The room is nothing like in the photos. The sofa “bed” isn’t really a bed—just a short sofa. When we arrived, it was even covered with a cloth that had a hole. The bathroom floor is always flooded; it was already wet before we even showered, making it very difficult to move around. The toilet smelled of urine even before being used—extremely unpleasant.

Strategic location, friendly staff at the lobby (i forgot to ask her name she was so kind) . The room is so clean, spacious and comfortable. Tight security and safe and affordable.

The view is good, the building is secure, and they allow late arrival.

The location is isolated, and far from public transportation. They didn’t clean the room or change towels for the whole duration of the stay. The toilet needs maintenance. The kitchen doesn’t include cooker, and the microwave doesn’t work.

The only selling point is the view. Had to pay extra charge to visit but the price was acceptable. There's no light in the area of the other pool, so it was terribly weird at night.

Seems not really clean, hard bed, no towels provided, things look like an apartment that's been abandoned, sound proof wasnt good so Iight sleepers should be aware. we heard everytime our neighbor closing door. the staff wasnt so helpful when I asked if they had any change (cash) or where I could get it, they seemed ignoring me lol. Oh and the lift was super slow haha.

Location is good and calm with plenty of green areas around. Service personal at the hotel was great and helpful all the time. Room was spacious and pretty comfortable. In general it's a good value for its price.

For us it was a bit uncomfortable to have so many rules and restrictions with fines in the hotel, it prevents from relaxation. Also we missed some additional towels for a kitchen and hands/face in the bathroom (there were just 2 big both towels). And one hair would be super useful, as the room is for 2 people and 2 of us could not sit at the same time as there is just 1 chair and no other place to sit at all. And one more thing is about the common areas: there are many of them, but they are either not usable at all (like kitchen with no tables and chairs), or are a bit uncomfortable to use (like you have to register yourself constantly, can't drink/eat/smoke there etc.). By the way it would be helpful to have at least one more smoking area upstairs, as it's really bothering to go to the ground flow to the single smoking area each time.

The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy whenever i toss and turned while sleeping. Also it had one door bell for both apartments on the left and right side. hence, i had to reach for the door each time my neighbor's doorbell rang.

Everything is good , it’s my second time check in here.

Just add-on office table or laptop table , more comfortable to doing my task job. thank you.

As usual the 'sinking bathroom' has problem of water ponding due to clogged floor trap. Parking at RM20 PER NITE is ridiculous where as other operators are charging per booking.

The location is terrible. The only way how to move somewhere is by using the Grab application and taxi. However, it doesn't work during rush hours. Walking was almost impossible since there is no normal way to cross the highway. Public transport is not nearby. Killed the mood for several days when it was not possible to get back to hotel in the evening during rush hour and had to walk several kilometers in rain.

The room design is too plain, shower drain is block by hair without doing proper house keeping before next customer is check in. The room is dusty especially curtain and wardrobe. Tap head and shower head are very worn out and hard to control water temperature. Toilet paper is too thin and low quality. Hanger provided are broken. The charge for overnight parking is consider high as l am expecting is FOC for guest.

The room was very spacious. Fully equipped with washing machine and dryer, kitchen with cooking utensils. Very beautiful

Got few hidden fees. For example need to pay 20MYR for overnight parking. Even need to pay for view at level 48. 10MYR not reasonable for so so view with facilities there not well maintained. They didn’t even mention that you need to pay to go to level 48. The room cleanliness was okay. Trying to hide the worn out dirty couch by putting linen on top. The room was not super clean but acceptable

shower tap not comfortable. heater wasn’t work properly. water didn’t drain on shower area. no parking provided even we booked earlier and put request. so I felt no point to write request upon booking.

Worst place we have ever stayed. So much of hidden charges. And worst part is the room sink was clogged and the water flows out and it is damn smelly yet the staff refused to replaced us with other room. Paid RM20 for parking but don’t have enough parking if you come back late night. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Take the high floors! The view is gorgeous. Staff is super nice, welcoming and professional. Pool on the top 48th! floor is also cool. Room was clean and very comfortable. WiFi stable. Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby - brilliant, THANK YOU for this:)

Location is not cool. The taxi in KL is super cheap, and you can get to the city center in literally 10 mins for 3 USD. But if you want to take a walk around the hotel, find some stores, restaurants in walking distance - forget about it. I had a room in a box of 2. Doors are not soundproof. If you'll get lucky to have passionate neighbours, you'll have a full effect of presence in their personal life.

- The views from the higher floor. - The availability of a washing machine in the room. Makes it convinient to wash clothes. - Plenty closet space. - Nice looking room overall.

- A minor design flaw in the bathroom shower area. The metal shelf is right on top the shower switch so its hard to turn the water on all the way up. - The cupboard door that opens to the microwave and minifridge cannot be closed properly.

Big room, a window with KLCC iconic landmarks view, fridge/washing machine/iorn all are included in the room. Check-out was smoorh even when staff was not around.

Relively high deposite (RM 300) even if you have payed in advance, but staff was so cooporative and my problem of not having such amount in cash was solved promotly. Food and shopping stores are not at walking distance, which need you to take a Grab/Taxi and do all your shopping once a day. But Grab food solved the peoblem! 😃

I really liked this hotel, especially the room in which I lived, was located on the 44th floor, it was heaven for me, every time I woke up in excellent condition and mood. I advise everyone to visit this hotel, there is a swimming pool, a bar, a restaurant, all amenities for living, I am also personally pleased that there is a washing machine in the room, a kitchen, everything for a comfortable stay. Separately, I want to thank Mr. Jackson Stephen Thank you very much. You are a wonderful employee. You took care of me. This is the best employee who is online 24/7, always consults and helps, he is a very kind person. Sincerely, Anatoly from Kazakhstan.

1. Water host is leaking in toilet, very poor condition 2. First enter into room, the floor is wet. Call housekeeping, they came after 2 hours. and it end up dry it self. No point for calling housekeeping but you guys didn't make immediate check. 3. Before I check in, I call the hotel for confirmation about parking, they said parking available for guest and its free. But during my check in, I'm be informed that I need to pay for parking. Why not you guys just include the parking fee including in room fee. Then After I park my car at your basement area, I receive call from your staff that I need to move my car because they said I park at wrong area. but they didn't tell me at first place which exact location that I only can park my car. and that time I already at my room which is at the top floor and I need to come down to just move my car from 1 spot to another one.
