Good location Walking distance Klcc 10 minutes . Apartment is big , I booking studio but Lucky I got inside 2 queen bed.

I liked the location of the residence it's very close to suria klcc, less than 1 km also its too near to monorail station bukit nanas, thanks to Mr. MUNIR, he really helped me check in early and make a leave at 5 a.m., and the unit has 3 grocery stores at ground level and 2 cafes and many street food in front of the residence. Thanks to him he sent me a polite guy to klean the room also all the facilities are working alright and the unit has a great view to kampong baharu.

I found a small mosquitos, but this was because of the river, not a drawback in the unit.

I booked this a month in advance for my elderly parents, and it was a total nightmare. I’ve never dealt with such a dishonest manager. The Room "Disappeared": The night before their arrival, the manager (Mr. Muneer) told me there were no rooms left. I had a confirmed booking! After a huge argument, he told my parents to just "show up and wait." Total Lack of Respect: My parents arrived at 4 PM, but Muneer made them sit in the lobby for over 2 hours. He didn't even show his face until after 6 PM. It’s disgusting to treat elderly people like that. The Extortion: This was the worst part. After they stayed for 2 days, he told them they had to leave unless I paid him an extra 40 RM per day cash. He literally held their stay hostage to get more money outside of Booking.com. Disgusting Room: When they finally got in, the room was a mess. Dirty towels, a bathroom that smelled like a sewer, and a heavy cigarette stench everywhere. Mr. Muneer is a scammer. If you don't want to be forced to pay extra "fees" or be left without a room, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This was a nightmare. I booked a month in advance for my elderly parents, but the manager, Mr. Muneer, tried to cancel the night before. When they arrived at 4 PM, he made them wait in the lobby until 6 PM like they didn’t even have a reservation. Worst of all, he tried to extort more money from us. He claimed they had to leave after two days unless I paid an extra 40 RM per night cash. It was a total "bait and switch" scam. To top it off, the room was disgusting—dirty towels, a stinking bathroom, and reeked of cigarettes. Muneer is dishonest and unprofessional. Do not risk your trip or your money here.

The Flat is very old used furniture and need some renovation ant repair especially in bathroom

I want to extend my stay for more 6 hours but when I ask the agent how much i need to pay extra he said 20 Ringits per hour it's so much like I paid 150 for 1 night stay but 120 for 6 hours r so much this really disappointed me

Host seems very rude, we asked for late checkout since our flights was delayed, its fine, but then we said atleast he can keep our luggae for few hours, and then he again asking 20myr per hour to keep the luggage, this is really bad , this is not how you treat your guests

There was a few plug point that doesn't works and also maybe need to provide big iron board for make it easier to use because the provided iron board too small. Make it a bit hard to use it. But overall, it's was a nice place.

This is a very spacious studio apartment. The kitchenette and washing machine were especially useful.

The complex was in a great location to walk everywhere. It was quiet and well maintained. The apartment itself is basically equipped in the kitchen but when we asked for a flipper to turn eggs, the manager was quick to respond. Luckily most people eat out and don’t cook much at home. Having an in suite washing machine was handy. Overall, we would rent there again.

The photos on the Booking.com listing are a little misleading. You see photos from a variety of apartments and don’t really know which one is yours until you get there. I thought I had booked a suite with a city view from the balcony which is what I saw in the photos. Unfortunately our city view was 100% blocked by the hotel next door so we had to keep the curtains drawn at all times for privacy. It also reduced the amount of light coming in the suite.

A/c remote wasn’t working, hot water wasn’t hot at all. Kettle not working. No shower screen.

Mr. Monir was very nice and willing to help with any questions raised.

The bed and sofa were quite uncomfortable. The shower had too little water pressure. The kitchen utensils were somewhat insufficient.
