The rooms are LOUD!! It makes no difference wether the windows are open or closed and it‘s right on a main street, so you‘ll hear street noises 24/7. There were 3 beds in the room but all of them were super uncomfortable, old and cheap mattresses (you‘ll sleep like a banana).

Environnement extrêmement bruyant et peu rassurant. L’emplacement est affreux, à éviter absolument ! Le quartier de la gare est très sale, il y a de la circulation jour et nuit et le bruit est amplifié par les pavés. Un enfer.

Very poor area of Naples. Men were taking drugs on the street outside of the apartment. I would not be inclined to walk around this area at night time. The hot tubs and breakfast were in a different building to where we were staying which was a little annoying.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025The staff were very attentive and helpful and provided information on where to go for certain things etc. It was a very relaxed stay with freedom to come and go when you please with your own keys for main doors. It was very safe and practical.
The lift was very slow and small for a 6 floor building breakfast was maybe a little too early.

Reviewed Sep 26, 2025Mitten im Zentrum, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Matratze, schicke Dachterrasse. Eigener Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
Zimmer in der 1. Etage: Kein Lärmschutz (drei 3 m hohe Balkontüren mit Einfachverglasung zur Straße und 20cm durchmessendem Loch im Glas), Mülltonnen direkt unterm Fenster werden mehrfach pro Nacht von der Müllabfuhr lautstark abgeholt, Schacht mit Abflussrohren direkt am Bettende sodass man keine Spülung des Hauses verpasst, Wände im Bad waren verkalkt und schlierig, an der Toilette braune Rinnsale, der verdreckte Minilüfter hing aus der Wand. Gebäude mit Rezeption in der 6. Etage und Nebengebäude mit den Zimmern teilweise leerstehend/notdürftig zugenagelt/sanierungsbedürftig und dreckig. Gebäude und Hinterhof erwecken den Eindruck, seit Jahrzehnten verlassen zu sein. Zur Rezeption in die 6. Etage gelangt man über eine frei schwebende Treppe, Frühstück gibt es in der 6. Etage. Zimmertür schließt nicht.

Reviewed Sep 22, 2025Otel sahibi eşi türk bizi karşıladı, oda yerleşimi şehir gezisi hakkında bilgiler verdi, tüm seyahatimiz boyunca bize her konuda yardımcı oldu, ikramlarda bulunması bizi mutlu etti, konum olarak çok merkezi heryere ulaşım için tren metro kullanımı kolay, oda her gün temizlendi, kahvaltı açık büfe ve çok çeşitliydi her şey için teşekkür ederiz
Odalara biraz gürültü gelebiliyor, konaklama olarak değil ama Napoli şehiri biraz pis çöplerin toplanmadığı sokakları kokan bir şehir gelecek arkadaşların bunu bilerek gelmesi daha iyi olur

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole per l'estrema gentilezza del personale, la colazione è ricchissima e tutto molto buono, la vasca è molto bella e ci sono docce calde e spogliatoi quindi anche se in un altro edificio rispetto alla camera è tutto molto comodo.La camera è carina , il bagno molto piccolo e non comodissimo ma ha tutto il necessario per un sereno soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025Posizione molto centrica, vicino a tutti servizi, colazione variata e buonissima, terrazza bellísima con idromasaggi, sdraio, umbrellone , personale molto gentile. Pulizia ogni giorno, nella piccola cucina ci sono cose molto utili per fare un pasto veloce, mi ha servito perché ero con mio bambino piccolo che non mangia fuori. Quindi una bella esperienza.
Bagno troppo piccolo, la nostra stanza non si trova nelle stesso palazzo della struttura.

En fait, il y a 2 types de biens chez Sweet sleep, l'hôtel avec un toit terrasse duquel nous avons pleinement profité avec Jacuzzi, un personnel au top, toujours disponible et à l'écoute, prêt à rendre service et il y a dans un autre bâtiment des studios...Rien à dire sur la propreté et le confort de ce studio dans lequel nous avons passé 3 nuits, mais par contre l'accés au bâtiment et aux studios n'est pas dans le standard, je n'en dirai pas plus...

Wir hatten ein 3 Personen Zimmer und leider nur Sitzgelegenheiten für 2. Ansonsten können wir nichts nennen und würden es immer wieder so buchen

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025Goeie locatie aan het centrum. Leuk en mooi uitzicht van het dakterras. Ruime kamer met twee aircos en twee badkamers. Bedden lagen goed en alles was aanwezig.
Locatie ligt half in een wat minder goeie buurt, dus laat in de avond zou ik hier niet lopen. Ook veel vuil op straat, kan het hotel natuurlijk niks aan doen. Ontbijt was op de 6de verdieping met een kleine lift die veel gebruikt werd.

Das Zimmer selbst war in Ordnung. Allerdings war der restliche Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Im Wellnessbereich saß in einem Whirlpool ein Kind allein, und trotzdem durfte ich den anderen Whirlpool nicht nutzen. Eine nachvollziehbare Erklärung habe ich nicht erhalten – stattdessen musste ich diskutieren, ohne zu verstehen, warum. Eine klare und freundliche Kommunikation hätte hier viel geholfen. Auch das Haus, besonders das Treppenhaus und der Eingangsbereich, war sehr schrecklich und wirkte wenig einladend. Allein hätte ich das Zimmer gar nicht betreten wollen. Insgesamt waren also nicht die Zimmer das Problem, sondern der Rest: Kommunikation, Umgang und der Zustand des Hauses.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025Reggeli szuper,sok mindenből lehet választani de mindennap ugyan az a felhozatal egy két gyümölcs cseréjével.A reggeliző tetőterasz is a jakuzzikkal,napozóágyakkal nagyon jó, hangulatos. Lepedőt mindennap cseréltek.(nincs paplan,csak lepedő de a nagy meleg miatt ez nem zavart minket.) Nagyon kényelmes memóriahabpárnák. Törölköző mindennap volt friss. Pipere holmit többször kaptunk a 6 napos ott tartózkodásunk alatt. Kedvesek az ott dolgozók.
A zuhanyzónk nagyon vízköves volt,a wc-t alig lehet lehúzni kb 10x kell megnyomni,elég idegesítő. A szomszéd szobában lévő vendégnek reggel 1 órán keresztül szólt az ébresztője kb 3 nap is és nem kapcsolta ki..

Staff were so.helpful. the buffet breakfast is amazing and the roof top garden with sun loungers, hot tubs and drinks and food service made it such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I'm definitely coming back!
Absolutely nothing. The only thing was that it wasn't that easy to find. It was on a main street but the signage is quite small by the door.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2025Die Dachterrasse ist traumhaft schön, sehr zu empfehlen. Man ist da oben wie in einer anderen Welt. Zimmer in Ordnung mit Kühlschrank. Riesiges Badezimmer! Super Frühstück! Nettes Personal.
Zimmer sind in einem anderen Haus als die Rezeption und die Dachterrasse, Whirlpool erst ab Mittag geöffnet bis 22:30. Pünktlich um die Uhrzeit wird dieser abgedreht. Parken nur in ein paar Minuten entfernten Garage empfohlen.

Baño muy pequeño y estar la habitación en un edificio distinto al de zonas comunes.

Der winzige Aufzug zur Rezeption und Dachterrasse auf den man immer lange warten musste , aber das war auch nicht so tragisch. Wir waren in einem anderen Gebäude untergebracht,.aber auch das wäre jetzt kein Grund, nicht wiederzukommen.

No colocan el estado del edificio, solo colocan en las fotos la azotea y las habitaciones. El edificio es cierto que es de 1800 pero no ha sido restaurado ni mantenido en lo absoluto. El desayuno y la recepción están en otro edificio diferente al de las habitaciones. Para entrar al edificio de habitaciones debes pasar por 2 puertas antes de llegar a la que corresponde, 3 puertas en total. Si te hospedas en el piso 1 no puedes usar el ascensor, ya que este solo funciona desde el 2 en adelante, así que si llevas maletas prepárate para subir por escaleras con ellas. Las ventanas de la habitación tenían barrotes de seguridad por estar en el piso 1 y por la poca seguridad que hay en la zona después de cierta hora de la noche. Decidí irme el mismo día que hice el check out sin usar la habitación y por su puesto no recibí ni 1€ por reembolso ni tampoco la tasa turística que tuve que pagar por algo que no use. Ellos aludieron al estado del edificio, en condiciones horribles, a que no se puede restaurar por ordenanzas estatales, lo cual es falso porque me hospedé en otro hotel con edificios de 1800 y en perfecto estado. Es más, colocaré fotos de otro edificio que visité de 1800 y se ve claramente la diferencia (foto número 2). Ni se les ocurra visitar este lugar con su familia.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2025Nagyon szuper reggeli, svédasztalos, nagy választék, étel-ital, mindig után töltötték ami elfogyott. Olasz, mediterrán ízek. Tökéletes, gratulálunk! A szállás is szuper volt, két szoba, két klima, tv, két fürdőszóba, törölközők, tusfürdő, kézmosó, konyha pult, jól felszerelt, mikró, hűtő, főzőlap, vízforraló, mosogató, edények, minden ami kell! Világítás, meleg víz, víznyomás rendben. Bidé, wc 2-2. Minden nap takarítottak, megcsinálták az ágyakat, cserélték a törölközőt ha kellett. Kicsit zajos, pedig van spaletta, jó az ablak és sötétítő függöny is van. Közel a pályaudvar, közlekedés, nevezetességek. Vásárlási lehetőség a bejárat mellett (víz, italok, gyümölcs). Nagyon elégedettek voltunk, mindig ilyen szállást szeretnénk. Ha lehet 10+++ pont!
A bejárat és az utca rész nem a legkulturáltabb, de Nápolynak ez a része ilyen...(szemetes az utca, kopottas falak, vagy grafiti), de jó helyen van nagyon!!!

I didn't like the look of the street — I would have preferred to stay in a better location. The pillows are very hard, and the noise in the room was intense — my boyfriend described it as if there were a helicopter inside. There was traffic noise all night long.

Presque tout la chambre d hôtel ou la climatisation ne marchait pas on nous l as changé à notre demande le lendemain vielle chambre vétuste a l extérieur de l hôtel dans un très vieil immeuble à côté ou l ascenseur ne marchait pas pour aller au 1er il fallait montait au 2eme et redescendre à pied la chasse d eau des toilettes qui ne fonctionnait plus le dernier jour pendant la douche les odeurs d égouts qui remontent petit déjeuner très restreint et toujours le même malgré la gentillesse du personnel le quartier sale et mal fréquenté
