The bedsheet used made my body feel itchy — probably because it hadn’t been replaced with a fresh one. There were no toiletries provided, no toothbrush was supplied, and only one bath mat was given, which was not enough.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—[David was very helpfuld during our stay ] The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, transport, quiet, great views, walking distance Mrt train station. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

En el alojamiento había cucarachas, reservé una suite más grande y con cocina para poder cocinar y no funcionaba el fogón después de 5 dias sigo sin tener respuesta, o solución. La nevera pitaba todo el día y olía fatal. Hay dos toallas para una reserva de muchos días.

Cucarachas. Mate como 7 curarachas pequeñas y grandes. Y la de mierda que tenia el apartamento, que ni habian barrido de la persona que estaba antes habia petalos de rosas por la habitacion. Y el sofa madremia mia le habian puesto una manta sucia encima pero debajo estaba muchoo peor. Cogi con cocina porque iba con un bebe, la cocina esta de adorno porque no funciona. Las de las otras habitaciones que me enseñaron tampoco Pedi cambio de habitacion y me diero otras por debajo de lo que habia pagado. Piscina de pago mas de 10 eur por persona y entrada si sales ya no entras y esta lejos de todo.

Bilik agak kecil dan sempit, serta pengudaraan kurang baik. Kipas pula tiada remote. Susun atur bilik air yang bersambung dengan ruang tamu juga kurang privasi. Proses daftar masuk mengambil masa yang agak lama, begitu juga semasa mengambil kunci bilik. Kemudahan seperti WiFi dan TV tidak dapat digunakan. Tempat letak kereta pula dikenakan caj tambahan walaupun sudah membayar untuk penginapan. Dapur juga tidak disediakan. Selain itu, semasa daftar keluar, tetamu diminta membuang sampah sendiri. Secara keseluruhan, saya kurang berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan yang diberikan, termasuk pengurusan yang kurang responsif terhadap mesej.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026This was the best time we had in Malaysia. Mr. Tan is a wonderful person — he informed us about everything and was very helpful. We stayed here for about eight or nine days. The apartment complex is located in a great area, close to the Petronas Towers. The room was very clean, and most importantly, both air conditioners worked perfectly. There was also a free swimming pool, which was so amazing that we didn’t even go to a paid one. At one point, we couldn’t pay for a taxi, and Mr. Tan kindly paid for us and even said there was no need to return the money. Overall, the people here are wonderful. I highly recommend staying here.
