Ma chambre était à 3m au-dessus de la mer. C était magnifique. L'hotel fournit de quoi peindre ce qui est une super expérience.

El tamaño de la habitación es algo muy positivo

No hay un armario o clóset donde colocar la ropa. En Santa Marta el corte de fluido eléctrico es constante y muchas veces prolongado. Este hotel no tiene planta eléctrica lo cual le baja muchos puntos Cuando estuve se fue la luz, salí a desayunar fuera y al regresar dure golpeando 29 minutos la puerta, nadie atendía.

Unfortunately, the property was undergoing renovations during our stay, which significantly impacted our experience. Upon arriving at our room, one of the beds had not been made, the shower handle fell off, and we unfortunately only had cold water. After our first night, we decided to find alternative accommodation, especially after travelling such a long distance. To his credit, the owner was very apologetic and advised that he would provide us with a refund. The renovations included the pool area and front entrance, however the overall condition and experience did not meet the expectations of what was advertised or that had been communicated to us prior to our stay. Unfortunately, despite being promised a refund, it still has not been processed. We have followed up multiple times via email and phone calls and have received no response, which has been extremely disappointing.

Todo me gusto, en especial la atencion de Isabela fue muy amable y cordial mi pareja estaba de cumple y le dieron una cortesia muy linda isa. Las habitaciones son muy comodas.

Todo estaba muy bien. Quizas la piscina que estuviera mas limpia pero igual la disfrute.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, everyone was very helpful. We stayed in the Diamond rom and it was terrific. It was Very clean, had cold air, huge space, nice lighting touches, and a beautiful terrace overseeing the ocean. Terrace has a hammock in which I fell asleep in. Breakfast the next day was also delicious.. I recommend and will definitely be back to stay.

Petit hôtel avec des vues magnifiques! Très joli, propre, personnel exceptionnel.

Repas un peu cher mais justifié pour la qualité mais l’option de lessive assez cher. On l’a pas prix mais on trouve que payer pour chaque pièce lavé c’était excessive.

El hotel es bellísimo. Tiene una vista hermosa. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas. Las habitaciones son amplias, y la limpieza es excelente. Además que el personal es súper amable y te hacen vivir una gran experiencia dentro de la ciudad. Lo súper recomiendo.

Super especial la estadía, desde principio a fin el personal se porto super bien , la ubicación super cerca al rodadero, las habitaciones acogedoras y limpias , vale la pena si buscas vista al mar y tranquilidad es perfecto .

Antes de llegar yo había hablado con el hotel para avisar que llegaba a determinada hora y ellos me dijeron que iba a tener la habitación al llegar, antes del horario previsto de check in. Al llegar me dijeron que había sido un error y hubo ciertas contradicciones entre el personal.

L’hôtel est beau et le mobilier agréable. La plage est toute proche. La vue exceptionnelle sur le coucher de soleil et le bruit de la mer depuis la terrasse.

Wi-Fi inexistant dans la chambre, seulement à la réception et sans code. Jacuzzi hors service, piscine trouble sans filtre. Attente longue au bar et au restaurant, cocktails sans alcool, plats décevants (saumon cru et froid, pain décongelé, avocat indisponible). Chambre : tapisserie qui se décolle, prises mal placées, équipements vieillissants. Accueil froid, aucune explication sur les dysfonctionnements, obligation de sonner pour entrer. Supplément de 8 % non indiqué clairement à côté des prix. 👉 Peut-être que nous n’avons pas eu de chance, ou que c’était la fin de saison, mais pour le prix nous attendions mieux.

Der Service ist unterirdisch. Zwar sehr freundlich und immer lächelnd, jedoch dauert alles ewig (einchecken >30 Minuten, Frühstück 45 Minuten bis wir was bekommen haben). Für eine Tasse heißes Wasser musste ich 3x nachfragen bis ich sie schließlich nach 40 Minuten erhalten habe. Unser Zimmer war sehr niedrig und klein. Um in das Hotel zu kommen muss man immer klingeln. Beim Verlassen muss jemand vom Personal zum Ausgang mitgehen und einem Aufschließen. Niemand im Hotel spricht auch nur ein Wort englisch!

Breakfast took more than 40 minutes, only to be served a cold omelette. Coffee, also after 40 minutes, was a small cup with no possible refill. There are no bars nearby and just a couple shady restaurants.

The rooms have stunning views right on the ocean. The staff were nice and accommodating. The room was clean (except for a dead fly I found under the blanket), comfortable, cool, and had great showers. The food was very good as well, despite the long wait. I really enjoyed lounging by the pool on the patio!

I was a bit disappointed with the inconvenience of eating here. I was hoping to eat lunch while I waited for check-in, but was told they would have to call someone to come to the hotel to make the food and it would be a long wait. I tried to ask for recommendations for something close by, but they didn't seem to have a clear answer. As a hotel, this should be something they have ready to recommend at any time. When I tried to order breakfast in the morning, I was told they were not offering it that day, again with no advice on what to do. I had to pay for an Uber to take me somewhere with breakfast, which was frustrating. I was under the impression that they had a fully functional kitchen when I made this reservation.

Very quiet and calm with excellent views of the ocean. The property is in a quiet part of Rodeado. There is plenty in walking distance, but the hotel will also book you transportation if you want to go to el cento histórico or anywhere else.

Everything was wonderful and the staff very accommodating. I have no complaints.

The Hotel was excellent location and the atmosphere was perfect.The staff was very attentive to all our needs and will return very soon. Excellent pool to chill out in and some interesting tours to choose from.

Nothing was there to dislike, but we made a suggestion to the Hotel owner to Change the principle door lock so guests have access to and from the Hotel

Location and staff are amazing.

This is THE best place I could ever choose. Is a gorgeous room with all amenities, the staff is so warm and welcoming happy to help with everything. The owners will make sure you are doing great of first hand!. The hotel arranged to make me a massage in the room and even do my nails worries free. They set up before arrival someone to pick me up from the airport and the same when im leaving. They offer breakfasts, lunch, cocktails and all of that you can enjoy it next to the beautiful view of the beach while you are at the pool or seated watching the sunset. In the room they have Alexa, candles, the AC works great, and everything you need in the bathroom. Can't recommend it more! Its a great location and really secure. If I come back i won't doubt to book this place again!.

Very charmfull place with goergous ocean view from the balcony in the room and from the hotel restaurant. Owners are very accommodating and helpful. They would like you to make you feel like a home! I really recommend this place to stay! :)

The view from the Jade suite is simply amazing, and the decoration as well. The view from the restaurant or pool is also amazing. Staff is incredibly nice, you can tell they are giving opportunities to jounger, new staff and I loved it. The owner can to greet us personally and helped us get a private driver that later gave us a tour. I loved it.

They charge us VAT with is normally not the case for the tourists. Also the room had a lot of amenities (Netflix, Google connected speaker) but was missing the basic coffee machine.

Customer service in the front desk was excellent, the little beach by the hotel was nice clean and away from the rodadero craziness.

This lovely boutique hotel is just as it appeared in the photos. The staff is wonderful. The owners are very engaged in running the hotel with the guests need as top priority. You will feel like part of a family! We liked it so much that we are circling back and spending our final 5 days in Colombia with everyone again.

Great Location, with just a few steps to the beach. Walking distance to the center. Some small restaurants as well if you are not interested with walking to the center. Room with balcony, with view on the sea exceptional. Great breakfast variation. Awesome staff always helpful with your requests. They even respond on Whatsaap so you get all ready before you get back to the room, for example fresh juice or cocktails of your choose. Great place to stay

I expected a bigger pool as I got the feeling from the pictures, but you have a beach around the corner.

The music from the neighbor was blasting until midnight. Couldn't sleep until midnight . You couldn't sit out and talk.

Everything, from in hotel restaurant to the service everything felt 5 star. My kids absolutely loved Arturo and company! Phenomenal doesn't even describe it.

The hotel is simply beautiful. Our room had a large picture window that faced the ocean and we saw several spectacular sunsets. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff extremely accommodating. The pool area had a spa tub and swimming pool. The location was great.

Hotel Azul is the perfect place to stay on the ocean in Santa Marta. It is an elegant home converted into a small hotel. Very comfortable and the staff are delightful.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. First night was ok, but the second was a total disaster. I was sleeping because all the noise. I grab my phone and found a message the hotel staff send it at 10:45pm saying that one of the hotel guest have a birthday and the family organize a serenade. The music was SO loud and on top of that a group of people were in the room balcony, next to me making more noise. Of course I complain but I only received lame excuses. Music stop around 2am but was not possible for me to sleep again. I’ve been traveling all over for work and I the only thing I can say is this was my WORST hotel stay ever.
