Perfekte Lage! Straßenbahn gegenüber. Großer Balkon Schnelle Reaktion des Vermieters.

Balkon Einrichtung wirkt heruntergekommen. Küchenausstattung zusammengewürfelt. WLAN funktionierte nicht

La camera da letto seppur piccolissima (in pratica lo spazio è occupato dal letto)è dotata di un materasso super confortevole. La cucina è ok, c'è una macchinetta per il caffè a cialde. Nel soggiorno si trovano un tavolo con sedie ed un divano letto con TV, che si collega a Netflix e amazon prime (nessun accesso a reti nazionali) con un dispositivo esterno. La terrazza si affaccia su un cortile interno, con giardino. È dotata di un tavolo con divano e qualche sedia. C'è anche un grill per il barbecue, ma non so se si può usare, sembra inutilizzato da un bel pó. La posizione è buona, la metro e i bus passano di fronte ed il centro è raggiungibile in 20 minuti, inoltre un supermercato è lì a due passi.

Il bagno è diviso in due stanze separate, il water è in uno stanzino stretto, non molto confortevole, ma almeno dotato di una piccola finestra. La doccia è un pó in alto (scalino, non ideale per persone anziane) ed il soffione non sta fermo in varie posizioni, lo si deve tenere in alto. La casa non era pulitissima, qui e lì un pó di polvere. L' ascensore è piccolo e molto lento.

Appartamento molto grande con terrazzo ampio. Fermata della tram sotto l’appartamento, self check in, supermercato sotto l’appartamento.

Camera da letto molto piccola, bagno piccolo. Divano letto ottimo, ma tapparelle delle finestre non oscuranti. Casa piena di oggetti

Direkt neben der Volksoper, in einem echten Wiener Altbau gelegene, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Neben der Traumlage ist der ziemlich große Balkon (eigentlich eine kleine Terasse) ein absolutes Highlight. Kontakt mit Vermieter schnell und problemlos, ein absoluter Tipp für einen Besuch in Wien

Bad und Klo sind relativ klein (ist aber kein Problem, trotzdem alles funktional), eigentlich gibt es gar nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Grosse Wohnung, grosser Balkon, gute Lage

. Einrichtung schon etwas „abgewohnt“ & lieblos (z.B. Wackelstühle, defekter Duschschlauch) . Wenig persönliche & proaktive Kommunikation (z.B. Entsorgung? Funktion TV) . Wenig Liebe zum Detail z.B. (keine Tabs für Geschirrspüler, verwelkter Blumenstrauss) . Schlüsseltresor am Fahrradständer ist eine Zumutung . Optimierung des Vermieters steht wohl im Vordergrund….

Great apartment with huge&cosy balcony, definitely would stay there again! And the owner was wonderful as well:)

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Lots of public transport nearby, close to a supermarket and quite roomy

The bedroom was very cramped but not a big problem as the rest of the place was very spacious. It was a bit impersonal-I didn’t meet or talk to anyone

Huge balcony, space in the saloon, location, quiet.

It's a pity this beautiful balcony cannot be used by somebody living there permanently.

We had a great time at this place! It's only a 20-minute walk to the city center. The apartment was cozy and felt welcoming. Even though some things in it weren't brand new, everything worked well and was really clean. The person who takes care of the place answered all our questions quickly. They were really nice and helpful. The building itself has a special charm. There's also a big terrace with a nice setup for grilling. We even saw a friendly squirrel on the terrace a few times, which was fun. We were happy to find a lot of coffee for the coffee machine, all left for us by the host. There was also Netflix available for us to watch. It was easy to control the room temperature with a thermostat on the wall. We had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this place.
