Although beautiful the villa we stayed in wasn’t really week kept - The electricity was coming and going during our stay - it wasn’t too often but happened at least 3/4 times over 4 nights. There were leaks by the showers m. Staff was mostly cordial and kind although the ones we met the 1st day upon arrival didn’t prove very welcoming Wished there was a transfer service provided by the hotel that could be used to move around the area

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026O hotel é muito lindo! Localizado perto da entrada do parque Tayrona (mas não era dentro do parque, como eu tinha pensado). Estacionamento incluído. Quarto espaçoso, camas confortáveis, chuveiro bom! Funcionários educados e prestativos, restaurante ótimo.
A iluminação do banheiro não era muito boa, muito escuro na parte do chuveiro. Faltou também um suporte para colocar meus shampoos e cremes no box do banheiro.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026L’hôtel est très joli. Les bungalows sont confortables et bien décorés. Très belle végétation. Personnel très agréable et accommodant. Le restaurant est délicieux. La piscine est très belle également.
Étant donné que l’eau courante n’est pas potable il pourrait y avoir une petite d’eau par personne à disposition.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026La amabilidad del personal en general fue muy asertiva, las respuestas del equipo de mantenimiento ante cualquier necesidad muy diligentes.
La primera noche pedimos comida para la habitación y bueno, aunque nos ayudaron por lo que ya el restaurante estaba cerrado, la comida no fue agradable comparada con el valor que se pagó por ella.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026An der Unterkunft war alles super. Die Lage ist für den Eingang El Zaino am Nationalpark Tayrona super! Man kann mit dem lokalen Bus problemlos in 10 Minuten zum Nationalpark für ein paar Pesos fahren. Der Pool ist sehr sauber!
Die Bettdecke war etwas „schmutzig“ (vermutlich geht der Schmutz beim Waschen nicht raus).

Aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit riecht es in den Zimmern streng, außerdem konnte man nachts entweder frieren oder schwitzen - die Klima war gut aber das hat eher mit der Region zu tun als mit dem Hotel selbst

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The place is beautifully designed and has a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It really gives you a sense of calm. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and everything looks exactly like the pictures. The pool was also great and made the stay very enjoyable.
The beach is almost impossible to swim in because of the very high waves. However, I was able to enjoy the pool instead, which was a great alternative.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Habitaciones excelentes y personal majisimo. Ademas la ubicacion es increible, la playa esta muy chula y puedes hacer un paseo a lo largo de la costa muy bonito (aunque tiene muchas olas y solo te puedes bañar hasta la cintura). Comida muy variada.
Al alojarte en el hotel solo dispones de la comida de ahi la cual es bastante cara. Los desayunos son una especie de "buffet" correcto.

Le restaurant est vraiment excellent , il y a du choix et les prix sont légèrement élevés mais normal pour un hôtel . Le personnel surtout du restaurant est vraiment top et agréable . Villa pratique avec cuisine et de l’espace ( mais faites vos courses avant votre arrivée ) massage top ! Le bus public à prendre pour allez au parc tayrona .
Alors il y a un accord avec une compagnie de taxi et l’hôtel ( très cher ) ! Mais il y a pas d‘Uber dans la région . Ce qui est le plus embêtant ce sont les matelas ( creusé et très mou ! ) donc pas très bien dormi et pas de rideau occultant . Et le petit déjeuner pas terrible du tout

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Site exceptionnel au bord d’une plage sauvage magnifique. La mer est très agitée, le drapeau souvent rouge mais on s’amuse beaucoup, en restant près du bord. Il y a un maître nageur assez souple qui regarde. Grande piscine à débordement avec vue imprenable. Très bon restaurant à prix raisonnable. Installations et transats à disposition au bord de la plage. Nous avions une villa de 5 personnes sans piscine et très bien équipée + une chambre de 2. La villa est top, idem pour la chambre. Personnel très gentil et aux petits soins.
2 bémols : nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude, malgré le signalement et nous entendions bien la route. Inconvénients mineurs, la chaleur faisait presque apprécier l’eau tiède. Les autres villas plus proches de l’eau sont moins exposées au bruit de la route.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Sehr schöne Hotelanlage. Das Personal ist super, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Hotelrestaurant. Den Tayrona Nationalpark kann man mit dem öffentlichen Bus, der alle 15min fährt, bequem innert 10 Minuten erreichen. Wir können auch den Ausflug nach Tayronaka empfehlen.
Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass der Preis, nachdem wir die Unterkunft angeschrieben und deren Antwort über Nacht abgewartet haben, um rund 200'000 COP erhöht wurde.

The entire setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature, with the pool, relaxation areas and restaurant all facing the sea. Excellent service and a truly peaceful stay. I especially appreciated the no-speaker policy for guests, which really helps preserve the peace and tranquility of the place.
Just a few very minor details that could be easily fixed, such as a loose bathroom door handle and some small traces of plaster/putty on the bathroom tiles. Nothing that affected our stay.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026El personal es un 10. Todos. Gente encantadora, currante y dispuesta siempre a agradar. Tuvieron el detalle de hacer un descuento y regalar un masaje por algunas cosas que no funcionaron. La comida, aunque el desayuno es flojo, está bien. La piscina mirando al mar tiene encanto. Los masajes son buenos.
El principal problema es que es una playa a mar abierto donde no te puedes bañar por las fuertes corrientes y olas. No te dicen eso en ninguna parte antes de reservar. Ocurre en todo caso en toda Tayrona salvo alguna playa dentro del propio parque.. En general, el hotel necesita renovarse mucho. Está bastante viejo, sin encanto, y le hace falta un cambio total de imagen.

Es un engaño está frente a la playa pero no se puede usar. Es como verla por la ventana. Digo qie es un engaño porque debería ser información para tomar la decisión. Debería estar a mitad de precio. Sepan que no se pueden meter al agua y que tampoco tiene 1 metro de playa para poner una silla o caminar. Nos sentimos estafados. Deberían devolver el dinero. Booking también porque es cómplice.
