Inturotel Cala Esmeralda Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

We loved the location near Cala Esmeralda! Access to the Sa Cala Beach Club was incredible and we were happy to enjoy a full day there. We really liked the court yard area and being able to relax there in the evenings. The drinks were good from the bar!

The lunch selection was very limited. The breakfast and dinner food quality was just okay. The gym was very small and looked much bigger in photos.

Good location for early sea swim but too crowded later. Lovely hotel pools and could get loungers! Recommend their buffet dinner as better than restaurants in the town.

No milk for tea in the rooms!

Tolles Adults-Only-Hotel mit fantastischem Frühstück! Wir haben die herrliche Ruhe im Hotel sehr genossen. Unser Zimmer im 4. Stock hatte eine erstklassige Aussicht. Das Frühstück lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen – riesige Auswahl und extrem lecker! Auch das Abendessen im Rahmen der Halbpension war reichhaltig (nur das Dessert-Buffet war gegen 20:30 Uhr leider etwas zu warm). An den beiden Hotelpools gab es trotz guter Auslastung immer freie Liegen. Der Beachclub gegenüber ist optisch ein Highlight. Das lange Schlangenstehen um 9 Uhr für den dortigen Pool haben wir uns gespart und stattdessen entspannt Kaffee mit herrlichem Buchtblick getrunken. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Tipp fürs Abendessen: Das Buffet bei der Halbpension war insgesamt sehr großzügig. Allerdings war die Dessertecke gegen 20:30 Uhr leider nicht mehr ausreichend gekühlt, sodass die Nachspeisen bereits Zimmertemperatur hatten. Unser Fazit: Lieber etwas früher zum Essen gehen, auch wenn das Restaurant offiziell bis 21:30 Uhr geöffnet hat!

The proximity to the beach and the choice of pool areas. The spa area was lovely. The breakfast buffet was good. Most of the staff was friendly, particularly in the restaurant. Yoga on the beach was a nice addition but would have liked more animation in the day time.

The room was far too small and very basic for the high price we paid. There was no bathroom door which wasn’t at all private and the water went everywhere. The entertainment was limited and the hotel was a bit dead in the evenings. The evening buffet was very average and the layout was like queuing for school dinners. For example the queue for hot food was right in the middle so it meant you couldn’t easily access the other food. If you went later to avoid this then the food was unappetising and sometimes lukewarm.

The room was nice we had a additional terrace which we didn’t use.

The service round the pool could have been better they very rarely walked round asking if we wanted to have a drink. A missed opportunity.

The hotel is so clean, food and cocktails and great. Friendly staff and great location and pool facilities. Big shout out to Javier from behind the bar he is a great worker and makes some good mojitos!

Beautiful hotel, looks recently refurbished, great sea room views, good size and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast and very nice to be across the street from the beach. Small but nice spa, and multiple pools. Beautiful pool with view to the sea.

Terrible food and service, especially for being in Spain! The menu and the food quality is sad, the service is slow, and there is no preference for hotel guests and you end up queuing to have lunch in the hotel's restaurant, which is not reasonable as it is the only option in the Cala esmeralda beach and it gets very busy. The staff, even though nice, are not trained to respond to complaints, which could be improved.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The pools are beautiful, and the pool overlooking the Cala was definitely a highlight. We were even able to find great seats in the afternoon, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was also lovely with a good selection. The spa was super beautiful but very hot!

While we enjoyed the beautiful pools and overall setting, we felt the hotel was quite expensive for what it offered. The drinks at the hotel bar were very pricey, and there wasn’t much in terms of entertainment or activities during our stay. Compared to Esmeralda Park, which was significantly more affordable, we didn’t feel that this hotel offered enough additional amenities or experiences to justify the higher price. Overall, it’s a beautiful property, but we felt the value for the price could have been better.

Die Lage war cool KLIMA ANLAGE WAR SEHR GUT. Das Frühstück hat mir sehr gefallen. Es hatte immer genug von allem und eine tägliche Abwechdlung.

Das Zimmer war relativ einfach eingerichtet. Bad WC Bereich sehr klein. Der Wandschrank hat sehr wenig Platz. Statt mehrere Tablar hat es ein Hängevorrichtung aus Stoff a la IKEA.

Kõik väga meeldis- luksushotell mis on puhas ja korralik. Retseptsioonis pakuti cavat ja varajasel äralennul lubati varasemat hommikusööki. Maja ees oli parkla ja hotellist oli hea jalgsi ligipääs Cala Dor-i keakusesse. Basseinide ala jmt oli lausa suurepärane.

Toas puudus esperssomasin ja Cala lähedal olevas basseinis hõivasid paljud külalised oma rätikutega toolid ära kuigi paljud seal ei viibinud.

I didn’t like that they hand you a receipt during dinner after you order each item. It ruined the meal. The beach was dirty and completely packed with people. It’s not private for the hotel. There was no space to put your stuff down and get comfortable

Very quiet and clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Location excellent for beach right across road and short 15mins walk to restaurants. Staff at reception and cleaning friendly.

Spaces at pool filled up quickly if not there early. Staff in bar area were not friendly and extremely slow service even when standing at the bar.

We couldn’t fault this accommodation. The location is amazing with Cala Esmeralda and the Sa Cala Beach Club directly across the road. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both delicious each day. Staff were really nice and we appreciated the complimentary glass of champagne on arrival. Easy street parking too!

First of all, we booked a sea-view room and paid a significant extra amount for it. However, the room we were given was on the second floor and overlooked mostly the parking area, with trees and bushes blocking the view. There was only a very narrow glimpse of the sea. It is misleading to call this a “sea-view” room. We complained at the reception, but we were told that the hotel was fully booked and that we would have to wait for another room to become available during our stay. Since we were only staying for three days, changing rooms was not a practical option. The hotel itself is very old, and you can definitely notice it. There was a stale, old smell throughout the property. The bath towels were heavily worn and even had yellow stains, which was unacceptable. The breakfast offered very little variety. It was disappointing to eat the same food every morning, especially since it wasn’t particularly tasty. There was also a lack of pastries, such as croissants, and very few sweet options. The seaside pool area was very nice. However, it was extremely difficult to find a sunbed. We had to wait in line for around 45 minutes in the morning just to find a spot, which was very inconvenient and took away from the relaxing experience.

Weinig ligbedden aan het zwembad Geen bediening aan het zwembad voor drankjes Airco op de kamer werkte maar koelde niet - hier ook melding van gemaakt aan de receptie maar werd nooit over teruggekoppeld. Geen vanity set op de kamer. Te weinig personeel had ik de indruk, de mensen die er stonden waren totaal niet vriendelijk zelfs chagrijnig met momenten kan echt niet in deze sector.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel, décoré avec beaucoup de soin. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Nous avions une grande terrasse donnant directement sur la piscine. Buffet du petit déjeuner excellent, avec beaucoup de choix. Personnel très professionnel et aux petits soins L’hôtel bénéficie, d’une piscine intérieure, d’un SPA, de 3 piscines, dont une de l’autre côté de la route avec vue sur un magnifique crique dont ont directement accès par la piscine. Le snack de la piscine est délicieux et bénéficie également d’une très belle vue sur la cala esmeralda. C’est l’endroit parfait pour se reposer car très calme

Csodálatos volt az itt töltött időszakunk. Mindenre nagyon odafigyeltek, különösképpen ki szeretném emelni hogy milyen profi munkát végzett Mateo és Antonio: hibátlanul és felkészülten odafigyeltek arra hogy gluténmentes ételt kapjak. Minden egyes érkezéskor megmutatták hogy miből ehetek, ha bárminél felmerült a keresztszennyeződés kockázata ezt külön elkészítették nekem (sült krumpli, kolbász) valamint finomabbnál finomabb süteményeket hoztak az asztalhoz. A reggelinél volt egy gluten free corner ahol több féle pékárú, kelsz és reggeliző pehely is volt. Minden nap friss lédús gyümölcsök vártak minket a svédasztalon, valamint prémium ételek közül tudtunk válogatni. Sok szállodában megfordultam már de ez felülmúlta az összeset. Kiemelném azt is hogy szállás nagyon tiszta volt, a legkisebb szobát választottuk de tökéletes volt ez a méret két fő részére. Számos medence közül tudtunk választani, valamint a tengerpart csodálatosan szép volt.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr gutem Essen und freundlichen Personal- abgesehen von den sogenannten Rettungsschwimmer mit den seitlich kurz rasierten Haaren, am Pool beim Meer. Wenn er direkt angesprochen wurde, hat er zwar seinen Job erledigt, aber ansonsten war er nur am Handy oder hat geschlafen. Ich habe selten jemanden erlebt, der so wenig Lust auf seine Arbeit hatte.

Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools am Meer waren sehr spät, erst um 10 Uhr und endeten schon um 19 Uhr. Wollte man überhaupt eine Chance haben, einen Platz zu bekommen, musste man sich mindestens 30 Minuten vorher anstellen- geht gar nicht bei einem Preis von fast 2800,- pro Woche . Zudem war die Bucht sehr überfüllt und ab mittags besonders im vorderem Bereich total verdreckt. Es schwammen zahlreiche Tüten. Pflaster, Papierstücke - teilweise sehr eklig. Es gab eine Treppe vom Pool zum Meer , in diesem Bereich war das Wasser meist sauber, aber auch neben der Treppe lag über mehrere Tage. Müll. Grundsätzlich waren wir von der Lage enttäuscht, wir waren vorher eine Woche im Hotel am der Cala Gran, was von der Lage Top war! 2 Min im Zentrum, direkter Zugang zum Strand, sauberes Wasser.

Le bruit aucune isolation, pas de rideau opaque ni de volet dans la chambre il est impossible de dormir le matin. Le service est catastrophique dans l’hôtel. La nourriture n’est pas bonne non plus. Les piscines sont chaudes et transat sont pris d’assaut.

Excellent location. Quiet, but close to the shopping area, beach etc. if you rent a car, there are plenty of free parking spots in front or next to the hotel. There are no reserved parking spots. Excellent breakfast and dinner food.

Bathrooms have an “open-space” shower.

Fremragende morgenmad; God kaffe, stort udvalg af frisk frugt, æg, croissanter, brød, drikkevarer, snacks mm. Dejligt værelse med god udsigt. Alle fornødenheder på værelset samt drikkevandsautomater på alle gange/etager. Imødekommende personale - især i spaområdet som var fantastisk. Sa Cala Beach club var vores foretrukne - der var altid plads (solseng & parasol) kl. 10 samt trappe til havet. Hotellet var meget rent og med en rolig atmosfære.

Ikke nok liggestole i de primære poolområder - problematik med spærring af solsenge med håndklæder fra tidlig morgen bliver ikke håndteret. Vandet i alle pools var rent men alt for varmt - afkøling kun i havet.

This hotel smells so good. Beautiful property that pleases all senses! The pool and the bar in front of Cala Esmeralda is convenient and very good.

My room was cleaned with a very, very strong product with a strong smell that makes you feel intoxicated. It has to be cleaned again to remove the product, and the window has to be kept open to help reduce the smell. In such a scented hotel, coming into my room was a completely different experience. Staff were responsive, but there is a lack of attention from those in charge.

Magnifique endroit, super service et accueil, tres bel établissement

Lovely peaceful location. All 3 pool areas are fantastic. The seafront pool has stunning views. Food is not quite as fantastic (evening meal)as it used to be but it's still very good. The breakfast is still excellent.

It's getting pretty expensive but I suppose everywhere is. The Sa Cala beach bar has become very popular with the Instagram crowd and as such has lost a bit of it's charm.

Lovely hotel in good location to walk to main restaurants of Cala D’or. Close to beach and Sa Cala Beach club. Clean large rooms with nice balcony.

Sa Cala beach club is great but everyone queued before it even opened which meant it was always full and struggle to get a bed if you don’t get there early! No bar / pool service - for the price of the resort would have thought there would have been something!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is beautiful and within a short walking distance. The hotel and surrounding grounds have modern, attractive architecture and are very well maintained. Everything was spotlessly clean. The food was delicious with a great variety of dishes and fresh fruit every day. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and nearby beaches.

Fantastisch ontbijt, uitgebreid met alle mogelijk opties en voorkeuren. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vlotte service, nette kamers, perfect voor een uitje als koppel.

Het "Sa Cala" restaurant is ten prooi gevallen aan een nieuwe TikTok / Insta hype rond de Cala d'Or fruitman. Als gevolg is het als hotelgast zonder reservatie erg moeilijk te lunchen in deze bar. Het wordt overrompeld door "influencers" die de nodige foto's komen nemen met uitzicht over de baai.

The hotel was absolutely perfect! It was clean, spacious, and practical. Check in experience was very smooth, we received a free drink on arrival. Hotel were also great at ordering taxis. All staff at the reception were always very friendly and helpful. There is two pool areas as well as the beach club across the road which is for hotel guests also! Breakfast was amazing unlimited options and again staff were very helpful. There was a bar for the pool which was great, some morning staff came around the pool and took orders for drinks which was very good! Music in the bar each night, we never went down but again if you didn’t want to leave the hotel you’d never have too! A shop was a 5 minute walk from the hotel which was ideal. The main square of Cala D’Or was about a 10/15 minute walk. The beach was directly across the road and is amazing! The spa.. is INCREDIBLE. Myself and my partner got treatments and they were amazing! Fresh towels available each morning from the spa. The room was cleaned daily and again the staff were always so helpful!

The only thing I wasn’t sure of about the hotel was the pool bed situation. On the first morning we dropped our stuff at the pool where other people had left towels also. Went for breakfast in the hotel but when we came back our stuff was moved while others weren’t. It was a bit confusing as the life guard said “no reservations”. Which is completely understandable but just confusing that others had left stuff and it wasn’t moved at all.

It was way too quiet, no atmosphere at all, veey little entertainment. The bedrooms were too small and had not got the little extras that you might expect from a 4 star hotel.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at, Everything was perfect. There was a great spread of food. The pool was also nice and relaxing. The best part was the people working there, every one of them were nice. There is a great spa and personal favourite was Marci from the spa that does beauty treatments, she was so good at her job, I would visit the hotel just to get treatments from her. She did an amazing facial and recommended to get my eyebrows done and did an amazing job at it even did it over the allotted time. Wish I could regularly get treatments done by her.

Gym could use some Maintainence

A chic, modern and stylish hotel. Excellent location!!! Staff were super helpful and always available at reception. Room was exceptionally clean and hallways had a beautiful aroma being diffused throughout. Breakfast was fresh and a wide variety to choose from.

The only thing I can comment on is the atmosphere by the pools. It's very quiet which is quite relaxing but I feel some background music would be a great addition.

Odlična lokacija, predivna i prostrana soba, ljubazno osoblje, pristup na 3 bazena, ukusna hrana. Velika kupaonica i tus kabina.

Premala teretana sa nedovoljno utega (do 14 kg) te sa premalo sprava za vjezbanje. Vegetarijska vecera koja nije imala uopće mesa (bezveze se forsira i ne nudi mogucnoat izbora). Klimu u sobi nije bilo moguce ugasiti niti smanjiti osim da se otvore balkonska vrata i zblokira se sustav - klima je bila valjda na 17-18 stupnjeva a vani prelo 35. Dnevni limit placanja na sobu je samo 250 eura sto vas prisiljava na dolazak na recepciju svaki dan ili svaki drugi dan (preeemali limit). Ne isplati se bookirati sobu sa suncanim lezajem jer je u odvojenoj sobi iznad glavne sobe i tokom dana je puno bolje suncati se na bazenu.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. The pools are nice, and the beach in front is the best in the area. You can also walk to the small center of Cala d’Or.

Well, I requested a room with separate beds when making the reservation. At check-in, the receptionist said I had not made that request, and I immediately showed her the exchange of messages with the hotel. She promised it would be done the next morning. It wasn’t. I asked twice more. They always said it would be done and simply didn’t do it. And whenever I tried to follow up, they would act as if there was some misunderstanding. Honestly, I’ve never had this kind of issue in a hotel before, and I never imagined I would in a 4-star one. The staff, although friendly, often act clueless. Are they trained to handle things this way? Well, I ended up spending my entire 5-day stay without separate beds. This affected my stay and my comfort.

The spa is nice and that’s it!!!

I booked for a sea view room (we paid 800 euros for 2 nights, which is high for Mallorca and not even at the peak season) we had a room where you can see the road parking and the sea far on the background. Such a scam for the price. And all the rooms see view are facing the road and the beach in only at the background!!! You should know that! No water in the room, the breakfast is diversed but bad quality items. Really not worth it for the price. I don’t understand the reviews and the good rating. Please if you see this comment, do yourself a favor and book another hotel.

premetto che miei NO vogliono essere costruttivi adults only perfetto ... ma con delle accortezze .. tutto troppo silenzioso ... hanno a disposizione un cortile pazzesco a bordo piscina il mio consiglio : un po' di musica di sottofondo o del piano bar ... sinceramente sarebbe molto apprezzato e non guasterebbe ... la sera dopo le 21.30 noisoso ...e desertico eravamo costretti ad andare nel paesino per ascoltare un po' di musica ... la piscina in spiaggia bella ... pero' c'e la corsa ai lettini .... la spiaggia non e' privata quindi se si vuole andare munirsi di ombrellone e sveglia molto presto perché già dopo le 09 si riempie da morire colazione buona abbastanza fornita su frutta yogurt uova e bevande poca pasticceria pane di tutti i tipi la cena un po' ripetitiva .. la pulizia della camera farei piu attenzione ai dettagli ....

I would prefer they have a fitness studio.

The hotel was beautiful and so relaxing, the staff at check in couldn’t have done more for us, house keeping were excellent and very pleasant too. Loved our afternoon iced latte with ice-cream round the pool.

We found the 2 members of staff at the bar on the afternoon of the 26/05/26 were rude and impatient with us taking our food order, the order ended up being wrong and we were made to feel like it was our fault. That was the only issue during our stay.

La ubicación cerca de la playa y las instalaciones del hotel (gimnasio, chiringuito y desayuno). El servicio de toallas para la playa.

La decoración de las habitaciones poco acogedora, las almohadas podrían mejorar. Pocos estacionamientos.

Місце розташування , персонал це найбільша цінність готелю, бережіть персонал , кращого я не зустрічала , хоть відпочивала у багатьох ВІП готелях, природа неймовірна!!! Тиша та краса , білі полотенця та постіль .гарний та різноманітний вибір фруктів , смачно.

Не то що би не сподобалось але очікували іншого ….Трішки замалий номер. Хотілось би більш море продуктів на вечерю, не сподобався обід на березі в кафе , кальмар не зовсім жарений , жорсткий , картопля сира , очікували більш смачного обіду ….
