Pnoe Luxury Suites

Majoituspaikka oli rauhallinen. Oma lämmitetty allas oli ehdottomasti plussa. Majoituspaikkaan sai myös nopeasti ja helposti yhteyden WhatsAppin kautta. Erityisen mukavaa oli, että pääsimme kirjautumaan huoneeseen heti saavuttuamme, vaikka virallinen sisäänkirjautumisaika oli vasta klo 15.

Valitettavasti majoitus ei vastannut hintatasoa eikä odotuksiamme. Hinta oli mielestämme aivan liian korkea suhteessa villan tasoon ja kokonaisuudessaan saamaamme palveluun. Villan sisätiloissa oli paljon muurahaisia. Niitä oli lattioilla ja ne kulkivat myös pitkin seiniä. Tämän hintaluokan majoituksessa tällaista ei mielestäni pitäisi joutua kohtaamaan. Pyysimme siivoojia useampaan otteeseen pitämään ovet suljettuina siivouksen aikana, jotta ötököitä ei pääsisi enää enempää sisälle. Toivettamme noudatettiin silloin, kun olimme itse paikalla muistuttamassa asiasta, mutta seuraavina päivinä ovet jätettiin jälleen auki, jos emme olleet paikalla. Oli turhauttavaa joutua huomauttamaan samasta asiasta päivittäin, vaikka olimme esittäneet toiveemme selkeästi useamman kerran. Myöskään aamiainen ei mielestämme vastannut majoituksen hintatasoa. Olin järjestänyt puolisolleni syntymäpäiväyllätyksen, johon kuului muun muassa erikseen tilattu kelluva aamiainen. Käytännössä aamiainen ei kuitenkaan poikennut normaalista aamiaisesta muuten kuin siinä, että se tarjoiltiin mustalla sydämenmuotoisella tarjottimella, jonka sai kellumaan altaassa. Meille jäi epäselväksi, mistä tämän palvelun lisähinta käytännössä muodostui. Ikävä kyllä syntymäpäiväaamiainen päättyi siihen, että ruoasta löytyi kaksi ötökkää. Ilmoitin tästä majoituspaikan henkilökunnalle. Ensimmäiseksi minulta kysyttiin, oliko vastaavaa tapahtunut muina päivinä. Tämän jälkeen asiaa pahoiteltiin ja minulle kerrottiin, ettei vastaavaa ollut heidän mukaansa koskaan aikaisemmin tapahtunut. Siihen reagointi kuitenkin jäi. Meiltä ei kysytty, haluaisimmeko korvaavan aamiaisen, eikä meille tarjottu hyvitystä tai hinnanalennusta kyseisestä palvelusta. Tämä oli erityisen harmillista, koska kyseessä oli nimenomaan puolisoni syntymäpäivää varten järjestetty ja erikseen maksettu yllätys. Syntymäpäiväkoristelu ja sen hinnoittelu Olin tilannut viimeiselle illallemme myös huoneen koristelun yllätyksenä puolisolleni.

Very clean, modern, feels luxurious, delicious breakfast. Excellent location, gives you privacy, still very close to all main attractions, free parking.

Nothing really other than a taxi is required to the town but at the same time, it’s super peaceful!

The place is amazing the view the facilities the heated pool and the staff are really helpful.

We noticed a lot of ants both inside and outside the suite. We also saw a gecko inside the room in the morning, near the suite entrance. This was quite disturbing for us, especially because we are staying with our baby girl.

I have to start by saying that the suites are a 10 out of 10! Excellent maintenance, stunningly beautiful rooms, and a quiet, perfect location—exactly what I was looking for. The food is excellent and delivered right to your room; you get to choose from the menu, which is a real treat. The staff is wonderful and welcoming, and the manager was incredibly helpful with everything I needed—he really went above and beyond, even though he didn't have to! I highly recommend this hotel! I will definitely be coming back!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very kind and attentive. The sheets and towels smelled so fresh and clean, which made us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious, and since we had an early check-out on our last day, they even prepared a breakfast box for us. Highly recommended!

This place is simply amazing — so beautiful it feels like a dream. The interior has that classic white stone Santorini style, elegant and beautifully done. Breakfast was delivered to our room every day, made exactly to order. The staff were wonderful and so helpful, taking care of every request. They arranged private tour guide, rides, and offered fantastic dining recommendations. The private pool and lounge were the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and unwind after a day of sightseeing. An absolutely unforgettable stay.

Absolutely nothing

We throughly enjoyed our week at Pnoe Luxury Suites. From when we arrived nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing. Also some evenings we ordered food from the menu which was lovely. The views are amazing and the pool was a lovely touch, especially as this was heated. Overall a fantastic stay. The staff are so attentive and will do anything to make your stay memorable. Everything was excellent. The suite was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The private pool and the stunning sunset view made our stay unforgettable. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available when needed. Breakfast was delicious and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious.

La vue, l architecture du logement, L’emplacement , 5mn du centre. Effectivement c’était un critère important, pas besoin d aller loger en plein centre, le calme était tout aussi bien. Merci au personnel d’être très réactif sur le souhait de chaque petit déjeuné, il m’a aussi répondu à toute les questions que j’ai pu lui poser 🫶🏼

Literie à revoir peu être, je me suis levée avec quelques douleurs au dos (nous avons l habitude de de dormir sur un matelas assez ferme)

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always very responsive to messages. They took great care of me from the moment I booked until my departure, which made me feel truly welcomed. Personally, I found the location perfect. While transportation is needed to get around, it didn’t bother me at all because the area is peaceful and quiet. It’s a true haven of peace, away from the crowds and hustle, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day of exploring or simply enjoy a calm and restful day away from everything. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolument tout ! À commencer par le cadre bien sûr mais sans ce personnel exceptionnel ça n’aurait pas été aussi magique ! Dimitris et Fanouria nous ont accueilli de manière irréprochable et familière et nous ont promis d’entrée de jeux un service personnalisé et ce que l’on peut dire, c’est que nos attentes ont étés surpasser de loin ! Merci aussi à Omer , qui était réactif et au petit soins au moindre de nos besoins, mieux que ce que nous avons eu comme expérience, c’est impossible !

The shower downstairs is in public view and there's no wall separating the upstairs from the downstairs it's a loft so you don't have privacy from the upstairs to the downstairs

The suite size was excellent- I was traveling with my adult son and we each had our own level. The view was stunning and the east facing situation meant we captured the sunrise. The breakfast delivered each morning at our chosen time was healthy and delicious. The walk to Fira was nice when we were in the mood (20-25mins). WhatsApp is the method of ordering room service or transportation and it was efficient and prompt.

The relaxing and quiet feel, and most of all, the privacy. Amazing view from the terrace. Spacious shower and sink area. Cool, little kitchen with a lot of equipment. Competent, very nice staff and uncomplicated communication via WhatsApp (breakfast orders etc.). Delicious breakfast options and excellent restaurant recommendations!

Un hébergement d’une qualité exceptionnelle. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité: la chambre est magnifique, la vue est à couper le souffle et le service en chambre contribue à rendre le séjour encore plus mémorable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, raffiné et délicieux. Nous avons également testé les repas proposés en room service, qui étaient excellents. Tout au long de notre séjour, nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés, comme sur un petit nuage. Une expérience que nous n’oublierons pas.

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement. La qualité de la suite, l’accueil chaleureux des hôtes ainsi que la réactivité du room service ont largement contribué à rendre cette expérience très agréable. S’il fallait toutefois évoquer quelques axes d’amélioration, nous retiendrions les points suivants : * Une odeur désagréable remontait occasionnellement des siphons des WC et de la salle de bain. Bien que non permanente, lorsqu’elle se manifestait, elle était particulièrement forte et incommodante. * La piscine mériterait, selon nous, un entretien plus approfondi. Au-delà de quelques impuretés observées dans l’eau, nous avons constaté un dépôt verdâtre qui a marqué nos maillots de bain. Mon maillot blanc a pris une teinte verte et celui de ma fille, initialement bleu, présente désormais également des traces verdâtres. * Enfin, l’intimité et la tranquillité peuvent être affectées par la proximité des autres suites. Nous avons eu la chance de ne pas avoir de voisins pendant la majeure partie de notre séjour de quatre nuits. Cependant, lors de notre dernière nuit, des clients installés à proximité ont fait beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à 2h30 du matin (voire plus), avec des éclats de voix, des rires soutenus et surtout le bruit très désagréable des chaises déplacées sur le carrelage. Cette situation a fortement perturbé notre sommeil et a malheureusement terni la fin d’un séjour qui avait été jusque-là presque parfait. Malgré ces quelques réserves, nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et recommandons cet établissement pour la qualité de ses prestations et de son accueil.

L’experience a été incroyable. Les équipes étaient au petit soin du début à la fin. Concernant le logement en lui-même c’est un 10/10 et je ne mets pas un 10 que pour la vue. Si vous doutez sachez qu’il répondra à toutes vos attentes et plus encore !

It’s on the sunrise side of island, not much around, very bad dirt road to get there. Staff waited outside for us to leave to service rooms.

We loved everything about the property! After 2 weeks travelling it was just what we needed to rest & recharge. The apartment was beautiful and so was the view, breakfast every morning in the room was such a delight. The hotel manager was available 24/7 via message and nothing was a problem. They organised transfers from the airport, our luggage was lost by the airline and they even helped us retrieve them. They reallymade our stay in Santorini, we would certainly stay here again it was so special. Thank you!

Nothing we loved everything!

The property was amazing, we had an incredible stay. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The location is a little off the beaten path but as long as you get a car it’s very easy to get into Fira, but is nice to come back to a secluded area. The rooms were beautiful. I could go on and on!

Der Blick von der Terrasse ist sensationell und der Sonnenaufgang ist ein Traum. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und erfüllt jeden Wunsch (sofern es möglich ist). Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Management über WhatsApp funktioniert reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Die Antworten kommen umgehend. Von der Frühstücksbestellung, extra Wünsche im Zimmer bis hin zu Ausflügen bzw. Events wird sich sofort gekümmert. Es war rundum ein tolles Erlebnis hier zu übernachten. Kleiner Tipp: Da es doch ein wenig außerhalb von Fira liegt und wenn man die Insel erkunden möchte lohnt sich ein Mietwagen 😀

The hosts at Pnoe were outstanding! They couldn’t do enough for you and were very accomodating! The sunrise view each morning from room 2 was unbeleivable Yannis the taxi driver was such a nice man with a wicked sense of humour and infectous laugh!

It was kind of out in the sticks with not much around, we didn’t hire a car as we drive all the time in the uk so were a little isolated from shops etc. But regardless it was still amazing and yannis was always on hand to take us whereever we wanted.

The staff were brilliant, right from we arrived they were very accommodating and welcoming. The location was excellent, 5 min drive from Fira and just a 20 min drive from Oia. Overall the property was clean, elegant, luxurious and definitely 5 star. Having your breakfast delivered to your door each morning was definitely a added bonus. And the views from our terrace were exceptional. Overall we had a brilliant stay at Pnoe luxury suites.

We stayed at Pnoe Luxury Suites for three nights in late October, and everything was just perfect! The location is very convenient — only about 20 minutes to Oia and 10 minutes to the airport. One of the best things about this stay was how smoothly everything could be handled through WhatsApp. Whether it was arranging a private driver, requesting extra towels, or cleaning up after our child accidentally spilled juice — the staff responded immediately and with such kindness. We were traveling with our 1.5-year-old daughter, so having plenty of bottled water provided daily was really appreciated, especially for making milk. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. We also booked a private car for a full-day island tour, and it was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend this place for families or couples looking for a relaxing and stress-free stay with amazing views and top-notch hospitality. And don’t miss Roza Restaurant nearby — it was absolutely amazing!

I loved everything about this luxury stay. Breakfast each morning, a nice calm and relaxing stay, a heated pool, and an amazing host that helped plan our stay in Santorini.

I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like besides having to leave after my stay was completed.
