Floor very slippery luckily nothing happened, not quite clean, parking so difficult and need to pay first before hotel activated the designated parking at Level 9. When we asked hotel to take care the parking issue, pay first later reimbursed. Got confused with the hotel name because sharing with residential services apartment and the worst case scenario was the hotline service never pickup phone

Great location with link to Pavilion Mall, room was clean & well equipped, cleaning staff were excellent. We particularly liked the leisure deck on the 10th floor, with a quiet gym & a lovely infinity pool with a spacious deck for just chilling out in the evenings.

The only negative, was a lack of saucepans in kitchen, so we ate out & worked it off in the gym.

The shower rose water temperature was inconsistent, which annoyed us.

The location is perfect - direct link to the Pavillion Mall. The room was clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable

We battled daily to watch Netflix. The WIFI was up and down throughout our whole stay. The staff tried to help but to no avail unfortunately. I specifically requested one King sized bed but upon arrival, we were given a room with twin beds , saying that nothing else was available but we could join the beds if we wanted.

The location was wonderful - easy access to Pavilion Mall and the surrounding area. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very responsive over WhatsApp, and communication/requests were easily dealt with.

Having reception on the 16th floor and needing someone to come collect/escort you from the first floor seemed a tad troublesome. We would also have appreciated if the property had notified us of the painting works at the pool which affected the use of the same and the non-working washing machine in our room (which we specifically booked the room for). The wifi coverage was not exactly great in the gym either.

Proximity to Pavilion Mall through the covered walkway. Trini, the staff, was very helpful and quick to respond.

Housekeeping needs to be improved: 1) Room was not made up although we specifically informed housekeeping staff to clean the room at noon. We came back at about 4 pm but room was not cleaned. Had to wait another hour before housekeeping cleaners came in. 2) The following day, we came back to a room that had bath, hand and face towels missing! Seemed that the housekeeping team missed cleaning the toilet area! The corridor from the lift lobby to our room was also stained and dirty with a thick dark brown liquid. 3) First time trying out the coffee capsule machine ( after staying for 3 days). There were none in the drawer. The tea bags that were consumed earlier during the stay were also not replaced. 4) Although there were two of us staying, we were only given one card key at check-in. Another key was only given when we requested for it. Even then the key could not be used in the elevator to access our floor and room.

Very strategic location , the closest location to Pavillion Mall with one linked bridge which you don’t even have to walk out of the building. Very safe for single traveller. It’s very clean and you have all the amenities you need in the room. The checking in and out process is very fast and easy. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend to my friends and repeat my stay there.

Covered linked bridge to Pavilion Shopping Mall and KLCC make it accessible even on rainy days. Taxi around downtown cost RM8-30 depends on traffic. Lovely infinity pool & rooftop bar @Vertigo

Not having the flexibility to extend the check out time because we reach the hotel almost midnight. We reach beyond the check in time due to traffic and we travelling from Hatyai to KL.

Everything! 2nd time here and they definitely didn’t disappoint from Location, the room itself and the staffs. Will comeback again!

The king size bed was WOW. I would say 2nd most comfortable bed I have slept on (#1 Empire Brunei ). Towels were top quality. Washing machine came in handy. Shower was top form.

Hard to think of what I didn't like. Maybe a USB port next to the bed light switches. But that is very insignificant

Room smells and bath unit smells very bad in deferent way (it seems no ventilation in the bath room). Kitchen oven and washing machine are out of service which are indicated as equipped in the unit details of the booking. No view at all, as it is facing next hotel .

Great staff. Washing machine in the room was out of service , but they offered to wash the clothes. Location is very good , especially when you have business in combination with vacation planned. Hotel is very close to the convention Center so I could walk in 5- 6 min for the convention Easy access to shopping, you could walk straight into the mall through the skybridge

The kitchen was nice , you had a stove but no pots , pens or soap to wash the dishes , but overall a nice kitchen and a great bathroom and daily roomcleaning

The property is behind the Pavilion Mall and connected by a skywalk which makes it convenient. The rooms are nicely furnished and look like the pictures. While I was staying there for 10 nights rates per night were slashed by half. Perhaps due to management shortcomings. Cleaning staff made sure to clean everyday. Gym on 10th floor well equipped and pool was empty most of the time.

Now the disaster. First night I found roaches in my room Next day they pop out again. They moved me in a different room. There is a strong smell coming from bathroom drain system that can be unbearable at times. Kitchenette did not have enough utensils. There is definitely room for improvement especially where management staff is concerned . Extended my stay for 1 night since second night . Found myself moved again in a different room. Packing and unpacking was frustrating . I had to cancel that extension and request a refund. The room was smelling like cigarette and AC was poor. Microwave not working. It went from bad to worse. Never coming back to this one, not worth the trouble.

I wish there is pots and pans in the room, because there is an induction cooker. But without pots and pans, you still cant cook. But everything else is perfect.

Stayed in 2 separate rooms on 2 occasions in one the Bed was too soft for an Asian bed and pillows were quite firm which resulted in not a great sleep. But all good in the other.

the air conditioning was quite poor. It took ages for the room to cool down a little once the AC was turned on but it was never cold to a comfortable temperature.

It’s located near by Pavilion and connected directly. Everyday we can communicate by WatsApp.

In this time we can not watch the news TV

best location, everything is just a walk away. The view by the pool is also great, you can see the city and the Petronas towers
