One of the best hotels I’ve ever been, I had booked for 3 nights and I decided to stay more nights, I loved Mia and the staff, they are incredible. I loved my room, the breakfast, everything. Stay here I recommend it 100%.

Breakfast was fresh made and lovely, Gregory was extremely helpful throughout our stay! Couldn't not mention Saiko.. absolutely adorable hotel labrador, so friendly! Could not recommend this place enough. When we come back to Siem Reap this is where we will stay again.

Das Zimmer war so angenehm und einladend gestaltet, dass ich sofort das Bedürfnis hatte, mein Gepäck auszupacken und mich häuslich einzurichten; definitiv ein Ort, an dem man sich einen längeren Aufenthalt wünscht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das engagierte Personal, sowie der Betreiber, die jederzeit hilfsbereit waren und alle Fragen aufmerksam und herzlich beantwortet haben. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts hatte ich das Gefühl, im Mittelpunkt zu stehen und dass alles dafür getan wurde, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Danke!

I have been travelling SE Asia for nearly 3 months and I barely leave reviews , I just forget all the time lol . But this place simply deserved an outstanding review . Great location, unbelievable staff and the room we got for the price is truly amazing . I can’t recommend this place enough , the pool is ideal for a little cool off before you get on with whatever you have planned .

Magnifique hôtel, parfait en tout ! Ses chambres sont idéales et propices au repos, spacieuses, joliment mises, calmes et agréables. La literie est très grande et confortable ; le personnel est adorable, toujours prompt à conseiller, aider. Nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis accueillis et bienvenus au sein de la Maison Saïko. La position de l'hôtel est centrale et idéale pour les visites ; le petit-déjeuner délicieux et frais. Grégory propose d'excellents guides et tuk-tuk pour les visites et est d'excellent conseil. Un lieu rare et à recommander !

L’hôtel est vraiment superbe ! La décoration d’abord est magnifique et les chambres sont très confortables (literie de haut niveau comparé au standard cambodgien). Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour à Siem Reap : plusieurs épiceries à quelques pas, toujours un tuk tuk à moins de 1 min de l’hôtel prêt à vous récupérer, la piscine et les sun bed extrêmement utiles dès 13h lorsque la chaleur de la ville est insoutenable, et bien sûr le propriétaire ainsi que le personnel d’une extreme gentillesse toujours prêts à vous aider pour organiser votre séjour. Nous étions venus pour 3 nuits et finalement nous sommes restés 7 nuits ici, je ne peux que vous conseiller Maison Saiko :) D’ailleurs Saiko le labrador va énormément nous manquer…

Very nice staff and a nice pool area! Convenient location and great value for money. Beds were comfortable, wifi and AC worked well. There was a safety box in the room. They organized the airport transfers for us.

We asked if we could pay our transfer with 100 USD bill and they agreed, but it turned out they did not have change in reality which proved a bit difficult for us. The floor was a bit dirty.

What made my stay extra special was the exceptional service and the amazing staff. I work in the hospitality industry, I am very particular when it comes to service standards and the team at MAISON SAIKO truly took it to the next level. Thank you to all the staff, especially Phanit. He was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with such a positive and welcoming vibe every time he saw us. The owner was also very down to earth and genuinely hospitable, which made our stay even more memorable. Kudos to the entire team. More power to your hotel! I will definitely check in here again when I return to Cambodia. I 100% recommend this place.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated. We would use the pool and they’d bring us iced water and towels. Greet us Everytime we came in. Even drove us to get money exchanged. Genuinely have never experienced customer service like it in a hotel before. The room was fantastic and the bed was HUGE. Also the dog is such a cutie

The aircon took a while to kick in but it was more than fine. There were a few ants in the room but it was so minimal and the hotel was so good that it didn’t bother us. We didn’t say anything but I’m sure if we had said something they would have helped as they really were doing everything they could to make the trip as nice as possible.

Great location for Siem Reap Centre but in a quiet road with no noise or traffic at night. The owner, Gregory, could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were superb and the price unbelievably inexpensive.

Staff were super friendly. The owner was also helpful if we ever needed anything. The property was cozy, and the pool was nice too! Saiko (hotel dog) was a pleasant surprise to greet us when coming down the stairs in the morning!

The location of the hotel was good as it was quiet in the night and still walking distance to the city centre. Our room was big and very clean.

The breakfast was too small. You could only choose one item from the menu. The aircon was not adjustable. It would be great to have a hanging rack for towels in the bathroom.

L'endroit est proche du centre mais pas trop, cela rend tout accessible à pied ou en tuk tuk et permet d'éviter le bruit et la grosse agitation. Le lieu est agréable, accueillant, la piscine rafraîchissante. Notre chambre nous a beaucoup plu avec ses boiseries, literie confortable, douche et WC séparé du reste, giga baignoire (que nous n'avons pas souhaité tenter de remplir), 2 lavabos, petit frigo fort pratique. Mais surtout, le Manager Gregory, toujours disponible pour un conseil, une aide organisationnelle, même trouver un guide à 22h pour le lendemain ( ! ) ou une simple papote :-) et son chien super tranquille Saiko également très sympa. Vraiment une excellente façon d'atterrir à Siem Reap!!

Very beautiful little hotel, around the corner from central area:) They have a pool and also indoor pond with koi fish. Room is pretty with beautiful bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfest very tasty and freshly made. Coffee is with the highest quality and done very correctly:) This hotel has very very good value for money, I recommend 100%!

C'était parfait. Chambre spacieuse, confortable, propre. Climatisation et wifi ok. Accueil sympathique. Mention spéciale à Grégory, qui a veillé à notre bien-être et répondu à toutes nos questions. Petite piscine bien agréable quand le mercure se montre un peu agressif.

RAS, le seule défaut, s'il faut en trouver un, je dirais, c'est que le petit déjeuner qui n'est que continental. Il est bon, mais pas très typique :)

What a great litle hotel steps away from the centre of Siem Reap! Our room was spacious and very comfortable with air conditioning and hot water for showering. Breakfasts at the hotel were very good, but we also discovered The Source Restaurant in the neighbourhood as a great spot for breakfast, brunch, lunch or supper. The place offers great smoothie bowls and other healthy dishes or drinks and we made regular visits there while staying at Maison Saico. Another nearby spot with excellent food (especially pizzas) is a little pizza shop called Italian House by Gio, a 5-minute walk from the hotel.The pub street is a short tuk tuk ride away. The staff and especially the owner of the hotel with his loyal dog Saico were extremely kind and helpful and made our stay in Siem Reap trully special.

La Maison Saiko est un havre de paix à proximité du centre de Siem Reap. L'ensemble est très joliment décoré et bien tenu. L'accueil est excellent (le nouveau propriétaire est français). La chambre est bien équipée et confortable (tant au point de vue literie que sanitaires). Service de grande qualité. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

The staff, the large comfortable room and bed. The property was perfect nice, clean smaller hotel close to anything you need. The dog Saiko and the owner Greg he was wonderful. Close to pub street, I found a short cut go right on streets a few blocks down road from hotel there is a restaurant called 333 they have great food but you walk down those streets and you will find great local restaurants and short cut to pub street.

There wasn't anything I didn't like it was one of my favorite places that I've stayed while traveling Asia.

We loved the location, the breakfast, and how amazing Greg was in ensuring every part of our stay was comfortable. The staff are lovely and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the wifi was strong enough for zoom calls for those who might be working.

Just an fyi, there is no elevator in the hotel for those who may have accessibility issues. Greg kindly moved us to a room on a lower floor to accommodate us.

Duschen in der freistehenden Wanne ist eine Herausforderung... Boden trocknet aber schnell wieder.

Stanza unica grande suddivisa in 3 zone: salottino, camera da letto e zona bagno, quest'ultima dotata di 2 lavandini, vasca da bagno matrimoniale e due ambienti separati, uno per la doccia e l'altro per il wc. Personale simpatico e gentile, soprattutto il proprietario Greg sempre pronto ad assecondare l'esigenza dei clienti. La colazione viene servita e non è a buffet ma si può scegliere tra 5 diverse opzioni sia dolci che salate. L'ambiente è pulito e la posizione è defilata ma comodo sia alla zona centrale di Pub Street e l'old market sia alla fermata dei bus Giant Ibis. Aggiungo inoltre che i prodotti cortesia di shampoo e balsamo sono davvero buoni. Forse il miglior hotel in cui siamo stati nel sud-est asiatico a parità di prezzo.

Just bear in mind that smaller hotels in siem reap do not have lifts. So if you stay on higher floors, you’ll have to climb.

A truly beautiful hotel in a great location in Siem Reap. The staff are extremely kind and attentive, making you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. On the morning we left early to visit Angkor at sunrise, they prepared a wonderful breakfast box for us, which was very much appreciated. Highly recommended for comfort, hospitality, and excellent service.

The value for money equation was amazing. For USD 329.99 we got a set of 3 rooms for 3 nights (listed as 3 bedroom suite)! All 3 rooms were on the 3rd floor (301, 302 & 303) and we were the only ones on that floor. The best room 301 was the biggest and has a circular tub made with tiles + double bed. 302 - a ceramic tub + double bed. 303 - twin beds + bathtub. Our 2 daughters got to use rooms for themselves. This package also included breakfast. The hotel premises were nicely decorated and everything was appropriate. The housekeeping was very efficient and also discerning. Every day we would leave the badges outside on door and our room would get cleaned well. They didn't replace the towels as we left them on racks. The other highlight of our stay was Gregory's (owner) pet white Labrador - Saiko. We had so much fun with him. Within the 3 days he had begun to play with us and trusted us to go belly up for us to rub! He would be around the ground floor mostly in the mornings and evenings. Gregory was always there, talking to us and helping us with everything. When we reached the hotel at around 10.30 am Gregory and Kun (front desk person) greeted us. We left our luggage and went for breakfast. When we came back to collect something at 11.30 am, we were delighted to know that they were giving us the rooms around 12 noon (2 hours early check in). Thank you for this as we were quite tired after having waking up at 3 am and coming from Kuala Lumpur. The breakfast has limited choices (sandwich / granola / English breakfast or Pancakes) but it was freshly prepared as you had to wait 15-20 minutes till they prepared. It was very humble of Gregory to personally supervise breakfast and he himself would serve us. The swimming pool is small but good enough for the few guests. We used the pool one late afternoon and had great fun with the rubber tube and pool noodles.

Frankly, Gregory's place was quite perfect. So, there is nothing that we didn't like in that sense. The listing on booking.com was a bit misleading. It listed the 3 rooms as a 3 bedroom suite. So, the impression we got is that it is a connected suite with 3 bedrooms. But, in reality it is 3 separate rooms. I would sincerely suggest that this is rectified either by booking.com or by Gregory. It should be made clear that you are booking 3 separate rooms but as a package. While the location was excellent (1.2 kms from Pub Street) and right next to ample shops, ATMs, restaurants, etc. yet it was located in a lane which is lonely and not a very upscale neighborhood. We also have few suggestions and observations: - The bath cubicle in 301 was very small even if the bathing area was huge with the big tub. So, they could have made the bath cubicle bigger. You can barely fit in and difficult to even wipe with a towel because of lack of space - Another problem with the bath cubicle at 301 was that it was bit transparent. So, if someone is taking a bath, and say a housekeeping person would come, they would be able to see someone naked taking a bath in the cubicle! Also, the room starts with the bathroom and then you come across the bedroom. So, it is a bit of a problem that you open the main entrance and walk into a bathroom rather than a bedroom - Quality of hot water can be better. We took a bath daily and also used the tub. But, hot water was just adequate. We would have preferred it to be a bit hotter. - The WiFi is not strong in all areas of every room. - There can be an alternative for plastic bottled water given in the room. Maybe glass bottles in the rooms with a mineral water dispenser on each floor.

Everything was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting us in every way requested. The room was gorgeous, stylish and clean. The pool area was also very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, peaceful and quiet but a convenient walk away to restaurants and stores. The owner was very kind and helpful and we enjoyed getting to know his sweet dog, Saiko! We would highly recommend Maison Saiko to anyone looking for a beautiful, restful hotel.

Maison Saiko liegt an einer ruhigen Ecke von Siem Reap und trotzdem ist alles fussläufig erreichbar (10 Min. zur Pubstreet und 15 Min. zum Fluss und dem Nachtmarkt. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll im Kolonialstil eingerichtet sehr gross und gemütlich. Bett super bequem und Dusche perfekt warm und genug Druck. Der Aufenthalts- und Frühstücksraum sehr gediegen. Der Pool ist sauber und hat 4 tolle liegen , welche zum verweilen einladen. Gregory und sein Team machen einen tollen Job, sind aufmerksam und unterstützen einem in jeder Hinsicht. Jeden Morgen wird man von Saiko dem Labrador begrüsst. Ich habe den Aufenthalt genossen und um einige Tage verlängert.

Gregory the host and everyone working here are totally charming, and couldn’t do enough to make us happy ! Peaceful, good vibes, great location, listening to bird song, relaxing in the garden with Gregory’s lovely gentle dog Saiko clinched it for me ! Dream doggie , the best boy , such a regal calm hound !Even if you didn’t like dogs you’d fall in love !

Ein richtiges Kleinod in einer umtriebigen Stadt, sehr schön gestaltet und eingerichtet. Es ist alles sauber und gepflegt, wundervolles Personal, alle sehr nett. Französischer Hotelmanager ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker als Menu zum auswählen. Der Star des Hotels ist jedoch Saiko, ein extrem lieber und kinderfreundlicher Hund, der gerne gestreichelt wird. FAZIT: Das Hotel ist zwar etwas teurer, aber davon alles wert. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Dusche ohne Vorhang, dadurch wird das Bad nass, aber trocknet auch wieder schnell.

Som solo female traveler ligger det lige lidt for langt væk fra centrum for mig.

Le staff très sympathique et aux petits soins pour moi. Le manager m'a même proposé de pouvoir avoir une meilleure chambre qui s'était libérée comme je restais une semaine entière. La grande disponibilité pour répondre aux questions, pour conseiller et aider pour réserver un tuktuk pour les visites des temples.

The owner was absolutely accommodating, involved in the daily running of the hotel, and very warm and freindly to our family during the stay, Saiko was a hit with the kids (the hotel star and mascot) A cooked breakfast came with every nights accommodtion, the fresh fruit platter was a great hit with all The pool was exposed daily to the days sun light, the dark tiles, heated the water up to make it very accommodating to emmerse yourself in :-) (massive hit with the kids) A walk to the local cuisine was anywhere from a 200m walk to funky street, to a 1km walk to the infamous Pub Street, for those who are tired after a long day, a USD$2 tuktuk ride is definitely pocket friendly

Super Sauberes Hotel. Wir haben uns immer von allen Angestellten herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, da man alles in der Innenstadt fußläufig erreichen kann. Das Bett war etwas hart was in Asien aber generell oft so ist. Außerdem hat sich das Hotel Personal um Touren gekümmert die wir machen wollten, was auch alles super geklappt hat. Süßer und zutraulicher Hund welches das Maskottchen der Unterkunft ist:) Wir würden wieder kommen :)

What a gorgeous surprise Maison Saiko was! Absolutely beautiful property, spotlessly clean rooms, beautifuly designed and with all sorts of fantastic touches - excellent linens, a welcome lotus flower on the bed - honestly, the best place I have stayed so far in this trip!

We loved our stay at maison saiko. Incredible price for the prettiest boutique hotel. Beautiful and clean swimming pool for relaxing in the hot weather. 24 hour reception, with very friendly staff that speaks good English. The owner is a very accommodating French man who clearly has a lot of hotel experience. The rooms are cleaned perfectly every day. You can get a great coffee and breakfast, as well as drinks and free water everyday and the staff is very helpful in planning trips, giving advice, booking taxi etc. The owner has a lovely well-behaved friendly dog named Saiko. Would definitely recommend to all friends and family.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The owner was incredibly attentive and the staff were amazing. We honestly felt like we were the only guests there because of how personal and thoughtful the service was. When we had an issue with our e-bikes, the team jumped in right away to help and even coordinated with the rental company to sort things out. Their kindness and efficiency made a huge difference to resolving the the issue and moving on with our day. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the housekeeping was excellent. Fresh linens every day made it feel extra comfortable. The pool was refreshing and perfect for cooling off after exploring Siem Reap. The location is ideal. Central to all the best spots like Pub Street, the markets, and great restaurants, yet tucked away on a quiet street that feels peaceful and private. And of course, Saiko, the friendly on-site dog, made us feel right at home. The value for what you get here is incredible. Between the service, comfort, and location, it easily exceeded our expectations.We can’t recommend Maison Saiko enough!

J'ai été très impressionnée par la qualité de l'accueil et le charme du lieu. La chambre était meublée avec beaucoup de goût, très propre, et avec une baignoire immense. L'hôtel est à proximité du centre (marché de nuit, restaurants, balade le long de la rivière) tout en étant dans une rue calme et silencieuse. La piscine fait du bien après une journée chaude à visiter les temples. Accueil excellent avec un personnel très accommodant - rien à redire !

The whole place is really clean, linen and towels as well. The business owner is super nice. The location is near to the center, walking distance accessing restaurants or shops .We enjoyed our 4 nights there and would definitely come back again if we are in Siem Reap.

Хорошее расположение отеля, все в шаговой доступности находится. Прекрасные люди работают в отеле , все чисто и уютно, вкусные завтраки , чистый бассейн. Владелец очень приятный и отзывчивый человек. Мы чувствовали себя очень комфортно . Мы прожили пять дней в этом прекрасном месте , а затем продлили наше проживание еще на пять дней. Желаю всех благ и процветания этим людям и отелю!

Wszystko super, przemiły gospodarz zawsze służący pomocą lub radą, sprzątanie codziennie, pranie na czas, wielka wanna i czysty basen. Na duży plus możliwość zjedzenia śniadania przed intensywnym dniem.

Fantastic place, a real luxury but at affordable prices. Staff really helpful from booking transfers, taxis and changing money as well as recommendations on both tourist and local activities. Felt really at home here which is lovely when you're travelling...you can be looked after very well...don't miss it. We d definitely stay again
