Très bien situé, proche de tout, et malgré cela, il faisait très calme dans la rue de l'établissement.

Petit déjeuner moyen : les fameuses "crepes" marocaines étaient servies froides. Pourtant, l'heure du déjeuner était bien connue des personnes responsables en cuisine.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo riad e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è ottima, perfetta per visitare la città. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto curata nei dettagli. Siamo stati accolti con un ottimo tè marocchino che ci ha fatto sentire subito i benvenuti. Anche la colazione è stata abbondante e sostanziosa, con prodotti molto buoni. Molto piacevole anche la terrazza, arredata con divani e sedie, perfetta per rilassarsi, prendere il sole e godersi un momento di tranquillità dopo le visite in città. Un soggiorno autentico, accogliente e ricco di ospitalità marocchina. Una nota di merito speciale va al proprietario, sempre estremamente educato, attento e disponibile: con la sua gentilezza riesce davvero a far sentire ogni ospite come a casa.

The location is perfect as only a few mins for the suk and main square. The place is really homely and the central court (which has been covered to provide some shade) provides a good location for breakfast. The breakfast is good, but probably does not provide a huge variety (no fresh fruit/yogourt/cheese) but a good selection of bread, jam, juice, tea/coffee. the owner is really attentive and has provided great tips on what to visit and where to eat. The riad is clean and provides you with a homely and welcoming environment. We arranged an airport transfer via the owner, which was really convenient. We had two rooms, one at the ground floor and the one on the roof. Please note the terrace is not of exclusive use of the twin room, but for everyone, which could be seen as a disadvantage to some. we were ok with it and still enjoyed the lovely view over the city.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile in questo riad a Marrakech. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità, facendoci sentire subito a casa. La struttura è semplicemente meravigliosa: curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e ricca di fascino tipicamente marocchino. Le camere sono accoglienti, silenziose e arredate con gusto. Un ringraziamento speciale va al proprietario Abdou, sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutarci, addirittura ad aspettarci la sera quando ci ritiravamo. La posizione è ideale per esplorare Marrakech, ma allo stesso tempo il riad rimane un’oasi di tranquillità.Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica e rilassante. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

It is a very nice Riad. The host was very helpfull and the breakfest was fine. Location is perfect, only three minutes to the main square.

Very nice and clean Riad in a very good and safe location inside the Medina of Marrakech. The atmosphere in the Riad felt like home and the owner Abdou is a bery gentle and hospitable person. Highly recomended!

Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli e ha organizzato per noi il transfer da e per l'aeroporto. Riad molto carino in una via tranquilla a due passi da piazza Jamaâ El-Fna. Colazione buona. La camera sulla terrazza è carina, ma se altri ospiti sono in terrazza non si ha molta privacy. La camera non viene rifatta, né vengono cambiati gli asciugamani (noi siamo rimaste 3 notti)

I find this Riyad to be very well situated, very well maintained, quiet, warm, safe and welcoming. And it’s also absolutely gorgeous. There might be more luxurious Riyads, but this one has personality, charm and something authentic that can’t be described. It’s a personal place, easy to feel at home in. Sincerely.

Trato excepcional, Abdu muy pendiente siempre de que todo estuviera bien y que estuviéramos agusto en el Riad y la ciudad, interesado igualmente en nuestra llegada y nuestra salida para los desplazamientos aunque no los tuviéramos contratados con el..muy muy buen anfitrión. Las señoras de la cocina y limpieza también excepcionales.

Nada negativo, si tuviera que decir algo quizás como aportación sería que incluyera alguna fruta en el desayuno, que está genial pero para completarlo. Es una idea, no crítica porque tos estaba que no se puede decir nada negativo.

Le riad est très bien situé vraiment proche du centre d ela medina. Le propriétaire est très présent et très gentil avec beaucoup d'attention. La terrasse est un bel endroit pour profiter du soleil et du coucher de soleil. Le petit déjeuner est bon et la cuisinière très gentille. L'eau de la douche est bien chaude et avec une bonne pression (pour se laver les cheveux c'est top). La nuit c'est très calme et silencieux et les matelas sont bons.

The location was outstanding. It was easy to access the Jemaa el-Fnaa square while remaining outside the noisy areas.

El trato con el dueño, la disponibilidad. Pendiente en todo momento, facilito taxis, nos acompañó, un señor estupendo y encantador. Nos dieron una cena maravillosa el día que llegamos.Tiene una terraza estupenda.

Il Riad è splendido e situato in una posizione comoda e centrale. Il proprietario Abdou è stato ospitale, gentilissimo e sempre molto disponibile. Ci ha organizzato il trasferimento dall’aeroporto in maniera impeccabile. La signora che ci preparava la colazione era sempre carinissima, la colazione ottima. La terrazza incantevole con una vista super.

Der nette Gastgeber, der mit seiner Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft einen tollen Eindruck hinterlassen hat! Die Terrasse auf dem Dach des Riads ist bei gutem Wetter auch ein Traum und sehr schön gestaltet. Insgesamt herrschte eine sehr ruhige, angenehmene Atmosphäre im Riad, obwohl es mitten im wuseligen Zentrum Marrakechs liegt. Das Riad an sich hat uns auch mit seinen Farben im Innenhof sehr gefallen.

Das Riad war recht kalt und dunkel und in unserem Zimmer gab es leider einen leichten Abflussgeruch.

il proprietario Abdou è stato con noi molto ospitale e disponibile. la colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, era servita agli orari richiesti direttamente la sera prima. Il posto era molto bello, in perfetto stile marocchino. le stanze erano molto belle e molto comode

il phon nella stanza non era funzionante, ma per il resto abbiamo trovato tutto perfetto

Great location in the heart of the old medina, walking distance to main attractions. We loved the interior of the riad, both the common area design and the room itself. It was stylish and cosy. The hospitality of the host was exceptional and he accommodated us perfectly. Rooms are quiet and clean. Traditional breakfast was really tasty.

Ordinata, pulita e in un ottima posizione, vicino al centro e comoda per visitare tutte le attrazioni di Marrakech. L’accoglienza è stata ottima, personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

La ubicación mejor situada en la Medina imposible. Estaba cerca de todo pero aun así dentro del Riad había mucha calma y podías descansar perfectamente. La habitación muy cómoda, dormí como una niña en esas camas, además de que se estaba todo muy limpio Y por último y más importante, la estancia fue una bonita experiencia gracias a Abdou, nuestro anfitrión, una persona amable, educada y muy atenta. Se preocupó en que tuviésemos una bonita experiencia en Marrakech y en su Riad, nos aconsejó lugares y nos ayudó con las excursiones y la recogida del aeropuerto. Gracias Abdou por convertir nuestro viaje en una experiencia de 10, nunca te olvidaremos!

De locatie van de riad was echt super, heel dichtbij het leuke centrum. Je hoeft maar door één steegje te lopen, en we voelden ons totaal niet onveilig. Bovendien is de eigenaar echt super attent! Als je iets vraagt, regelt hij het gelijk voor je en hij denkt met je mee. Wij moesten vroeg in ochtend vertrekken en hij heeft ervoor gezorgd dat we als nog konden genieten van het heerlijke ontbijt!

Wij verbleven op de beneden verdieping en daardoor kan je soms wat last hebben van geluid.

Beds could be softer

The host was very friendly and gave me a lot of helpful information. The terrace is very nice and the location is great to visit other attractions.

At the corner to arrive at the riad there were always drug dealers at evening/night, so I didn't feel very safe. The bathroom could be improved, since the towels were pretty worn and the shampoo container was empty. Breakfast was pretty bland.

Bardzo polecamy. Piękne miejsce, świetna lokalizacja i bardzo przyjazny i pomocny właściciel. Śniadania smaczne, pokój czysty, ładna łazienka. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, można odpocząć od hałasu medyny - riad jest w samym centrum, ale w bocznej uliczce. Nie mogliśmy lepiej trafić, wszystko mam się podobało :)

A truly beautiful and authentic space and an oasis of peace. Home away from home. Communication was easy, we felt very welcome. Really enjoyed the mountain view from the terrace. Short walk away from Jemaa el Fna, yet quiet.

The owner was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. We would absolutely book again with him. Terrace and open area would be incredible in the summer.

Everything about Road Deux Palmier was perfect! Abdul and team were wonderful, the communication getting to the riad was fantastic. My room and the whole riad was beautiful and Abdul put special effort into making the place very atmospheric, with candles and incense in the evenings. He also checked if the incense was ok and was happy to extinguish if not. The location was amazing, left, right, left and you were in the souks with a very short walk to the main square. I was travelling as a solo female, and felt very safe both in the riad and getting around Marrakech. 100% recommend staying here and many, many thanks to Abdul for a fantastic stay! I stayed for tea after I checked out, and the whole bed was stripped and towels taken for cleaning so cleanliness is no worry! The shower and bathroom and whole place was spotless.

El servicio de Abdou es magnífico. Es un buen anfitrión y te recibe de la mejor manera. Ha sido muy atento en todo momento. En sólo un minuto llegas a una de las calles principales y tienes la plaza Jemaa el-Fna a 5 minutos andando. El segundo día de mi estancia tenía mi visita a Jardín Majorelle a las 8:30h. Me prepararon el desayuno antes de la hora usual. Muchas gracias.

El Riad está en una zona privilegiada de la Medina. Estás en pleno centro. Sin embargo, una vez dentro es un remanso de paz y tranquilidad donde no se escucha un ruido. Me gustaría destacar el trato del propietario, que nos ha acogido como a su familia, y nos ha ayudado en todo momento en lo que hemos necesitado. ¡Gracias! Es desayuno está muy bien. En definitiva, ha sido una experiencia positiva para la familia.

Veldig behjelpelig og hyggelig hotelleier som ordnet transport til og fra flyplassen. Bra beliggenhet. Fikk også en enkel frokost inkludert, selv om dette ikke stod oppgitt da vi booket.

Det var ganske lytt, men dette var vi klar over før vi dro. Folk var flinke til å ta hensyn så det var ikke et problem.

Riad byl krásný, čistý, hned v medině. Hostitel byl na ubytování to nejlepší, vždy k dispozici ( v ubytování nebo na whatsappu). Vyšel nám vstříc s našimi požadavky. Po příjezdu večer se s námi podělil o vlastní jídlo.❤️

Location is convenient, 5-7 mins walk to the square. Lots of eateries. Owner of the Riad is very nice, wake up early to make breakfast for us on the last day.

Water pressure in the bathroom is weak. Suggest to provide a fan for more ventilation. There is no window facing outwards. There is no hot water kettle, everytime have to get it from the owner.

Nous recommandons vivement ce riad car nous sommes très bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui a été très à l'écoute et disponible pour nous donner toutes les informations et conseils que nous voulions. Le petit-déjeuner et bien compris dans le tarif et est très bon. L'emplacement est idéal, on peut tout faire à pied, souks, place Jemaa el fna, place Mellah, les divers sites à visiter et notamment pour aller aux points de rendez-vous pour les excursions. La rue est calme et le riad est paisible sans bruit. Bonne literie, chambre propre, wifi ok. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Séjour mi-novembre et temps magnifique. Nous sommes rentrés tard les soirs et nous n'avons rencontré aucun souci. Je vous conseille de passer par le riad pour obtenir une navette pour l'aller et le retour vers l'aéroport ainsi le chauffeur vous accompagnera à la porte du riad qui est accessible uniquement à pied. Juste à coté du riad se trouve un spa où nous avons passé un agréable moment avec hammam, gommage et massage en couple. Le point fort de cet établissement est son emplacement et son propriétaire qui est vraiment attentionné. Encore merci à lui pour son accueil !

Siamo stati in questo Riad per due notti. Il riad si trova nella medina, in una via tranquilla dove non si sente nessun rumore e si riposa benissimo. Il proprietario del Riad è una persona splendida che si prende cura dei suoi ospiti e li supporta in ogni richiesta. Il Riad è in vero stile marocchino, davvero bello, le stanze sono pulite e gli spazi ben organizzati. La colazione tipica marocchina è compresa nel prezzo della stanza. Il proprietario ci ha anche organizzato il transfer da e per l'aeroporto in maniera impeccabile. Quanto tornerò a Marrakech soggiornerò sicuramente di nuovo qui, consigliatissimo.

First Abdou the owner was very welcoming & it was very easy to communicate with him before we got there. The location is very good, only a few min away from Place Jemaa El Fna yet very calm. The breakfast was delicious & the rooms very comfortable. We really felt at home.
