Spacious Apartment in Zurich

Sehr grosse geräumige Wohnung. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Mehrere Toiletten und Nasszellen. Ideal für eine Gruppe von bis zu 8 Leuten. Gute Betten in den sehr großen Zimmern.

Die Licht- und Stromschalter sind in schlechtem Zustand. Z.T. ist die Verschalung weg, so dass die Kabel frei liegen. Das Sofa und die Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer sind deutlich zu klein für 8 Leute. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Es fehlen Weingläser, mittlere und kleine Tassen und diverses Werkzeug. In den Bädern hat es keine Zahngläser. Im großen Bad wären Regale oder eine andere Ablagemöglichkeit sehr nützlich. Durch das fehlende Mobiliar hört sich jedes Gespräch sehr laut an. Wir sagen auf Mundart es 'höhlelet' In der Nische im Korridor wäre eine weitere Sitzmöglichkeit (Tisch, Sitzgruppe, Sessel) wünschenswert.

The house was useful, comfortable and the location is well. We had the everything we need for cooking.

Amerà 4 non ha il Riscaldamento/termisifone Le porte dei bagni in si possono chiudere La maniglia del Bagno 4 è rotta Le tende doccia del Bagno 2 sono assolutamente da cambiare (vergognoso che diano ancora li) La sedia in salotto macchiata di sangue è da cambiare (vergognoso che diano ancora li) la camera de Matteo 1 e 4 aveva polvere in abbondanza dietro il letto A mio avviso abbiamo speso troppo considerato che due anni fa abbiamo utilizzato l’altra vostra struttura che era molto meglio peccato veramente peccato inoltre le segnalazioni li ho fatte subito all’arrivo ma mi rispondeva AI. !

It was a really nice apartment with excellent location and affordable price. We definitely recommend if you are a group of 5-6 and want to make your experience unforgettable!

Amazing location with a well maintained and clean apartment! Very easy to walk into the Old Town with great views along the way such as a the lake. The apartment itself was better in person than the images presented when booking. As someone that travels to Zurich frequently, to have an such an apartment in a classic area of the city at such good value is a rare find. Truly a excellent value for money find when you consider the location and facilities/size of the apartment.

The apartment was close to the tram station which was a plus. It is not far from major train station. It also is spacious.

They can add curtains in the shower area to avoid water from going in the bathroom floor. Also, there were many changes in the apartment I was assigned too in the day of my arrival due to maintenance issues. But the staff worked hard to accommodate my party of 6 to convenient locations nearby each other. A big kudos to them.

Keittiössä vähän astioita, ruoanvalmistusvälineitä, kommunikaatio AI-robotin kanssa turhautti kunnes löytyi ihminen vastaamaan. Kieliversiot vaihtelivat englannin ja saksan välillä. Osa keittiövälineistä oli likaisia, joitain roskia oli edellisten jäljiltä, säännöt aika tiukkoja, toiminnassa joustamattomuutta tarpeitamme kohtaan, aika kallis lopulta kaikkeen edellä mainittuun nähden. Vakuuden palauttaminen ei sujunut ongelmitta. Sain varauksen vapautettua vasta kun olin kahteen otteeseen asiaa selvittänyt oman pankkini kanssa.

We couldn’t find apartment key in lock box. After spending lot of time we found that someone staying in the apartment. She insisted that She booked the same apartment. After discussion She realized that She is in wrong apartment. However, we couldn’t understand how come She got the key of the apartment.

La ubicación es maravillosa, es ideal para familias grandes y en la esquina puedes tomar el transporte público.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, com quartos amplos, e muito espaço. Me surpreendeu muito. Tem até um pequena área externa.

L'ameublement ne correpondait pas aux photos. Il y avait le strit minimum au niveau deco et trois lits doubles, aucun des lits simples vus sur les photos. Le personnel est inexistant. Tout se passe par email automatique en allemand et pas très plaisant. Aucun message de bienvenue, juste des règles sur les poubelles a respecter si on ne veux pas y laisser sa caution.

The check-in process was smooth. Generally, the apartment had excellent conditions, especially the kitchen. The rooms were well-decorated, and the house is suitable for a family with children. The garden was charming.

The bathroom had no curtain in the bathtub, which made things messy. Moreover, there was no proper mop to deal with the water that overflowed. While the apartment appeared generally clean, it would benefit from a thorough cleaning soon. For example, in the bedrooms, there was a significant accumulation of dust behind and below the beds. The bedroom pillows were very uncomfortable.

Everything was great. Special thank you to Maryem for being excellent help and answering quickly.

Needs a fan or an air conditioner in the summer, check in instructions were not particularly efficient

Lovely spacious apartment- much bigger than the photos! Place for everyone. Ideally located. The tram was so close by. 30 mins to the airport by tram and train. Very clean and so warm- great after coming in from the Christmas market 😊 ( only 3 stops on the tram 🚋) Check in and check out was so smooth . We would certainly recommend this apartment 👍

Very spacious 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment in a central location, steps away from tram. Loved the city and country.

The entire apartment smell like it was an smokers apartment, the smell persevered the entire stay . Ceiling kitchen light did not work, vacuum cleaner did not work, radiant heat could not be controlled, we had to keep a window open as it got too hot. I contacted the manager, they responded but nothing got fixed during our 9 day stay.

Spacious and well-located apartment. It had everything it needed to receive a good rating if the administration took care of the apartment, which is abandoned.

From the moment I arrived at the apartment, I reported several problems that the apartment had and left without the management resolving any of them. They were evasive in their responses to my questions, claiming that it was difficult to find maintenance professionals in Zurich during the entire period, and they gave me a very bad experience. The apartment has lights that do not turn on, a broken door, there are no locks in the bathrooms and the worst part in my opinion is that one of the showers is broken. I rented the apartment only because it had more than one bathroom because I am in a large group, but we had to make do with one shower for 6 adults and 2 children.

Cockroaches, which made us uneasy and difficult to sleep - and the fact that when I wrote about them they told me not to have food or standing water but I had neither. I also got AI responses which made no sense!

Connectivity with Tram

Washroom doors have no locking arrangements. Also some facilities like induction and lights are non-functional.

The spacious rooms

The amenities were not upto the mark or even functioning. No stove top to cook (it eas broken, they did not fix it, they did not communicate or compensate for it just provided with 1 portable stove top in replacement towards the Original 4 stove top) we had to food order from outside inspite of opting the apartment to cook for children, no TV, no entertainment, no washing machine, not enough amenities in the apartment. No communication or numbers given for emergency, just message through booking.com Provided with wrong email address and numbers on booking platform. Not very helpful, cooperative or understanding staff. We were disappointed with our stay specially with young children.

Location is good with easy access to apartment, checkin was smooth, very clean unit, spacious and comfortable stay. Kitchen facilities and utensils provided

The size of the property is the best thing. Everything needed to cook, which can save some money, Zurich is very expensive. Not in the center-downtown but very well connected by public transportation. Spacious rooms, kitchen and living room. If weather allows you can eat in the back garden. Nice backyard view from living and dinning rooms. Grocery store just two stops from the apartment. Salt, oil, sugar and coffee included.

Only one shower, no closed closets for clothes.
