Lovely property, apartment was big. Didn’t hear any noise the entire time we were there. Comfy bed. So easy to get to the from the city centre. Didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities so can’t comment on them but good to have just incase.

Could probably do with a bit of tlc as scuffs on walls etc but not causing an issue. Shower was tiny.

I had an exceptional experience staying in this beautiful two-bedroom apartment in Jesmond, Newcastle. The location is perfect, and the apartment is elegant, very well decorated, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, making us feel truly at home. Safety was excellent, with cameras and an electronic entry system using a secure code, which gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. We had direct contact only with Josh, who welcomed us warmly, helped with our luggage, and was extremely courteous, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. He was always willing to help with anything we needed and genuinely made our experience even more pleasant. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a beautiful, safe, and welcoming apartment. We highly recommend it and would be happy to stay again.

I messaged and called the host but did not get a reply to either Twice, our front door opened after we were in the property. The lock didn't seem to hold very well unless you activated the snib. Nowhere to store luggage before or after check in. No shower in the main bathroom.

Kensington House by Warren Collection is a brilliant base for any Newcastle trip. The location is spot‑on — just a 15–20 minute walk to the city centre or a quick 5‑minute Uber ride. It’s close enough to the action for nights out, but far enough away that you can actually relax when you’re done.The apartment itself is exactly what you want: spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. As you can see from the pictures, it’s a large, comfortable space that makes the stay feel effortless. A great choice for anyone wanting convenience, comfort, and easy access to the party.

Parking charge of £10 but if you need to nip away you aren't guaranteed to get it back. Bizarre. Couch and cushions were flat and tired looking with stains on it , given it's marketed as luxury, I certainly wouldn't call it luxury - nice but not luxury. Grey gloss kitchen which I could see handprints all over also. Maybe I'm just fussy.Bedrooms were spotless though as was bathrooms.

Very uncomfortable single bed. Parking wasn’t guaranteed even after paying for a block of nights. Sofa had a stain on which made us not want to sit on it.

All sorts of flashing lights in the bedrooms disrupting sleep and no fans or air conditioning despite being asked if they offered this the property failed to respond to my question in advance of booking. No coffee machine or cafetière and no dishwasher tabs provided. The deluxe room with patio bedroom furniture really Shabby and the patio was dirty and not very attractive at all.

Apartment was spacious, location was good for us and beds were comfortable.

Overall a bit dated. There is a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets are provided which is the height of meanness. We only needed one. Kitchen doesn’t have enough crockery etc Towels were tiny. Fridge was turned off when we arrived.

Location perfect for Norrhumbria university (we were there for my daughter’s graduation). Also just a short walk from all the bars and cafes. Apartment was spacious, clean, and exceeded our expectations. We had two apartments for our family and the large sitting room/kitchen gave us a home where we could all be together for coffees etc rather than hotel rooms where we’d be apart. Would definitely come back!

We were travelling with an elderly relative. There are 8 or nine steps up to the property entrance - a photograph showing these would be useful in helping decide if the property is suitable.

We absolutely loved our stay here and can't recommend it highly enough. The apartment was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It genuinely felt like a home away from home, which was especially important as I was staying here while recovering from surgery. Josh was an outstanding host who went above and beyond. I hadn't realised the apartment was three flights up with no lift, and because I was recovering I couldn't manage my luggage. Josh came to the property himself and carried all of my bags upstairs without hesitation, which I was incredibly grateful for. After we checked out, I also realised I'd forgotten to log out of the TV, and Josh kindly arranged for housekeeping to sort it out for me. The location is excellent, very central, with secure parking for just £10, making it easy to explore the area. Everything about our stay was first class, and it really helped make my recovery more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and will be looking forward to returning. Thank you, Josh, for your kindness and exceptional hospitality.

Nothing at all. The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment we were allocated is on the third floor with no lift, but Josh's kindness and willingness to help completely made up for that. Any mobility issues make sure to notify host in advance. We couldn't fault our stay

It is a very spacious apartment in a really good location (although Osborne road is very noisy).

Quite dated inside. Furnishings all a bit worn and shabby. There was only a tiny, cramped shower cubicle ( my 6 foot husband really struggled!!) in a very small bathroom which was ensuite to the second bedroom which had a small bed (probably suitable for one adult). There was a bigger double in the master bedroom but no ensuite and no shower in the main bathroom. It seemed an odd configuration of the space. Needs a bit of an update.

Water could be hotter in the shower. The floor and shower tray are very quickly slippery and dangerous. Cleaning products and tea towels would be good to allow you to look after the place better.

Apartment radiators on full, so very hot to arrive on a hot day. Luckily, we could cool down outside as the patio was shaded.

Having a kitchen to cook for my autistic daughter whom hates eating out as she panics over food tasting different and myself being celiac I could make myself breakfast and dinner and ment I wasn’t stressed over falling ill

Curtains need fixing, hard to open and close and one set in my daughters room fell down rail and all, hit her on her shoulder, they sent maintence to sort it while we were out so at least she had curtains when we got back! It was 28 degrees outside and 21 at night, apartment would benefit from two fans for the both bedrooms as the heat was unbareable to sleep in!

I think if I had any feedback it would be to consider a coffee/espresso machine rather than the sachets. And with the rooms having dishwashers, include 1 or 2 dishwasher pods.

Large apartment with plenty of space for family of 4. Staff were really friendly and helpful when I asked for a spare duvet. Amenities were great for self catering.

Would have been nice to receive some dishwasher/washing machine tablets inclusive of price, instead we were told to purchase these individually for a pound each - i would think if these facilities are provided, the means to use them should be to (we ended up buying our own). There was also a broken lamp in the room my son stayed in, I kept it switched off and unplugged during our stay. Kitchen tap sprayed everywhere when used so was a bit stupid!

Spacious flat with comfy beds. It was very clean. Easy to find and could drop bags off beforehand. They had shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms which was a small touch but very much appreciated as it's not always found in hotels these days!

A little bit more tea and coffee would be great.

The property is modern and clean with attractive decor. It’s in a good location on a pleasant street with easy access to metro and bus. The staff who contacted me with check-in info were prompt and friendly. It could be a very lovely place to stay but it does need some improvements.

We were visiting during a heat wave so we chose this place over some more affordable options because it was listed as having air conditioning. It does NOT have air conditioning in the actual units, only in the common hallway. I felt that this was deceptive. Further, it was almost impossible to close the curtains, so a lot of light got in and the apartment was uncomfortably warm for much of our stay. A couple of things inside were broken, including a wine glass and one of the bar stools. Finally, the WiFi is terrible. The connection is weak and unreliable. I work remotely and the poor internet interfered with my work. There’s also not really any good place to sit and do work here (no desk or dining table), so for anyone needing to do any telework I suggest looking elsewhere.

Fantastic location, clean apartment

We chose this apartment specifically because the listing clearly states it has air conditioning, we were coming to the area for a family party but had been struggling with the heat wave and actually cancelled the original booking we had for somewhere else and made a last minute booking for this one because of the air conditioning. Added to this it is a top floor flat so with heat rising it was so uncomfortably hot. The double bed is incredibly uncomfortable it feels like youre lying on the metal bars on the bed base so with this and the heat we barely slept for the 2 nights

The shower in the non- en-suite bathroom was very hard to switch off!
