When will be back next time, will definitely try to stay here as well. Thanks for everything :)

Clean place, comfortable bed and sofa, large fridge, washing machine, large balcony and quite place.

Only one thing that it could be better in the place which is the shower (spray head). Since there is no place to hang it, taking shower is not enjoyable.

Amazing location. Very clean apartment, very well equiped. Loved it.

The bed was very squeaky. Honestly this was the only issue, however not a trivial one.

Well equipped apartment, spacious, big balcony, washing machine. 10 minute walk to metro.
