La villa était juste parfaite, très propre, lit confortable, très jolie terrasse et piscine. Location de scooter très abordable et de bonne qualité. De plus il y a une dizaine de restaurants autour du logement à 5min à pied.

Wij kwamen erg laat aan (plm. 23.00 uur) maar werden ondanks dat heel vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen! Een prachtig verzorgde kamer, elke dag helemaal schoongemaakt en bed opgemaakt! Heel goed contact via app met vriendelijke eigenaar. Op aanvraag werd ons wasgoed gewassen! Heerlijk ontbijt! Kleine privé-tuin met eigen zwembad!

Ketut und seine Familie sind sehr nett, herzlich und aufmerksam. Man ist etwas außerhalb, jedoch befinden sich gute Restaurants & Cafés in der Nähe. Ebenfalls kann man viele Ausflüge im Umkreis unternehmen.

Nous avons tout aimé !! La villa est magnifique, propre, calme et le personnel est vraiment au petit soin. Notre hôte, Ketut, était super gentil. Il nous a aidé avec pleins de choses, l'itinéraire, les bons plans massages, les bons resto, etc. Les alentours sont calme et les restaurants sont délicieux. Il y a un gym juste a côté à 1 minute à pied. Vous pouvez louer un scooter directement à l'hébergement. Nous avons tellement aimé l'endroit que nous avons prolongé notre séjour d'une nuit!!

Die netten Menschen und die Unterkunft war sehr schön und auch super sauber und hoch qualitativ. Wir waren hier für einige Nächte und wir fanden es sehr schön Abends die Frösche zu hören und tagsüber durch die umliegenden Reisfelder zu fahren Hier macht man alles richtig wenn man hier bucht vertraut mir :)

Die Villa ist wirklich modern eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Direkt an der Unterkunft stehen Roller zur Verfügung welche man sich ausleihen kann. Gojek und Grab ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Der Gastgeber sorgt wirklich dafür das es ein toller Aufenthalt wird. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig und in der Natur.

Das ist wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau: Das Frühstück hat uns nicht ganz so zugesagt, da hatten wir schon besseres auf Bali.

Ketut and his team were amazing during our stay and we enjoyed staying in his beautiful villa. Everything was always clean and the bed was the most confortable bed I slept in while in Bali! They answered to all our questions and gave good advices to visit around, also we could rent a motorbike from the hotel directly which was very practical. 100% recommend

Very clean, almost cleanest place I found through all over my visit and I have staied at many places.. very friendly staff also so helpful, Amazing people, very private and nice pool, away from noise but you easily can take a scooter with a private driver to main area it is easy from Grab or Gojek dosent cost much even it is very nice as a street tour to go and come on a scooter... Nous avons aimé la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Ketu et de son épouse. Le logement est magnifique, il est très bien entretenu tout comme la piscine privée et le jardin. Nous avons aimé sa situation géographique au milieu des rizières et le calme. Enfin, les petits déjeuners sont copieux et excellents avec des produits frais.

Fijne en mooie locatie, op een rustige plek iets boven het drukkere Tegalalang. Super mooie kamer met een privezwembadje en mooie tuin met veel groen. Heel schoon! Fijn bed, ruime kamer, ruime en fijne douche met bad. Alles was top. Super vriendelijk personeel. Comfortabel bed (gelukkig niet te hard voor ons, maar ook niet te zacht voor degene die dat niet prettig vinden). Prima ontbijt met ruime tijden. Hele fijne service, met alles geholpen waar we om vroegen. Ook waren er scooters beschikbaar toen wij er waren die je per dag kunt huren, super fijn dat dit gewoon bij de accomodatie zelf beschikbaar is. Zeer zeker een aanbeveling!! Wij komen heel graag terug als we er nog eens innde buurt zijn.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Ketut and his family. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Every day, we were delighted by the beautiful flower decorations on our bed, and returning to a spotless room after exploring the island was always a pleasure. The pool was lovely, the property was well maintained, and the hospitality was exceptional. Ketut and his family were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. We were also touched by the thoughtful gifts they gave us, which made our experience even more special. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment and hope to return one day. If we come back, we would happily stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Everything, we cannot fault this stay. The location was stunning there’s lots of lovely restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and a great gym 2 min walk. The service was the best we have ever received Suarta the owner sorted an extra night stay for us, motorbike (which was fantastic and a great price), directed us to laundry shop & assisted with taxi bookings. They also cleaned our room every day while we were out , and even cleaned it for us while we were hiking Mount Batur so when we arrived back at 9am it was already spotless ! Wow. Loved it would definitely come back. 1000/10

Une magnifique villa avec un personnel très agréable et aux petits soins dans un cadre superbe dans les rizères, au calme. La location de scooter sur place a petit prix permet de se déplacer facilement aux alentours, les rizieres de tegallalang ne sont qu'à quelques minutes. Un séjour parfait !

Понравилось всё! Мы отдохнули на 100% на этой прекрасно тихой вилле! Чисто, тихо, уютно. Прекрасное расположение в зеленом месте! Вокруг очень много кафе и реторанов, буквально в 3-5 минутах пешком. Дорога до виллы очень живописная, асфальтированная и хорошего качества. Когда ехали, побаивались что будут докучать комары, но их особо и не было! Хотя на вилле были спрей-средства и фумигатор, они нам не понадобились. Так как вилла на природе, то если вы плохо спите, берите беруши.

Nog steeds een mooie villa met zeer aardige eigenaar! Maar helaas, op 1 meter achter de villa wordt momenteel gebouwd. De uitzicht foto’s kloppen niet meer.

The property and family who run the villas were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the villa itself was very comfortable and clean. And bit far out of Ubud, but we were able to rent a motorbike for a reasonable price to get around.

Umesari Villas is truly a special place. The villa is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by rice fields. Everything is very clean, comfortable, and well designed. The private pool and overall atmosphere make it perfect to relax and disconnect. What really makes the difference is Ketut and his family. Their kindness and generosity go far beyond what you would normally expect. They helped with everything we needed and even surprised us with thoughtful gifts and discounts. You genuinely feel welcomed and taken care of, not just hosted. The location is quiet but still close to shops and local spots, and because there are only 2 villas, the experience feels very personalized. We had an amazing stay and would come back without hesitation. Highly recommended, this was probably the best villa we have been to!

Ich hatte eine absolut wunderbare Zeit in der Villa. Ketut und sein Team sind unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man spürt richtig, wie viel Herz sie in die Unterkunft stecken. Das Essen war jeden Tag ausgesprochen lecker und wurde jeden Morgen pünktlich und mit einem Lächeln serviert. Die Unterkunft selbst ist traumhaft schön, sehr sauber und perfekt gepflegt. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt hier wirklich sehr genossen und kann diese Villa von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles! 🙏🏻✨

Sehr schöne, zwischen Reisfelder gelegene Villa im ländlichen Sebatu. Eine äußerst saubere, exklusive Villa mit sehr schönem Privatpool (leider aufgrund höhen Lage des Ortes etwas kalt). Außergewöhnliche Steinbadewanne, die zum relaxen einlädt. Der Besitzer und sein Team waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte sich einen Scooter bei ihm ausleihen. Alles in allem eine hervorragende Wahl. Gerne kommen wir wieder. 10 von 10 :)

We spent 4 nights here and they were truly wonderful. The villa is located in Sebatu, about 25 minutes by scooter from Ubud, which makes it much quieter and more peaceful than staying in Ubud itself. You can only hear the sounds of nature, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The owner, Ketut, and his son are incredibly kind and caring — they make sure you feel at home at all times. The breakfasts are delicious and delivered straight to your room at the time you choose. On top of that, we even received a small farewell gift from the owner, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s a perfect place to rest and fully experience the Balinese vibe.

I couldn’t rate this property more highly. Ketut and his family are wonderful hosts. They made us feel so welcome and looked after from arrival until they waved us off in our taxi at the end. The villa is huge, spotless, and so comfortable. The bed is incredibly comfortable. I can’t sleep on firm beds and this one was as good as I have at home. Coming home to our little gem in the rice fields, locking the gate behind us and enjoying our little piece of paradise with the garden and pool and views was bliss. We didn’t even go out for dinner, just ordered in and sat on our porch and listened to the fountain and the frogs and enjoyed the serenity. The bathroom is great with a huge tub and endless hot water in the shower. Honestly the only thing we didn’t love was leaving. If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful stay in a lovely village north of the hustle and bustle of Ubud, you will love Umesari.

Tout était parfait : villa magnifique, bien équipée, avec piscine privée dans un petit complexe (2 chambres), le personnel est accueillant, souriant et aux petits soins, plein de jolies attentions. Le petit déjeuner est servi sur la terrasse, à l’heure souhaitée et est délicieux. La localisation est idéale au milieu des rizières à l’écart de l’agitation d’Ubud et idéale pour découvrir les alentours. Nous reviendrons assurément !

Wunderschöne, moderne Villa mit tollen Blick auf 😍🌾 Das Frühstück war unglaublich lecker und wurde frisch zubereitet (Empfehlung: Ananas Pancake). Menge war auch angemessen. Es wurde jeweils einmal ein Obstteller serviert und zusätzlich konnte man zwischen indonesischem Frühstück, Eierauswahl oder Pancakes entscheiden. Begleitet von frischem Saft. Tee Kaffe mit Wasserkocher im Zimmer vorhanden. Vom Bett aus schaut man auf den privaten Pool, wohinter sich die Reisfelder verbirgen. Wir waren Mitte/Ende Mai dort und die saftig grünen Reisfeldern wurden kurz vor unserem check out geerntet. Aus dem voll ausgestatteten Badezimmer (Föhn, Shampoo, Duschgel, abnehmbarer Duschkopf) hat man ebenfalls traumhaften Panoramablick. Der Pool ist sauber und es gab eine große Stufe im Pool wo man auch liegen konnte und vom Wasser bedeckt war Absolute Privatsphäre ist geboten und zugleich haben uns die unglaublich lieben Inhaber jeden Wunsch erfüllt (Organisation Scooter, Wäsche, Pool-Flower-decoration, floating breakfast, etc). Grab food-Bestellung war auch kein Problem. Außerdem war man mit dem Roller war innerhalb von 10 Minuten bei den Tegallalang Reisterassen und hatte dort jede Menge Restaurants. Ganz in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist der wunderschöne Wassertempel Gunung Kawi Sebatu, in dem man Reinigungszeremonien durchführen kann. Ich kann diese Villa nur empfehlen 💯 Mehr Bilder in meiner google Bewertung oder auf IG lulu_loves_life_4

Le logement était très beau et très agréable

Le petit déjeuner servi froid, car ils n’ont rien pour réchauffer les omelettes, les pommes de terre et les saucisses du petit déjeuner. De plus contrairement aux photos qui ne sont pas actualisées, les deux villas ne sont plus isolées dans les rizières car il y a des maisons construites à côté ou en construction. D’où bruits de marteaux piqueurs, de construction dans la journée y compris le samedi et dimanche.

I loved every moment here. Locations, service, friendliness, cheerful and incredibly accomodating owner. I will come back as soon as possible.

Merveilleusement accueilli par Ketut et Kadek. Ils nous avaient même préparé un verre d’accueil. La villa est magnifique, encore mieux que sur les photos. Scooter disponible sur place et possibilité de laver son linge (service supplémentaire). La chambre est très propre (nettoyé tout les jours), ainsi que la piscine. Ketut est très disponible pour nous, et nous a fait pas mal de recommandations pour les activités. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et il y a plusieurs choix. La localisation de la villa était parfaite pour le calme et les différentes activités à faire vers le nord d'Ubud. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement ! Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour ! The breakfast was delicious and always served with a smile. The location is perfect for peace and connection with nature. But what truly made the difference was Ketut and his family, who treated us like one of their own.

We had a phenomenal experience here! A beautiful, spacious, and clean villa in the heart of a peaceful, serene, and lush area. The staff were very kind, attentive, and professional. We felt so cared for. Breakfast was delivered to our doorstep every morning at our requested time and was always fresh and delicious. We even could rent a scooter for the day when we wanted to travel outside walking distance. We seriously have no complaints and would certainly stay here again if we ever return to Ubud.

It was in a quiet location, but also walking distance to several restaurants, and a small convenience shop. One of the rice terrace entrances was only 3 miles down the hill towards the centre and there was a temple very close to where we were staying. The location was called Sebatu for anyone wanting to look it up.

It was just a little far from ubud centre, but grab collected us a few times with a 30-40 minute drive. Aircon could have been a little more powerful.

It was more magical than we could have imagined! Ketut and his family went above and beyond to make our stay the BEST possible. The views from the villa are just breathtaking. Everything was just perfect!! Don't think twice and just book this amazing villa, you won't find anything like it in bali!!

The accommodation was very nice and clean. The hosts were very kind and always advised us on everything. They also rented us a scooter so we could visit different places of interest. They also helped us to solve the laundry service, for which we thank you very much. It is nice, quite place in the middle of rice fields.

The villa is bigger than many similar villas. Ketut and his family were wonderful hosts. Always pleasant, helpful and caring. The view onto the rice fields was peaceful and beautiful. Breakfasts were well prepared and beautifully presented. Very quiet and peaceful.

We liked everything but a small improvement would be the addition of a luggage stand.

Umesari Villa was by far the most exceptional stay I ever had in Bali (after 4 trips)! From the exquisite location in the middle of the rice fields, to the cleanliness of each corner of the villa, the private pool and the great view around the place. Moreover, Mr. Ketut is probably one of the most kind, positive, helpful and friendly persons I met in Bali. I would definitely recommend staying here either as a solo traveler or a couple, in search for nature, rest, authenticity and the pure joy of traveling around Bali!

We loved everything about this place. The pool and views were amazing, it was very relaxing! The room was lovely and clean and there are very good restaurants you can easily walk to. The breakfasts are lovely, too, and it was extra special sitting out on the quiet porch watching the white herons in the rice fields. At night, you can even see some fire flies, which was magical. Ketut was an amazing and helpful host. He made us feel very welcome. He organised getting a scooter for us (this was seamless and easy). He went out of his way to show us local culture and gave information about Galungan when we asked.

Everything was new, clean and the staff were more than friendly and helpful, trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We loved the quiet location and the view on the rice fields outside our pool, which was definitely one of the best pools we had during our trip. In the evening you can relax in a big beautiful bathtub. All in all, it was a perfect experience!
