Excellent room, great staff, excellent pool. Fantastic food especially meals cooked by Saras. Very close to everything .

Everything was nice. Pool was clean, staff are very sweet and the food at the hotel is delicious.

There was a problem with shower. Difficult to get warm water. Otherwise its either cold or boiling hot. But it did not bother us :)

Het verblijf is mooi, ruim en een fijn zwembad.

Helaas heb ik te maken gehad met een serieus probleem met bedwantsen. Tijdens mijn verblijf heb ik mijn bed zelfs speciaal laten controleren, omdat ik me zorgen maakte over mogelijke bedwantsen. Degene die het bed controleerde gaf toen aan dat er niets aan de hand was en dat er geen bedwantsen waren gevonden. Achteraf bleek echter dat er wél bedwantsen aanwezig waren. Ik heb hierover contact opgenomen met het hotel. In eerste instantie reageerden ze goed en was er communicatie. Toen ik vervolgens aangaf dat dit voor mij extra kosten met zich meebracht, onder andere omdat ik mijn kleding en spullen speciaal moest laten wassen/behandelen om te voorkomen dat ik de bedwantsen zou meenemen, kreeg ik ineens geen reactie meer. Dat vond ik erg teleurstellend, omdat deze extra kosten en het ongemak zijn ontstaan door een probleem in de accommodatie en niet door mij. Daarnaast werd mij gevraagd om geen slechte review te schrijven. Ik had het liever anders gezien en gehoopt dat er serieus met mij werd meegedacht over de situatie en de extra kosten. Het is jammer, want los van dit probleem vond ik het verblijf oprecht mooi en prettig. Helaas heeft vooral de manier waarop deze situatie achteraf is afgehandeld mijn totale ervaring behoorlijk beïnvloed.

We had a comfortable bed and TV with Netflix and the pool area is nice .

The food wasn’t great we had lunch when we arrived and breakfast (included) the next day which were both yuk. The shower was either scalding or freezing. Take your life into your own hands here folks . Location good, 20 min walk to beach and great for running. On a positive we got used to it all and ran with it.

Personnel adorable! La petite bouilloire avec café le matin qui fait plaisir et des chambres nettoyer tous les jours. Un emplacement au top pas loins du legian food court (avec un super resto mexicain qui fait du poulet excellent).

Every single one of the stuff were overwhelmingly friendly helpful and attentive. They had simple things such as their towels not being brand new but everything was clean soft and fresh. Saras in the kitchen done so much to look after us personally and done it with so much love.

Had to let them know when I was not in my room so they could come and clean it as they would avoid cleaning if you were in the room but that really wasn't a bad thing. Exceptional value for money

Es war sehr schön sowohl die Anlage als auch das große Zimmer und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Dusche war schon sehr herabgekommen und die Wassertemperatur hat immer mal wieder geschwankt

Beautiful large rooms Swimming pool was good Thought it was A wee bit out of the way till we realised it was only a 7 min walk to the Main Street. Maybe 20 min walk to beach or $2.80nz grab.

Le séjour a été mitigé. Malheureusement, la piscine ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour, ce qui a été décevant. De plus, un bruit de machine se faisait entendre chaque soir et rendait le sommeil difficile.

It’s old and not very clean. I wore my flip flops in the shower. The towels were gross with black spots on them. There was a weird noise, like a pump, that kept me awake.

Het wifi was slecht tot zeer slecht als er meerdere mensen gebruik maakte van wifi.

We really enjoyed our stay at You Suite, we will actually be finishing our trip there too. Lovely staff, great restaurant on site and pool. Decent location. The room was big, comfortable and clean.

The only thing we had issue with was the shower, it was tricky to get to a comfortable heat, it was either screaming hot or cold but with a bit of fiddling you could get it to a good temperature.

The staff were wonderful — always helpful and ready to assist with anything.

The bathroom plumbing needs attention — the shower water is either freezing or boiling, there’s no in-between, and the water pressure is very low. Also, there’s a terrible sewage smell coming from the sink.

Remontées de mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain. Jet pour se laver très faible voir inexistant. La "piscine" est verte, très salle et pas entretenue alors que sur le site la photo est très vendeur. Or, rien a voir avec la réalité. Aucune excuse de la part des hôtes. La situation géographique n'est pas dingue en terme de sécurité

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und es gibt auch einiges an Ausstattung wie z.B. einen Kühlschrank oder Föhn. Der Pool kann kostenlos von jedem benutzt werden und es wir auch täglich aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht. Das Restaurant vor Ort ist auch ganz gut und man ist relativ schnell überall mit dem Taxi

Leider war die Dusche nicht so gut. Entweder extrem heiß oder kalt. Auch bei der abgegeben Wäsche gab es Probleme das manche Sachen vergessen wurden. Auch ist das Restaurant etwas teurer aber noch okey.

Fantastic room, big and clean, well equipped, modern. Comfy bed. Insane value for the price. Aircon was very good. Location quieter and about ten mins walk to lots restaurants. Pool was nice. They made up room everyday.

Being so close to the river quite a few mossies, they did supply a plug in mosquito repellent for room but we got bitten a bit overnight. Pool a little green when we first arrived but got better. Would have liked a hand towel in bathroom but that is minor.

The room was lovely and clean. Very comfortable and and the grounds were lovely. A cheap little restaurant on site. It’s a little bit away from the main area which could be good or bad depending on your point of view.

The pool was not very clean and looked like there was a problem with the filter. You could probably swim in it but…..

We stayed for 10 nights and found the bed and room comfortable and convenient. Staff were lovely and everthing was easy. Most importantly, it was quiet - a refuge from the noise and chaos of the streets. Bar food was actually quite nice and affordable. Hints to others: There's no cooking or food reheating facilities at all (microwave etc). There's also no hand towels or face cloths - you might want to supply your own. We found the odour in the bathroom could be mitigated by placing a makeshift cover over the shower drain and a hanging a scented room odouriser.

I can't stress enough how friendly and helpful the employees were. There is a laundry service available (1 euro per kg), you can also store your luggage. The bed was alright.

The place is cheap and not well taken care of. You can hear a lot of noise from everywhere, and the windows don't isolate from outside noise. There's also a lot of light coming in the room in the morning. Front door also leaking light. The shower is either too warm or too cold and has bad pressure, there was no hand soap, only shower gel. There was rust on everything. The location is bad, 15 minutes away from the seaside, which would not be a problem if there were any pavements to walk on.

Perfect location, the staff are very nice and helpful, probably one of the nicer rooms iv stayed in for this price.

The shower was leaking and there was a leach living under it.. he’d come out to say hello when water when we showered. My girlfriend was terrified haha.
