The host is misleading. Despite stating that the property accommodates 6, only 4 sets of towels, pillows, and blankets are provided, with no extras given because, to quote them: they are not a hotel. No drinking water is available either. Despite having conversed through whatsapp from the moment my booking was confirmed, the host did not inform me of such crucial insufficiencies until I had time for a phone call, which was already beyond my deadline to cancel for free. Such information could have easily been conveyed via text, and in fact was confirmed via text to me AFTER my phone call, AFTER my deadline to cancel for free. Furthermore, while it states that a security deposit is mandatory, it does not clarify the method of bank transfer needed. It was our first time staying in an apartment, and right on the day of arrival, despite making full payment and transfer of security deposit (with confirmation receipt sent to the host), our booking was cancelled without prior notice. We were left with no place to stay on the day of arrival without any courtesy or decency whatsoever from the host.

Very comfortable, aircond in good condition, clean(no cockroach), have washing machine, have refrigerator. Friendly staff and the information how to go to the homestay, checkin, checkout very clear + easy. Can repeat again if have event near cyber and putrajaya.

The systematic and in-depth guidelines on check-in and check-out procedures ensured that I had no issues checking in or checking out. Images provided are clear and instructions are easily understood even for people staying in the unit for the first time.

Nothing from IdealHub standpoint. The card-keys provided seems to be quite difficult to detect for both parking and the lift. Needed to learn how to scan it over time. But it was not really a bad experience and easily adaptable.

Value for money. Apartment was clean. Keylock access made things very convenient.

Very minor - tvbox couldn't detect internet.

Spacious homestay with 2 bedrooms. Aircond in both rooms and living room. Aircond and water heater is functioning. Recommended place to stay. Thank you.

The apartment is connected to a commercial building with a 24hr supermarket, a convenience store, 22hr eatery and other amenities. Space is small but good enough for a family and two kids

The place looks like the pictures but everything is worn out. The Microwave was rusty, burnt and sparking when used, so that didn’t work. The curtains were dirty and stained but the absolute worst part was the cockroaches that wander about during the day! Used two cans of insecticide purchased from the supermarket to kill a whole bunch of baby cockroaches (See pictures). Complained and managing agent Idealhub only wanted to send a cleaner to change the sheets and wash the utensils and spray some insecticide about. There is an infestation in the apartment which indicated a nest somewhere in the kitchen area, they refused to send a pest control specialist. Only saw baby cockroaches so the adult ones must be hidden somewhere. It’s pretty obvious that the owner doesn’t visit the property and neither does the agent, they just depend on some poor lowly paid cleaner to take care of the place, someone who doesn’t have a stake in the place. Fully paid for the stay, didn’t get any compensation, only a whole bunch of apologies.

Good locality for us, good restaurant open 24 hrs on the corner, nice apartment, swimming pool.

It would be better if there were more than one electronic key for the apartment and more glasses / cups.

Instructions by owner sound and clear. Owner also responsive. House spacious and comfort. Pool is great. Grocery and convenient shop nearby just walking distance.

Easy to find

The main room very smelly. The linen seems too old and looks like it’s been used/ not clean( with brown patches) The pillows so ugly, brownish color instead of white / so dirty. I cannot bring myself to lie down on the bed. 😫 so disappointing.

It took time to get access to the unit from the mail box (to collect key), and required to move one building to another (from car park to buillding unit)...sound inconvenience with many stuff - the rest is fine

location meet my expectation. take 30 minutes to klia2 and 30 minutes to the axiata arena. the house was clean and comfortable. keys collect not complicated and easy.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. We had a great stay there. The swimming pool is big. My son really enjoyed it. The location is strategic and convenient, nearby to shops and restaurants. Check in instructions all through WhatsApp, easy and simple.

The parking lot was a little bit confusing and it took time to find the exact lift. The bathroom light, was dim. Need to change. The door digital lock, it will be easy if you provide the steps. I faced difficulty to unlock it. Otherwise it was a great stay and nice apartment

- Quiet environment and safe living - Good facility and swimming pools - Good scenes at level 7 - Netflix and Youtube working okay (need to replug and wait but so far network speed okay) - The kitchen utensils are quite complete.

- Shampoo is very watery. Fortunately, I brought those shampoos. - There is no place to hang clothes in the closet. - Not have bed cover for futon bed - The iron board is a little old and broken.

Nice room and looks clean. Beside the decoration is also beautiful and the view for the swimming pool, garden view and so on was pretty. So, a really recommended place to stay with your family.

Must inform early how to apply visitor parking when the customer come with more than 1 car... We take a long time for settle about parking issue with management

Only one access card is function. There is no mirror except in the toilet. For muslim you need to bring your own sejadah. There also no any mineral water or 3 in 1 drinks.

Great location for those who are having their convocation at PICC. A safe place to stay.

Looks like the house is not being used for a long time. A cockroach came out after I removed the screen. If you leave food on the table, it will attract cockroaches.

The door will be automatically unlocked, the number of beds is different from the one I ordered, and the keys are not in the same place. When I wanted to ask customer service, I was hung up on the phone more than once
