The location is really great, near to everything, and the view from room is stunning.

I like the room, it's clean, smells good, has flat iron, electric kettle, and pantry stocks. It has great view of the city lights from the balcony at night.

The shower heater seems not working.

The location. Connected to a mini mall

Heater was not functioning. Did not provide at least a small soap to use for washing hands. Also, planning to use the kettle but it wasnt cleaned nor the glasses

Good and modern apartment with a lot of things included , nice city view from 56 floor, good location close to everything in city center. Stuff was communicating and helpful

Bathroom could be a bit cleaner , could also be a bit more inspected/ checked for maintenance or small issues before someone arrives, not bad because I also requested earlier check-in and they did not have the time to do their check I assume , elevators can be annoying bit annoying and crowded especially in hot hours.

Very clean. Appliances, kitchen ware, bathroom and other hygenic needs are available. It has access to a mall where you can purchase whatever you need in the supermarket and food in the restaurants.

The location is best , central of Manila, Makati. It was 56th floor, so nice view.

Everyday saw cockroaches, the last day one cockroach was walking on my face and woke me up at 3:30am. No serviced apartments, and can receive cleaning service with additional fee, but the payment is only by bank transfers or local electronic app. Visitors from overseas can’t make it, so leave money as we leave the room. I am not sure the money could arrive in the owner or not correctly. Passport copy must be sent beforehand on WhatsApp or Viber or e-mail, I was super scared. Because I don’t like to send ID copy on SNS or any unknown people online. And I need to show my passport again at the security when we check in . Maybe no need to give my passport copy online in advance.

Pin lock at front door. The view is incredible. Integrated Convection stove. Modern look and feel. No funny smells. Super comfy bed.

Getting used to shower controls (1 minute or 2), but figured it out.

The Worse stayed I have ever had in the Air Residence I stayed in appartment 5617 on the 2nd day i notices their was cookroaches all over my clothes in the draws. I had to use the washing machine then the next day the agent tryed to threaten me using the washing machine and the agent made contact with booking com saying i broke the house rules After I responded They said they will send a someone from pest control. But I found out it was the cleaner Dueing my stay i must of catch 300 to 350 cookroaches my self.. I went and bought insert sticky pads plus spray photos will be uploading

The place was very clean and comfortable. Good location as well and supermarket right downstairs. Almost everything is digital in this small unit. Budget friendly and tiny balcony fit for two people standing up!

There are too many rules!!

The place was perfect very clean.Out stay is very comfortable because of the clean room and location is perfect.

Nicely sized. Good amount of amenities available. Service was exceptional, very responsive. Swimming pool and other amenities within the building. Many restaurants below the accommodation including a 7-11.

Hot water, helpful owner, great view on city, clean, safe, the flat contain everything what was needed for me.

The balcony door window doesn't have anything to cover it so when the sun rises in the morning it's a little difficult to sleep; the unit seemed a little cramped

Loved the view and the bed. One of the comfiest stays we've had. Might book this again next time. Unit is clean. The staff at the lobby is friendly too

I wish we could've stayed longer

The staff are extremely helpful. Even though some undesirable moments came up, at no fault by the staff of the accommodation group, they nonetheless, with ease and calm, made sure all issues were sorted, and all questions answered with a positive outcome. Therefore, a demonstration of willingness to go beyond, and make sure, the beauty of the view, professionalism of the building, and amenities can be enjoyed.

I didn’t like problems others made. Fortunately the ones who run this accommodation, essentially remove the experience of these problems by themselves being of great assistance.

The city view in the balcony was just so relaxing and nice. The accommodation was cozy and comfortable.

It’s was perfect.

Absolutely clean and very cozy unit. The room scents are relaxing. The food and beverages are conveniently available with a good price. It is definitely a perfect place to stay.

Everything in this booking is beyond my expectations. The unit welcomed me with cold temperature and nice music. There is a snack bar available, and the fridge is full of different variety of drinks that are way far better than the hotel room. The bed was so comfy that the sheets were brand new.

The shower floor drains flow a bit slow

I liked it as it was a central location to Manila

No streaming services for the first four days, no hot water in the shower for the entire stay. This was reported to the owner but they never came back to fix it.

the balcony view of the city is very beautiful. It is easy easy to find as well as near groceries and mall access. The place in itself is comfortable and have the things you need for short stays

Very fancy building with a little shopping Mall, Supermarket and a few restaraunts. Good secure location. Very nice view from room/apartment high up.

There were loads of cockroaches small and big in the room we stayed not very nice and weird, considering we were on the 56th floor.

What I like most having this place is the accessibility to the Pearson Vue NCLEX testing center.

THE ROOM WAS FINE

WE DID NOT STAY HERE ACTUALLY. THEY ACCEPTED OUR BOOKING BUT LATER CALLED ME TO SAY IT'S STILL OCCUPIED. WE WERE LEFT HANGING. THEY JUST REFUNDED THE MONEY WE PAID BUT THE INCONVENIENCE IT CAUSED US WAS DISAPPOINTING. WE STAYED AT THE LOBBY FOR A LONG TIME AND WE WAITED FOR OTHER AGENTS WHO OFFERED US A ROOM

The television set up was good.

Less than desirable check in process and comms, toilet leaking water so bathroom floor constantly wet, no teaspoons, no blinds on the balcony door, waiting forever for a lift.
