Very small room, tiny toilet. It was a little dusty on the floor. Kitchen well used, some places not very clean (inside the microwave or inside the fridge, drying rack etc).

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Ci è piaciuta la cucina condivisa e la centralità della struttura praticamente in centro a Cirencester, prezzo basso per la zona centrale nelle Costwolds che permette di visitare i paesini sia a nord che a sud.
I letti non comodissimi, il fatto che per evitare di allagare il bagno durante la doccia dovessimo continuamente una spatola spingi acqua e il non poter aprire l’unica piccola finestra per via della possibilità che entrassero i piccioni! Le notti sono state calde si soffocava!

Das Zimmer hätte ein wenig größer sein können. Fenster ließen sich nicht wirklich weit zum lüften öffnen, so daß es schnell zu warm wurde.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The beds are comfortable. It was nice that there was a kitchen were you could store and cook your food or make a coffee. The hotel is in a convenient location and you can explore the whole city on foot.
The amenities are as described when you book the room. There are only two towels and nothing else, but we were aware of that. Also, there is no soundproofing, we could hear people walking on the upper floor, throwing stuff and banging doors.

Fenêtre bloquée, impossible de l’ouvrir entièrement ce qui absurde quand il fait chaud !! Absence de climatisation et je pense interdit de bloquer pour des raisons de sécurité quand on est 4 dans une chambre !!! + a part l’espace cuisine et supporter l’odeur de cuisine des autres (!) aucun espace commun !!

La camera era ai minimi termini per 4 persone, nessun armadio/scaffale/mensola per appoggiare neanche una borsetta. Avevamo una valigia e abbiamo fatto fatica ad aprirla perché non c’era lo spazio. Doccia inglobata nel bagno, bisognava eliminare l’acqua con uno spingiacqua.

タオルはあるが、シャンプー等はない。 バストイレは、市営プールのバストイレ的で身障者用の為か仕切りがない。トイレの便座等に水が飛ぶ。せめて仕切りのカーテンがあれば、、、！固定式のシャワーは身障者向きでは無いと思う。 名前及びチェックアウト日のラベルを牛乳に貼ったのに、何故かmilk freeのラベルが貼られていた事。スタッフに聞いたが心当たりはないと言う。 ハンガーや洗濯物を干せる器具はない。 ベッドサイドランプが丸椅子に付いていたり、共同の電子レンジ台が大きすぎてぶつかりそうだったり(コンセントがギリギリの長さ!)、採寸を怠ったかのような微妙な配置のインテリア。

We will definitely return again and stay longer, its an ideal base for access to the Cotswolds. We didn't see any staff as we arrived late but their communication was really excellent. Everything was very clean and neat. Lovely.

I booked this thinking it was a hotel, my own fault of course. The beds/mattress were awful. Only one pillow per person. The bathroom is tiny. The room was so hot We had such a bad night's sleep. A fan would have made a difference.

Rooms are cramped, shower gel holder broken , towels off colour although clean to be fair. No coffee tea or vending facilities. A little too basic for the price. Staff member was polite , maybe not so customer focussed.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Ideally located in the centre of Cirencester just off a P&D carpark which is free from 6pm to 10.00 am. Our double room with ensuite was very small but fine for a one night stay with just an overnight bag to break our long drive north. The kitchen facilities were good. A quiet spot for a town centre on a Saturday night. We enjoyed a meal at the Passione Italian restaurant a very short walk off the carpark to Castle Street.
Room size could have been better for two people but it was good value for money, clean and quiet.

I had booked a double room (room 10) and when I arrived on a very warm day, the window in the room is a porthole and was sealed/unable to open. I spoke to the staff and they were absolutely brilliant and were able to move me to another room which did have an opening window with fresh air

Habitación y ducha muy pequeña. Las almohadas muy bajas. La cortina de la habitación estaba sucia y rodetes del baño desgastados.
