Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The location was very convenient. The ceilings were high.
The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat. There was almost no natural light in the room and when I stepped in, it was quite dark. The air conditioning was so weak that I woke up sweating.

Reviewed May 12, 2026We picked it for the location (very near the train station), but also loved that it was a historic building. The room had a lot of character, and it was really enjoyable to stay there. We booked with breakfast, and it had a very nice selection of foods, including a wide variety of pastries, yogurt and toppings, breads, and eggs/bacon.
The shower was a little bit small; we are 6' and 5'9" in height.

Reviewed May 9, 2026The location is great. Right by the train station.
The door rubbed on the floor. The outlet by the bed wouldn't stay in, causing out items to not charge. A tile on the floor is loose. The hallway smells like Jell-O. The restroom smelled like sewer gas.

Very noisy. Pricey for the basic room and noisy area. Accidently left my dress in the closet, and when I emailed them later that day after leaving, knowing I would be back in a few days to retrieve it, no real effort to help me out. Accidently paid for a breakfast but knew I couldn't use it (flight was at 0655), and no offer for a refund.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026The location was great, 10 minutes walk from the city center. Friendly staff.
The windows were not soundproofed. All the rooms faced a very busy street, so the noise from the traffic was transmitted into the room. The noise was constant even at night, so it was impossible to sleep even with earplugs. Unfortunately, there is no insulation between the rooms either, and you can hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. The hotel urgently needs to install soundproof windows. Stone floors without carpets, it is essential to bring slippers.
