The homestay was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find nearby food and attractions. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it! 👍

The house is fully furnished with all the necessities, even can even sleep 5-6 pax in the house, just need to bring your own shampoo will do. Very convenient location, walking distance to the Gurney Bay Park that you can see blue tears at night, convenient store downstairs. Staff also replied to my requests promptly, clear instructions given, they are very friendly with good service.

The parking lot is very narrow, quite difficult to make turns if you are driving a big car.

该楼的电梯一共4架，但是每天仅仅开放使用2架 还限定一次人数7人，整栋楼一共有30层 电梯又超级慢 一早上踏出门马上会被这电梯影响心情，等个电梯都可以长达10分钟一上 进电梯人数多过那个外劳还开speaker喊7person only！！！

Good location. Easy access to many places in Penang.

Parking lot is small. But fortunately Host was able to reassign to others parking lot. If big vehicle like Pick-up or MPV if it’s parked. Only small car like Myvi/Axia can park at it’s side.

The room was smelly and I wanted a refund but they ignored me just like that.. before checking in, the agent was keep on asking me to send my details and deposit money but once it was done and I complained about the room and I wanted a refund or change the room .. they asked me to talk to the booking.com website person and ignored my calls and chats for the refund and changing room ..! Totally disappointed and not happy at all....! I hope booking.com takes some serious action about this....!

The location of the apartment complex is actually just beside Gleaneagles Hospital. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The host, Ms. Chow is very responsive and we did not encounter any problem during check in or check out.

There aren't any big convenienve stores or local restaurants nearby, so we have to order food by Foodpanda.

Nginap yang kedua kali di apartemen ini. Saya suka apartemen dengan balkon seperti ini.. Balkon lumayan luas dan aman. Pemandangan kota yg menarik. Ruangan sejuk dengan 2 AC dan 1 kipas angin. Air bersih dan lancar. Check in dan check out dipandu melalui whattsapp, sangat gampang. Semua sesuai dengan deskripsi.

Lift rusak beberapa hari. Akhirnya berfungsi dengan normal.

The location is convenient and check-in process was smooth.

The actual unit is noticeably different from the listing photos. It is older, not well maintained, and has a noticeable musty smell. The overall condition does not match what is advertised.

Location was great, a little outside the cramped center of Georgetown, and still walkable at the beginning of Gurney Drive. There is a large park along the seaside where Andaman island is being built as well as a "boulevard" with many restaurants and shopping malls. The apartment itself was large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with washing machine and a balcony. I also very much liked that all rooms have fans and not only air-conditioning. Being able to cook simple meals and do laundry is great after being 5 months on the road.

The maintenance of the apartment can be a lot better. Cleaning is not done rigorously, there was a rancid smell in the apartment that did not go away (being in the smell I got used to it, but every time after being away for a while and re-entering, the smell hit me again). The owners have selected the cheapest things they could find with regards to furniture and bedding. If they would spend a little more, it would make the apartment so much more pleasant to stay in. For example the blue sofa in the living room is horrible to sit/work on as it basically is a sofa-bed. The balcony could do with a little table and a clothing rack that is stable instead of wobbly when looking at it. And the iron fence in front of the front door squeaks so loud that it can be heard in the entire hallway. A little W40 would solve that immediately and makes for a much better first impression!

The homeowner was very helpful, provided comprehensive advice, and responded to messages quickly.

All the furniture in the guesthouse was old, the air conditioning wasn't cold enough, and it was very dusty. The TV was small, and there was a black screen in the middle. All the kitchen utensils were dirty, making guests hesitant to use them. The showerhead and faucet water in the bathroom were brown—it was disgusting! 🤢 Furthermore, the washing machine was broken, so we couldn't do laundry. In short, my three-day, two-night stay was very uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Toilet need some improvement. Parking is not visible. Entry to apartment is tricky with no clear sign board. Troublesome check in esp those in hurry.

The apartment I'm staying in has somewhat old and worm interior decor. Some of wallpaper is peeling off. The kitchen sink is even taped up with adhesive tape. The cleanliness is okay

Breakfast should be included within the package Besides reception appeared a bit impersonal devoid of human touch! The security at the front desk should be fluent in English and a little more helpful. Always refers to communication with the owner via WhatsApp. They must also provide a prayer mat in the rooms.

The location is nice as it's really at the center fo all attraction. The check-in process is easy. Bonus for the veranda!

The reserved parking spot for your car is the underground part which is not accessed by man people so it's a lil bit scary. You have to throw the ribbish on your own, so it's really troublesome.

Not happy with the cleanliness. Spiders and spider webs here and there on the Ceiling. Air ventilation is broken in the washroom. .....it is like hanging on the ceiling.

The apartment was spacious and had a very nice view of the city and the sea. We received very clear instructions on how to check in and check out, which made the process really easy. There is a coffee shop and a small market right at the building entrance. Overall, it was a good place to stay.
