Very disappointing experience. We booked and paid for a room at Taksim Square Hotel, expecting to stay in a four-star hotel near Taksim Square. However, when we arrived at around 2:00 a.m., we were suddenly informed that our room was unavailable due to a “bathroom problem.” Without any prior notice, we were transferred to the Central Palace, a boutique hotel farther from Taksim Square. We had to carry our luggage and walk there in the middle of the night. The replacement hotel was of a much lower standard than what we had booked and paid for. When we asked to see our original room or the reported bathroom problem, the staff refused. They repeatedly told us that they did not know anything and were only following the information they had received. What disappointed us most was the complete lack of concern or effort to resolve the situation. No suitable alternative, refund, or compensation was offered, and the staff did not seem to care that we were upset. We paid for a four-star hotel in a specific location but did not receive the accommodation we booked. I would not recommend this hotel based on how our reservation and complaint were handled.

I booked Taksim Square Hotel mainly for its four-star standard and convenient location. When my wife and I arrived at 2:00 a.m., we were told that our room had a bathroom issue and that we had to stay at another hotel. We had not been contacted or warned in advance. We were sent to the Central Palace, which was farther away and did not offer the same standard we had paid for. We also had to walk there late at night while carrying our luggage. The situation became even more frustrating when the staff refused to let us see the room or explain exactly what had happened. They simply said they had no information. There was no proper apology, compensation, or genuine effort to help us. The way this was handled was unprofessional and left us feeling that our reservation and concerns did not matter.

Fantastic stay right in the center of Taksim Square! You can simply step out of the hotel and be right in the middle of the action and key attractions. ​A special thank you to the front desk manager, Mr. Kursat and Mr Nuri, who made our check-in seamless and generously upgraded us to a room with an incredible view. His warm hospitality, professionalism, and attentive care truly made our trip memorable. Highly recommended!

كان الحجز مع الباركينغ تفاجئنا انهم حاسبنا الفندق مرة ثانية ولم يعترفوا ب بوكينغ🤔 ألوان الفندق غامقة والإضاءة خافتة.. لا إطلالة ابدا🤣

عند الوصول وقفنا وسط الشارع لتنزيل الشنط ولما يساعدنا أحد عطونا غرفة في الطابق الأول وازعاج كل الشارع كأنهم في الغرفه عندنا غلاية الماء كان وسخة ولما طلبت تبديلها غسلها ورجعها متسخة فيها حبوب سودة وقال لي بكره ببدلها لك شخصيا لا انصح بالسكن فيه … أول وآخر تجربه والحمدلله أنها كانت ليلة وحدة

For a guy with a family and kids Everything was more than great tbh. From the location to the staff are 5 stars service and very supportive. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

قريب من محطة المترو والموظفين محترمين جداً اذا كنت لا ترغب بدخول احد للغرفة ضع الورقة خارج الباب ولن يدخل احد يلتزمون بذلك

يوجد مستشفى قريب وترام يشكل ازعاج عند مروره امام الفندق ماتقدر تنام يشكل مريح ان سكنت لا تسكن من جهة الميدان

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We booked a Superior Twin Room and clearly informed the hotel in advance that we were traveling as friends and required two separate beds. Despite this, we were initially given a room with one small bed and an extra rollaway bed, which was not what we had booked. After several discussions with reception, we were moved to another room on the top floor that appeared to be designed for guests with accessibility needs. The room was not comfortable, and the bathroom had a major issue where the entire floor flooded every time, we took a shower. We repeatedly requested a suitable room and, after multiple follow-ups, were finally moved to an appropriate room—but only on the last night of our stay, which was far too late to resolve the inconvenience we experienced throughout the trip. The reception staff member on duty during our arrival was particularly disappointing. He was rude, unhelpful, and showed little interest in resolving the issue, making an already frustrating situation even worse. In addition, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was below expectations. The hotel may have potential, but the poor handling of our booking request, the unsuitable room allocations, the delayed resolution, the lack of customer service, and the cleanliness concerns resulted in a very unsatisfactory experience.

كل شى كان رائع في المكان النظافة، الموظفين، الموقع، سهول التعامل مع الموظفين، الراحة وخصوصا اني وصلت الساعة 7 الصبح وعطوني الغرفة بدون ماانتظر للساعة 2 وهذا شى نادر ان يصير

ك للأسف كانت تجربتي سيئة جداً بسبب سوء تعامل إدارة الفندق. تعرضت حقيبة ظهري للسرقة من قبل أحد أفراد خدمة الغرف، وعندما قدمت شكوى للإدارة، قام المسؤول بمراجعة كاميرات المراقبة والتأكد من صحة كلامي وحدوث السرقة. بدلاً من دعمي واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة بحق الشخص المسؤول، فوجئت بقيام إدارة الفندق بطردي من الفندق دون أي مبرر أو مساعدة. اضطررت إلى جمع أغراضي ومغادرة الفندق. لا أوصي بالإقامة في هذا الفندق بسبب سوء التعامل مع النزلاء وعدم توفير الأمان اللازم لممتلكاتهم. unfortunately my experience was very disappointing due to the poor handling of a serious issue by the hotel management. My backpack was stolen by a member of the housekeeping staff. When I reported the incident, the manager reviewed the security camera footage and confirmed that the theft had occurred. Instead of supporting me and taking appropriate action against the responsible employee, the hotel management asked me to leave the hotel without justification or assistance. I was forced to collect my belongings and check out. I do not recommend staying at this hotel due to the lack of guest support and the failure to ensure the safety and security of guests’ belongings.

I've liked the cleanliness, spacious room, room service, room view, and the politeness of the staff. we had a great stay and I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Very disappointing stay. The room was old and the furniture was outdated and badly in need of replacement. The bathroom was extremely old, and even the bathroom door was damaged and needed repair. Breakfast was one of the worst parts of the experience, with very few options available and poor-quality food that did not taste good. Overall, the hotel is in need of major renovation and significant improvements to its services.

The cleanliness could be improved; there was a noticeable amount of dust, which was surprising given that the weather was rainy. Additionally, the room lighting was quite dim.

أبواب الدولاب تعتبر قديمة

بشكل عام، كان الفندق جيد جدًا، خصوصًا من حيث الموقع المميز وحسن تعامل الموظفين واحترافيتهم. موقع الفندق مناسب جدًا ويسهّل الوصول إلى مختلف الأماكن ووسائل المواصلات، كما أن جميع الموظفين كانوا متعاونين، ودودين، وحرصوا على تقديم خدمة ممتازة طوال فترة الإقامة

هناك بعض الملاحظات التي تحتاج إلى تحسين. إنارة الغرفة لم تكن كافية، خاصة في المساء، مما جعل الغرفة تبدو معتمة نوعًا ما. كذلك، كان هناك إزعاج واضح بسبب الأصوات القادمة من خارج الغرفة ومن داخل الفندق، لدرجة أن الأصوات كانت تُسمع بوضوح وكأن المتحدثين موجودون داخل الغرفة نفسها. أقترح تحسين مستوى الإضاءة داخل الغرف من خلال إضافة إنارة أقوى أو خيارات إضاءة متعددة، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز العزل الصوتي بين الغرف والممرات لضمان مزيد من الراحة والهدوء للنزلاء

تعاون الموظفين وبالاخص السيد ايهاب متعاون ويلبي اي طلب يطلب منه ويحاول جهده في توفير ما يطلبه النزيل موقعه جدا ممتاز الغرفة مرتبه و واسعه

النظافة .. يحتاج عاملوا النظافة الى تدريب و متابعة اكثر الغرفة تحتاج اضاءه اكثر و عدم وجود مراية او تسريحة يعيب الغرف

اولاً الموظفين جدا متعاونين معنا بصراحة كل الشكر لهم الموقع جدا ممتاز في قلب شارع تقسيم

السعر الفندق شوي غالي

قريب من كل شي في سنتر الميدان وكل شي حولك

لايوجد موقف للسيارات وهذا حال الكثير من الفنادق في المناطق المركزية

الاستقبال وبالاخص الاخ ايهاب جدا رائع وخدوم و متعاون الموقع وكل طاقم الفندق بشوش و متعاونين

خدمة تنظيف الغرف ضعيفة و الاضاءه سيئة

اولا الاخ ايهاب هو سبب عودتنا دائما الى الفندق بالاضافه الى موقع الفندق والاستجابة للطلبات دون تأخير التعامل ممتاز الغرف نظيفة الاستقبال جميعهم بشوشين ومتعاونين
